I felt like I was being psychologically evaluated by the trainer who met with me gave me hardly any advice and I paid 40 dollars for it. The trainers personality wasn't personable at all he was a bit prideful acting. In ither words I wasn't coming in for a psychological evaluation of myself but of my dog. Also fyi your dog can't even go to their daycare or stay overnight if they haven't been in their program which costs almost 3000!

Training is not what is advertised. It is an abusive fear based training. Not the holistic positive training that is promoted by Katy the owner/trainer. Every video they post showing dogs she has trained is the exact same video, just a different dog. If you notice Katy has every dog on an electric shock collar, and the controller in her hand. Every dog does the same three command series and that's it.

She immediately puts every dog in an e collar when they are dropped off, even though she insisted that it is only used less than 10% of the time. She uses head halters, e collars, prong collars and other controlling, behavior suppressing devices. She wants the quick fix for the huge fee you pay her. It's the same routine for every dog in her care and is not the "individual special program she developed just for your dog" like she will tell you at your evaluation prior to drop off. Do not trust this place with your dog! Good looks and a sales pitch are deceiving.

My dog looks forward to her weekly daycare day. She loves the staff and the friends she has made there. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do cute activities once a month such as art work or themed photos. They review and evaluate all dogs to ensure the safety of your pet. They also offer training at their other facility. I would highly recommend A Closer Bond.

I would highly recommend A Closer Bond to all dog parents. The staff is professional, caring, and attentive. Zeke loves going to daycare, participating in the enrichment activities, and the monthly photo shoots are too cute!

I love this place - love the attention to cleanliness and care for my dogs. Katy is fabulous and is working to bring new and exciting programs for our furkids to keep them challenged and mentally stimulated while in the care of A Closer Bond. There is no better facility in the area to care for your pets!

Our first time was last week. It is nice being able to see where the dogs play outside. They have a great facility that also had a dog pool! The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place!

Oh you bet I called you.my small dog had puncture marks from your abuse. Your attorney tried to say I lied about the photo I sent you. I tell everyone about how horrible YOU were on the phone. Now YOU deny knowing me. I Don't Lie or Cheat as you do. All dogs I rescue are directed away from all of you. What you did to my therapy dog has come back to hurt you.

That's what happens when you get hostile rather than show understanding and compassion. You couldn't get you lawyer on the phone with me fast enough. By the way I do still have facts and photos. So don't think you can deny this. As far as your comment that I wasn't 100% satisfied.are you kidding me. Anyone who lived through that day would be preaching from the mountain tops.

If you think I am going to just go away, wrong again. I have seen pamphlets in vet's offices (Plural) and hid them. I also explained to the vets why not to promote your torture chamber. My dog has never been the same. Shame on all of you for what you have done and deny this ever happened.

GREATEST PLACE.OTHER THAN OUR COUCH, FOR RUBY! We have been bringing our 2 year old chocolate lab here since she was 8 weeks old. The training (for her and us) is outstanding. Ruby goes to day care three times a week and would go the other four days if she could uber herself there. Seriously, the staff here are the best!

This place is a joke. If you're considering signing up your dog for the 3 week training program where they stay in the facility, DON'T. They will neglect your dog. We pulled my dog out of there after one week of "training" because she lost 6 lbs in 7 days, had a raging ear infection(which I could smell the moment I saw her-so it wasn't something that couldn't have been noticed), and came back with kennel cough.

They didn't bother to tell us any of this or how she wasn't eating. We were even told we were not allowed to visit her the first week. When we picked her up for a doctor appointment is when we saw her like that. literally skin and bones. She looked like she was a stray dog on the street. It was heartbreaking. My dog is my world and I assumed that with such highly rated reviews, that they would treat her great. I am so disappointed with the service that was provided. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG WITH THEM.
