Friendly, caring staff took amazing care with my Shiba (who are not easy pups if you've ever heard a "shiba scream" lol). My baby was clean, trim and smelling great, thank you to the amazing owner and staff!

So I took my Jack Russell dog to get a shampoo and deshedding and I had thought that they would have been honest, and do a good job, but as it turned out when I got home, my wife noticed that she was still loosing alot of hair, and that she wasn't even shampooed still with dandruff and all they did was put on a little spray to make her smell clean, you know when your dog has been bathed. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Would give 0 stars if I were able. VERY DISAPPOINTED !

Fantastic service for grooming. They do require cash pmt, but wonderful with my boxer.

Called a handful of times within four months to set up an appointment when we first moved to Maricopa. The first time they told my husband they weren't taking any new dogs at the time. Totally understandable, so I called a month later just for a wash and nail trim. This time I was told they didn't have time but to try again next week. I then called again today and was told they aren't taking anymore labradoodles. When I asked what breeds they were accepting, I was hung up on!

Brought our dog in 2 weeks ago Thought I should wait to post so to let my anger diminish. First impression was that they were not too friendly. When we picked up our dog they were over the top cordial Said she was so good and easiest cut that day. We explained that we didn't want her skin exposed and that she was spayed 2 months ago. Didn't realize till we were home how badly she was hurt.

Her belly was shaved and red, there was as a cut on her belly and cuts on both of her back legs. 6 cuts like a line 4 to 5 inches long. At first we thought it was a rash from the clippers but the started to scab up. She wouldn't walk for 2 days. I would not recommend the Mother, but with all the good reviews I would assume the daughter does well.

Absolutely wonderful. Both my dogs had an amazing time, we've only been a couple times but the bath, grooming and nails for both dogs was fantastic, they left there happy, clean and full of energy. Our girl was ecstatic, she loves being pampered!

I gave them 2 tries. The first time was okay. The second time was terrible. My dog was shaved without telling me. She was done very quickly because they were too lazy to comb her out. They shaved her instead. I didn't recognize my dog. They are also priced high. They do a lot of dogs in one day and just run them through while doing a sloppy job. I would not recommend this place.

Hi, I took my boy Ace here and they got his nails trimmed and a bath. The cost was amazing because the work was outstanding. If your in need of any grooming done for your dog take them here you won't be disappointed.

They did such a good job grooming my little one. Definitely recommend. They were also good about squeezing me into their busy schedule, even though it was my first time visiting.
