In 1991 our CEO and founder Larry Volwiler, was looking for a way to contain his Dalmatian, Duchess. Since traditional wood or chain link fences were not allowed in the neighborhood, the only options were a tie-out or an underground dog fence. Two problems quickly arose: Duchess would almost always get tangled around a tree and worse, from time to time, she would get off her chain and run away.

The company has a product prominently advertised with a retail value of $119.99, but they are selling the product for $89.95. Great value, right? Not so fast! A Google search shows it sold on Amazon, eBay and the product's web page for $89.95. I can only find it available on those websites and nowhere else, so where did the $119.99 retail price come from?
I did a little digging and discovered why they claimed this was the retail price. There is no escaping the Interwebs. Also, similar to a previous reviewer, I wrote a negative review of the product on their website (prior to my aforementioned Internet quest) because I had a horrible experience with it. I didn't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did.
They immediately deleted the review. Potential customers should think about a company's reasoning for making this a practice. Lastly, this company has a practice of leaving non-customer service friendly comments under critical reviews they find. So, wait for it.

I left a negative review on RadioFence.com 's website and they don't list the negative reviews, They only show you the good reviews. Very shady place to do business. The product I bought from them was terrible and when I told them about their guarantee they mention on their website. They said they will honor the full price of the item for return, after I pay for return shipping charges, initial shipping charges since it was shipped to me free, they wanted me to pay for that shipping, and also 15% re-stock fees. That's how they honor their guarantee.
When I asked about it, they told me read the guarantee again. The merchandise they sell is not well make and made with partial board and smells like glue. Worst product and company I have ever dealt with. My dog went up the stairs right away, not like the owner said on the other review, the return was mostly because of their strong glue smell and because it was very cheaply made.
