The only time you see more than one pet in a suite is if the owner requests pets in the same family to stay together. We deal with travelers all the time and understand airline and traffic problems. Of course we will take care of your pets until you can arrive home. All we ask is you call us as soon as possible to let us know when you will be arriving to pick them up.
Reservations are subject to availability. Once we receive your inquiry we will contact you to confirm whether your requested dates are available. We require proof that vaccinations are current for all of our guests. You're welcome to attach those documents now or provide them to us at a later time but before your pet's stay.

My Rocky (65lbs Chocolate lab) stayed at this hotel in April and we were really satisfied with the services. He had a huge space for himself with really good price compare to other place. The staffs were so friendly. There were a gentleman (forgot his name) with a experience in dog training he knew how to deal with my crazy baby. Also, I requested an extra service for taking him outside more and sending us pictures but they sent them to me late due to technical issues. They refunded the extra charge for it. It was not much but they did a really good customer satisfaction. We will let our furbaby stay there again.

My cat Grayson goes to daycare here once a week. She's always extremely well cared for. and even jumps into her carry bag when we pull up to the place cause she can't wait to go! The staff is great. I can't stress that enough. They are so nice and caring and treat her so well. I never worry about Grayson when she's there. Recently, she was there during her first birthday and they surprised her with an adorable birthday party!
They recorded it and sent me the video. It was so sweet and really meant so much to me. they really went above and beyond for her. I'm so glad I found this place and so is she!

Our experience was phenomenal. Our 3 fur babies who are normally shy and reserved had an amazing time here. They received baths, mail trimmings and the cuddle package. I highly recommend to anyone in the area or visiting. We called every day to check on them and always got daily reports cards. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and keeping our little ones safe!

Our nervous kitty cat had an excellent stay here! Helpful and loving staff, the lady taking care of the small cat room and tending to our kitties needs was awesome! We got to visit him everyday too since our hotel didn't allow pets and wanted something nice for him. Thanks for a good stay for our little guy!

I had taken my dog here for years and my recent experience was not very pleasant. The quality has gone down. The receptionist didn't communicate clearly especially in details what service will Be included nor when it comes to the total amount. I was taken by surprise when they gave me the total amount which was very different from when I was told initially. Please be transparent! And when I picked up the dog there was no report about health/diet/etc. like it used to be. Please improve communication and customer service.
