Absolutely Reliable Catsitting

Thank goodness for Barbara! I was kind of in a bind when my regular cat sitters told me I needed to find somebody else just a couple weeks before leaving the country. I was nervous but Barbara put us right at ease when she came over. She had her clipboard handy, questions/answers jotted down, was very knowledgeable when it came to cat care, and she made sure to get emergency numbers and contacts just in case.

While we were away she made adjustments to a couple things which we had no problem with. Whatever was easier for her was also easier for us. We got daily updates that included texs, pics and videos. So thankful for the top notch care my babies received. Thanks Barbara!

Barbara is just fantastic. She took care of our cat, Totoro, in Seattle and we were just completely thrilled to find that she was now near us in the Olympia area. When she came to meet us the first thing she did was to get down to chat with the guys. We knew right away who came first! She obviously loves and understands fur-bearers. She even won over the more skittish of our two brothers and was skritching his ears by the time she left.

The information she wanted from us, before we left, gave us so much confidence! Not only did she ask for health info, who our vet is, and details about our feeding regimen (down to the 3 treats each, just before leaving for the day) but also wanted contact info for someone who could take the cats if something happened to us. During our trip she sent us periodic updates so that we knew everything was going well.

Above and beyond, she even brought in the mail, newspaper, milk and spritzed the plants a few times. When we got home everything was in perfect order: doors locked, dishes washed and litter-boxes clean. Barbara is absolutely reliable, for sure. She is just the best. Our only concern is that, after an extended absence, Tori and Susu might actually prefer her to us.

I went on a 4 day trip and didn't want to board my cats because it's so stressful on them so I used Absolutely Reliable Cat Sitting and it's all in the name and then some. Barbara is so great with cats and knowledgeable when it comes to them. Her service was well appreciated by my cats and myself. She sent me daily updates with pictures and videos and I could see how happy they were.

She also has great recommendations to keep them healthy and happy. I'll definitely be using her again and I'd recommend her to anyone in need of care for their cats in their absence. I couldn't have been more pleased with her.

My partner and I went on a week long vacation & hired Barbara to come by to take care of our two cats while we were away. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. She came by before we left to meet the kitties, which was great. Throughout our trip, Barbara sent videos and picture updates to let us know how the cats were doing & went above + beyond to play with our babies and love on them while we were gone.

We very much appreciated knowing our kitties were in good hands throughout the trip. Took a ton of stress off our plates so we could enjoy our vacation without worry. She even swept up cat litter around the box and cleaned the dishes for wet food so our place would be clean when we arrived (totally unexpected but a very kind & thoughtful touch!). 10/10 recommend Barbara for excellent, thoughtful, 100% stress-free, & loving care for your fur babies while you're away!

My wife and myself took a trip away from home, and we hired Barbara(owner of business) to take care of our three cats while we were gone. This business just didn't dump some food into the bowls and leave, she fed the cats, played with the cats, cleaned litter boxes, and even got our mail for us. Barbara texted us videos and messages to let us know the cats were doing great.

Three days into our trip, Barbara noticed that one of our cats was having health issues. We were immediately contacted by her, and left it up to us if we wanted her to go to emergency clinic. This was stressful to us, and we were glad that Barbara was very knowledgeable of cats and represented us while we were gone. We did decide to have Barbara bring our cat to emergency.

Just the fact that Barbara spends time with the cats, checks on each one, most likely saved our family members life. I felt our three cats were treated as if they were there own. I will continue to use this service, and highly recommend to anyone that has cats.

Barbara at Absolutely Reliable does an excellent job looking after our cats, she is extremely conscientious, detail-oriented, and very personable. She is great at communication, and genuinely takes the health and well-being of the cats to heart. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cat-sitter who actually cares!

We are fairly new to the area and needed a sitter for our 2 cats. We contacted Barbara and she came to our house and met with us. We received photos and updated daily and knew our cats were being well taken care of. Barbara truly cares about the wellbeing of your pets. We are using her again and highly recommend her to everyone.

We needed a cat sitter for 3 weeks and chose Barbara over others who wouldn't return my phone calls. Barbara returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner and when we met with her before our vacation it was clear how professional she is about her business. Our cat is quite skitterish but warmed up to Barbara quickly in our pre vacation appointment.

We were surprised but quite pleased. During our trip we received emails and pictures of Shadow frequently. Many pictures of Shadow enjoying the sunny window, but to our surprise eventually we received a picture of Shadow on Barbara's lap getting pets. When we first met Barbara she said she lets cats warm up to her on their own time and it certainly worked with our cat! I would highly recommend Barbara for kitty sitting. She was fantastic!

My cat has a wet food only diet so when I was going out of town I asked my friend to feed him. The night before I was supposed to leave my friend canceled on me and I almost couldn't go on the trip with my family. I found Barbara online and sent her an e-mail late on a Saturday night. To my surprise she answered quickly and showed up early the next morning before I had to leave for directions.

She was prompt, knowledgeable, and instantly connected with my cat. She even sent me pictures and e-mails about my cat while I was away to be assured that she was taking good care of him. I came home to a happy cat and I got to enjoy my vacation worry free! I can't recommend her enough and will use her from now on for all of my trips!
