Action Pack Dog Center

Elsie Lynn had the pleasure of staying at Action Pack in Liberty Hill once again. She came home in great spirits! I hear she did better this time and actually let some of the staff touch her which is a huge improvement over her last stay. Maybe next time we will try adding a bath into her stay, she loves water! I highly recommend Action Pack, they have the best trainers and staff.

We love Action Pack! We brought our Goldendoodle in for a very overdue second time grooming. She got the blueberry facial and she still looks and smells awesome weeks later. Her coat is healthy and shiny! Nicest folks

Bobbie and the team at Action Pack were so kind to Eoghan. She worked diligently with him on his skills and took great care with him. I highly recommend Action Pack Dog Center.

Our big guy had a blast and made some new human and fuzzy friends on his first day. I loved that he came home with a little report card and a treat. We all slept well that night!

Visit and get specific details about the time spent with your dog before you leave your dogs at this facility. We cancelled our reservations after our visit. We chose this place for the pool and reviews we read. The pool was filthy.the pollen is no excuse. Time spent with your dog is minimal even at an extra cost for choosing one of the extra care packages. Nice folks, but no thank you to the type of dog care offered here.

We use Action Pack for daycare and boarding for our 2 German Shepherds. The staff really care about their clients. Our 2 boys get excited as soon as we pull into the driveway and can't wait to go inside! They take great care of them while boarding too.

Great business. Dogs love it here. Have only been taking them for 3 months. The watchers have tablets outside to take pictures of the dogs and put them on social media. First time I seen tablets used like that. Seen two dogs get into a scuffle and the staff broke it up just as fast as it began. This business is on top of their game and care for your dog like it is theirs.

This is the place to go. Ask about their packs if price is a concern to you. Overall the money you spend here is piece of mind that your dog is being cared for and the staff knows what to do.

Our 2 dogs had bath/grooming done on February 17, 2022. We are happy how nice both dog"s grooming turned out. On the same day, after paying our bill we went ahead and setup an appointment/scheduled for a bath or possibly grooming on 1 dog only February 28, 2022. The front desk lady who assisted us said, "ok, looks good, you are scheduled for February 28, 2022. at 100 am".

As the days/weeks went by, I notice that there was no email confirmation/notice. On the day (Feb 28) of our scheduled bath/grooming I called to confirm our appointment. To my surprise, the lady who answered the phone or assisted me said, "we don't have you scheduled." Action Pack tried to pacify the situation by giving me a $10.00 credit. What a JOKE!

Really now, you think I'll use that credit ever. It's unprofessional, unacceptable, this is very poor and unworthy. So please, make certain with this experience, take your business somewhere else.

I changed groomers because my dog is old and needs some extra care. His last place wasn't great at accommodating special needs. I used Action Pack in Round Rock years ago and this location is just as good. My dog has arthritis in his back legs and has trouble walking on slick floors and taking stairs. When I came to pick him up from his appointment I saw that they picked him up so he didn't have to take the few stairs to the office.

I didn't even request that so my heart was so happy that they just felt it was a need. They also went at a little slower of a pace with him while grooming so he could get water breaks. This place deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Not to mention he came home looking adorable.

My 2 young German Shepherds had a wonderful day being accessed. They are anxious to return for tune up training. I feel really comfortable with the people at the park giving my kids great care.

I'm always comfortable bringing my miniature schnauzer to Action Pack in Liberty Hill. The facility is clean and there is always plenty of supervision. I have used them for overnight stays as well as just dropping him off for daycare to burn off some of that pent up energy. He always comes home happy and tired. Great place

I took my puppy here for the first time in November. I was COMPLETELY blown away by their employees. It is evident that the employees are just as passionate about dogs as I am. My dog was happy each time I dropped and picked him up. I could tell he had a great day by him falling asleep as soon as we got in the car. You will not regret using them! Anytime I have time off I will bring him in for some fun!

We were so very happy with the care given to our energetic Boxer, Bullet, while boarded here over the holiday. Thank you!

Recently took my dog for a spa day and he was well taken care of and came home happy and clean. The staff was delightful.

Our dogs always enjoy their time at Action Pack. We drive across town from SW Austin to Round Rock as we used to live in Round Rock's Terra Vista nearby & we always trusted the care they received and they were happily tired & content when we picked them up. The staff one day got a perfect photo of our two terriers & 3 other terriers standing on a picnic table.

I've brought my sensitive dog for boarding multiple times in the past few years. They take great care of him, and the genuine care for the animals is evident in all the employees I've met. My sweet boy has come home depressed after staying at other facilities in the past, but always comes home from Action Pack happy, clean and nourished. Boarding is never easy on the heart, but knowing he's in good, caring hands gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

We have been taking Trixie to Action Pack for over 8 years. The staff is always accommodating, even when I change dates or times. They always follow my requests and I can contact them at any time when we are away to get updates. Trixie loves to go there and follows the staff person into the kennels with hardly a backward glance. Thank you Action Pack for everything you do.

Our Bella is so happy after coming back from Her grooming appointments! Randi is our groomer and she is by far the best groomer we have ever had. Her skills are amazing and she leaves our sweet fur baby silky smooth. If you need a sign to switch groomers to Action Pack, this is it.

My review is specifically for the grooming center. We have boarded our dog, Stormy, on several occassions with Action Pack and we have always been thrilled with their service. Action Pack used to be our groomer of choice as well, but this has changed. Not because they don't do a good job; they do a wonderful job. However, they have an automated phone system now so it is very difficult to speak to an actual person.

I understand that when a business becomes very busy they may need to do that, but the problem is that they never seem to return calls. In the last two months, I have left three separate messages to set up a grooming appointment and I have not received even one return call. Sorry, but I need to get Stormy groomed so I guess we'll take her elsewhere.

Great experience with Action Pack. I could tell they have a particular love for animals and they are invested in their safety. My dog even got a report card. I mean, how can you argue with a process like that?! Would definitely recommend based on my first experience and will go back again, and I'm an untrustring pet owner as is. Check em out!

I was looking for a good place to get my 2 Chihuahuas' toenails trimmed, since my vet is quite a drive from my house. I found Action Pack nearby, and after reading a bunch of positive reviews, I decided to try them. I've taken my dogs there 3 times now, and they've done a great job each time. Some places seem to leave the nails ragged, but it looks like Action Pack might even file them after cutting, because they're always smooth.

No more scratches from torn-up nails! Each time I've had an appointment, and they got us in and out of there very quickly. Because they're so close, I'm much better at getting the dogs' toenails done on a regular basis.

Staff is very professional, friendly, and organized. Facility looks clean and well managed. My dog is very anxious so I loved seeing the photo updates and report card when I picked him up. It was nice to see him enjoying himself and the report matched his exact personality even though they only had him for 3 days. This is the first time we boarded our dog, but this place seemed to offer many services at a reasonable price. We will definitely come back here in the future.

Happy with the job they do, and how they handle Rambo. He was my Sister's dog, and she passed away last year. They always treat him so sweetly since he's had to adjust to everything. He actually likes going there.

This was the 1st time I had used action pack for grooming. They did an excellent job. The staff was polite and friendly. This will now be my go to place for my dog's needs.

I've been taking my dog for daycare for over 12 years, and they are absolutely the best. They are always super friendly and truly care for the dogs there.

Action Pack takes such good care of our Sadie. It is so great to know that she has a safe and fun place to be when we travel. She also goes to day care (we call it Fun Day) once per week. We know she loves Action Pack because she is so excited when we get close that she won't stop barking. Thanks Action Pack for loving and caring for Sadie.

I have a standard poodle. Action pack gives her the best haircuts she's ever had! The staff is fast, friendly, and they know her by name. She loves to go to the beauty shop : Thank you Action Pack!

After trying several less than great boarding services, we found Action Pack. Such a nice place for our pup. Big open grass area for free play and we felt very safe leaving our 1 y.o. Golden there. They provide great updates when you call and have special snack and cuddle upgrades. Thank you!

We love this place! Our 3 doggies go to "camp" when we are out of town and I drive in from Austin just to take them to their favorite place. Thank you to the staff for always taking care of our babies!

Background: I bring my dog twice a week on average for day care, plus I've used grooming, overnight boarding, and training services as well. My assessment is the place is clean and well maintained, with a professional staff and am aim to provide quality service at reasonable prices. Personally I feel grateful that the facility and services exist conveniently to my home and work. Recommend to family and friends to give them a try.

My dogs love it. They can't wait to get in the truck to go. They can't wait to get into the gate at Action Pack and they come home exhausted. I think the social interaction is the most important benefit for them. I love seeing pics online of their fun pool parties and I wish I could spend the day there too, instead of going to work. The staff is always friendly at drop off & pick up.

Love Action Pack! I bring my dog every week for daycare and he is always so happy and tired when I pick him up at the end of the day. They also do a great job grooming my dog (Aussies can be tricky to trim!). I also love that they post photos during the day on Facebook of the dogs having fun, all of the daycare staff are so kind to all of the dogs which makes it easy to leave my pup with them for his daycare day! They have great outdoor space and clean facilities, more space than any other daycares I've seen in the Austin area.

I really never post on yelp, since I come from a service oriented business, but I just lost a morning that I'll never be able to get back due to this business incompetence at the front desk. I'm usually accommodating and flexible, but when I drive a long distance to make an appointment, then find I am not on their schedule due to a "miscommunication" that they never really took ownership of, it has me looking for a new dog grooming service. Groomers are fine, scheduling needs help. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

I have two lab mixes that love Action Pack! This place is one of a kind with tons of activities to keep my energetic dogs busy all day! I never feel guilty leaving them here. Very attentive staff, wonderful facility, super clean and nice. These guys know dogs!!
