This practice suffers from what all medical ofices in Hattiesburg suffer from, rude front desk and office staff. The doctor is nice and we have enjoyed him immensely, i just cant get into a snarky woman at the front desk, especiall when she condescendingly starts sayin ma'am a million times and telling me "thats our policy". I think if you are a patient for many years, you should work with people and not be rude about the whole thing.
All of healthcare should be seemless from phone, to doctor, and everything in between. I hate to leave Dr. Gordon, but you seriously lose business with rude women at the front desk.

Don't ever plan to board your pet here on a weekend. It literally has taken 45 minutes every single time I have tried to JUST DROP my dog off. I mean what's the problem?!? All I need to do is hand him to you and you bring him to a kennel. Simple as that! Oh and don't plan on any grooming happening here while you board, because they don't.
And unless you drop your pet off for vaccinations don't expect that to be done in a timely fashion either. Oh and I also pay more for vaccinations here than I have at any of the other 3 vets we have been to. The only positive is that the job gets done eventually. I guess.
