Love Agri Feed Pet Supply! They have great employees who always ask if you need help and will always take time to talk to you if you have questions. Was considering switching dog food for my boys, and they provided a ton of great info! Great place to buy local. Small town feel.

I absolutely love this place! We like the staff so much! Carol is Amazing and Katie and Sky will always help you in ANY way they can and never try to "just sell" you something you don't need.

In short: Staff is amazing and prices are really great too! They have all natural, high quality food as well as some raw. Even eco friendly collars and harnesses. Great store! I decided to give this place a go, because I prefer the small town, mom and pop, pet shops over big corporations. I am SO glad I did! The reviews that talk about how friendly the staff is, are not exaggerating!

I brought my Bengal kitten in today and it was her first time out and about. I needed to fit her in a new harness. Literally every single associate, at one point or another, came over to greet me and went the extra mile to help me out. They brought teasers over to try and help my kitten get used to the harness, and spent extra time helping me fit her.

They were all so friendly and caring. I never even had to ask them for help getting litter off the shelf or into my car, they just did it for me! I can't say enough about them. I will not be shopping anywhere else!

ATTENTION! Do you want your animal to live a long healthy life?! Shop here! One of the only places you can find small batch dog foods that our whole and nutritious. Devon was the employee that helped me and he was informative, friendly, and knew a lot about the different choices. The impact he gave on what the store offers helped me decide to make the switch and shop there.

My dog has arthritis and needs to be on an anti inflammatory diet. All the employees there were so kind and pet my dog and made him feel so welcome and loved there. We may come back just to visit in between purchases because everyone was so kind there.

My husband and I just moved to Knoxville with our dog, cats, tortoises, and house rabbit. I stopped here for the first time to pick up cat litter and was very impressed. The staff was super helpful and kind. The store itself was surprising in how much they carry for exotics (my bun got some extra treats and toys!), even carrying items that the big box stores don't have in stock right now.

The next time I shopped there I brought my bun (of course they welcome pets) and they were super knowledgeable on rabbit care (many folks assume rabbits should be cared for like rodents) and offered him a healthy treat. Their prices are comparable with big box stores, for the most part. There's also a dog wash station that I plan to book soon.

Want to give a big "THANK YOU" to this business and staff. Specifically to your employees Sky, Zoe, and Audrey for assisting my dog with his new outdoor shoes. I could have easily ordered online the shoes. HOWEVER there are experiences that you can only experience as a customer going to a store. This is one of those stores where you can have that kind of experience with your pet.

This is a joy to go to as there staff is there to assist you and have conversations with you. If you are looking for a different kind of shopping experience this is one of those places. Thank you and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I love this place and the staff is absolutely amazing! One young lady help my Rat Terrier/ Min Pin mix try on almost every jacket, sweater, coat they had in their store and multiple sizes even. She was so patient and gentle with Itzy who proudly wore 1 of the several items that we got today out of the store. On another visit not long ago a young man helped me determine what might be a good mix of food for my very picky eater. He even gave the samples to take home so that we could try it in more comfortable environment.

I just don't understand why holistically minded business are more strict with covid restrictions then conventional pet stores like Petsmart. I prefer to go to Natural Pet Supply also in Knoxville. They are so helpful and friendly and not salesy!

We had a very pleasant first experience yesterday. We brought our dog inside and she was immediately greeted with a lot of love and attention.they even offered her a treat! We walked around the store and browsed - there's a really great selection! We were able to get her a few of her favorite treats that we haven't been able to find since we moved here. Prices are fair and consistent with major online retailers. When we checked out, the staff offered her one more treat for the road! We will definitely be back.

Love this place! They have everything you need for whatever animal you have for sure! The staff is great, and very friendly too, dude that wasn't even ringing my stuff up was paying attention to what we were buying, and noticed that if I got a different bag of the same cat litter, that I'd get $3 off! Cheers to being helpful! I'll definitely be back, and told my moms she needed to stop by asap, cuz she'd froggin love it! Bought this stuff all at Agri Feed, except for my PowPow; I had her already!

Best customer service at a pet store in Knoxville hands down. I needed to get my pup some dog food and called on Christmas Eve, only to realize they were closed. The sales associate answered and told me they closed twenty minutes ago. He allowed me to pay over the phone and rush over to pick the food up. One of the best customer experiences! Since then, I have vowed to only buy my pup's essentials from Agri Feed. They are great!

Agri Feed provides the best customer service and products for your pet! They are the best store in the area for all pet needs! I shop here for both of my senior dogs. All the employees are knowledgeable and personable!

I recently placed an order online for local delivery - my first and only time ordering from Agri Feed. The website gave me the impression that everything I'd selected was in stock locally. That wasn't the case. One of the store managers called me, arranged her associate to deliver what they had, and the rest will come directly from the warehouse.

She was so kind. For the confusion, they included a toy for my cat which was so sweet. The order was left right outside my front door neatly stacked. I am on daily chemo and thus immunocompromised. I selected delivery because I'm trying to avoid going out in public unless absolutely necessary. I typically order from Chewy.com but will now be buying exclusively from Agri Feed. Happy to support a local company who actually care about their customers. Human AND fur customers!

Love Agri Feed! Very high quality pet supplies and a different selection than the other pet stores in town. Lots of boutique brands and at Christmas lots of fun gifts for humans too! Friendly and helpful staff. No pressure to buy, so it is fun to shop there!

Only my second time in the store and I really like this place. The first time I went in to get a leash for my puppy who chews through everything and the nice young lady helped me and even ordered the collar for me so that they could match (my own little quirk) today I called ahead because I needed an inflatable cone for the same puppy who was neutered and was escaping the standard one they are sent home in.

The wonderful lady who helped me over the phone not only pulled it to the front for me and had it ready but also was quick in helping me find the other items I needed. I will absolutely be going back for any pet needs I have and with 3 dogs and 2 cats I always need something.

My Miniature Schnauzer and I love this place! They always have what I need, when I need it, and at a fair price. The employees are always very friendly and eager to help. It really feels like a friendly neighborhood store. The facility is always clean and I'm happy to shop here.

My puppy is turning one and I wanted to get him a little cake to celebrate. I called around and couldn't find one and decided to try Agri Feed. The girl who answered the phone said they make two kinds and that it could be ready in 20 minutes. It was a little over $9 and is adorable. Can't describe how much I love this store!

Nice store, clean and well stocked. Dogs, of course, welcomed on leash. Staff friendly. Prices might be on the higher side but that is probably because they can't buy in the volume of say Petsmart. If I had to come up with something bad to say it would be that the staff is almost too friendly. By that I mean that they want to help you with everything so you can't browse on your own. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Definitely the best pet store in Knoxville. They have the largest selection of items for dogs but also have many items for your other fur babies. It's located in the industrial section of Middlebrook Pike, and is in a big warehouse style building. My dogs absolutely love the antlers they have here. They are amazing chew toys for them and last for at least a year if not longer.

They also have a frequent shopper card so make sure you sign up for that because they offer special deals. They may close earlier than other pet stores. I highly recommend you try and make it here before this one closes for the evening. I promise you won't be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and very willing to assist you. I really like this little store, even though they're a bit out of the way. They're a local store, which is one of the biggest reasons why I choose them over Pet Smart. They also carry the better pet foods with natural ingredients, less fillers and the like. We used to get the largest bag of Nutro in the purple variety (whatever that is, I think venison?), and I got the same size in California Naturals with no grains at all for the same price at Agri Feed.

They also have a deal where you can get a free bag of dog food after buying 12 within a year's time. They have a ton of toys, bowls, treats, and other miscellanea. Great little store for your furry friends.

I really like this pet store. They have alot of different dog treats and specialty foods available. again you can take your dog friends with you! Prices are reasonable. They usually hold some kind of pure breed rescue adopt a thon there on Saturdays. which I think is awesome (I'm a fan of pure breeds) They had a large wild bird housing and feeding section (me and my husband are obsessed with feeding the bird friends in our back yard) Plus its local owned and I like that! Since we're business owners ourselves!
