5 stars ++. There is nothing scarier than needing medical care for your dog when on vacation. From the first phone call to the after hours follow up call we just received, Dr. Bramson and her staff are amazing. Friendly, professional and caring in more than you could every ask for. Horrible, traumatic experience. I suppose they are accustomed to the covid protocols where owners weren't allowed on the rooms. The doctor had a nasty disposition and was very mean and impatient with my senior dog. In the examination room a vet tech basically stung my tiny dog up by a leash that tightened around her neck with the weight of her body, basically like a noose lynching. Had me amd my dog screaming and in tears.

I will NEVER allow my sweet little dog to be treated so cruelly. I've been taking my dog to vets for all of her 11 years. This was absolutely shocking and completely unnecessary. I wanted to punch the doctor, should have, but was paralyzed with shock and utter disbelief. How can anyone go into business working with animals with so little regard for their well being? I cannot express enough how awful this experience was for me and my poor little dog.

They just take your money and no help! I brought my dog 3 weeks ago with a problem, they did all the tastings, promised to call me back with instruction of what to do, never DID. I called them myself 5 times, nobody called be back still. Now with all this covid restrictions, you cannot even talk to the doctor, they just take your pet and charge you, how comfortable. Horrible irresponsible service. Very disappointed

There are always two sides to every story. We left two messages with Lisa so that we could hear her side and we never heard back. We are so disappointed and saddened. Not only did she promise us that she would be available off hours, the website makes it clear that they are available for their patients. It is clearly misrepresentation. I called on a Saturday before noon and then again a little bit later (when I hadn't heard back) to confirm that Lisa had my number.

The second time, I was "referred" to the emergency vet in Miami "if I didn't hear back." I didn't hear back. She was a good vet to us with two different dogs for 20 years and in our moment of need she wasn't there for us. Never again is an understatement. We should have listened to our friends who were also let down. But, we chose to believe. Live and learn.

It wasn't necessarily a bad experience, in fact I am grateful they even saw me that day because I was on vacation and was told it would be super hard to find a vet that day. I only got in because a family member knew someone who could get me in. However I wish they told you beforehand it was a $70 fee JUST for being "new." I have been to so many vets due to the field I work in, as well as my own animals and have never had a new patient fee. ON TOP of the $40 walk in fee. I get it's key west, but I sort of felt taken advantage of.

After many years of excellent care from Dr. Lisa Branson and other vets at this practice, things have gotten almost impossible. They are too busy to give any attention to me anymore and I am very disappointed in a mis diagnosis I was given by Dr. Marks in in January. He said my dog had two months to live. Turns out my dog has had a gum infection and up here in Massachusetts he got the care he needed and is thriving. Dr. Branson is the best I wish her luck in getting the clinic back on its feet

We recently relocated to kW and did not have an established vet yet. Our dogs were playing and one knocked the others front tooth out. I called and was able to take my pup to be seen within the hour. They were courteous, professional, and very reasonably priced. We have now found our new vet in KW. Thank you and thank you from Sophie and her one less tooth .

Miss Dove was hit in the street one Saturday a few years ago. It was late at night and Lisa came in to the clinic with an assistant and opened the place up just for Miss Dove. She fixed her up and Miss Dove is fine today thanks to the wonderful care that All Animal Clinic provided.

We have two rescue Wheaten Terriers. They are middle age and do occasionally have a problem. The oldest (9) has had two surgeries here and we were so very pleased with the doctor and her staff. He has just recently had one of the surgeries and he is fit as a fiddle. His sister had several sores, smelled terrible and repeated ear infections. The doctor told us what was really going on, put her on a medication and gave us a spray for her ear to prevent another infection.

She is now sore free, odor free and her ears are fine. We got the best service for our animals at this veterinary than the other two we had tried. They are learned, they care and love the animals.
