All Dogs Canine Care Center

We have used All Dogs many time when we take vacations. We always had great experience until this time. We booked for an extra day just in case we would be late, just like every time. Ask for our dog to be groomed Friday to be picked up Saturday. We showed up to get her and said she was not ready and to come back 6 hours later. We drive 45 minutes to pick her up.

After a call to them and being talked to very rudely she told me to come get my dog. Which we did and she was half groomed and bleeding from her nails.we are very disappointed!

Fantastic place with a great staff. Our three kids spent twelve days here while we were out of town. Grooming staff did an exceptional job. We especially liked the webcam availability while we were in Alaska.

I absolutely love this place. They are so caring to your fur babies. My little BJ absolutely loves it there. I love the fact that there is always people there to care for your fur baby. They are never alone. I love all of them. I would highly recommend them.

Everybody there was very nice and helpful. I was a pest and called everyday and every night to check on my dog and every time a good report. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is worried about their pet. If in doubt going to visit and your worries will be eliminated! It is nice too have a place when you cannot take your pet with you that you can trust. Not only that the prices are very reasonable. Even had my dog groomed on the day before pick up. How convenient is that?

I adore this place. The facility is amazing! Most of the staff is amazing and also remember everything about my dogs! I'm very picky and some times obsessive, yet I don't have to worry at all about my dogs here! They get all the playing they need as well as the care I expect! I highly highly recommend.

Top notch canine care place to board your pet, grooming and other services. Very clean and a very nice secure place for you 4 legged family member. Super friendly staff. A bit pricey but they go above and beyond for your pet.

All Dogs were good to us up until today. My husband overheard staff (they didn't know he was still standing there) stating that we lied about our beloved dog having Diabetes so we could get the grooming done faster. We dropped our dogs off at 830am and were not contacted to pick them up until 3:05pm! Our dog does, indeed have Diabetes (two shots per day) and All Dogs WAS informed that he had Diabetes because we did not know if he could be groomed at all.

We informed staff that he has many "bumps" on his hips because of the shots, and asked if staff could be gentle in that area. My point here is that staff made an unjustified assumption and judgment they had no right to make. It makes me wonder what else is said or even done to dogs and their owners behind closed doors. It makes my heart sad. We will be finding another location for our doggies to be groomed. Oh, and by the way, I wonder where the dogs are kept for these many hours waiting?

I'm thinking that this could be a case of overbooking? All of this could have been overlooked if staff acted more Christ-like and responsible. In response to the owner, I'm glad you take care of all the dogs as they should be treated like royalty! Informing staff to be mindful of who is around and what they say, is very important for good customer service.

Great experience! All Dogs was wonderful with our aussiedoodle. I could not ask for better care along with help in learning as a new puppy owner how to care for my breed. Rhonda and her team are highly recommended! I look forward to future visits. Thank you All Dogs!

Everyone at Alldogs is really nice and very professional. This place is the best to leave your fur babies! They did such an amazing job and take excellent care. They also do a great job grooming. I highly recommend! I love how they have staff on hand 24 hours and are available anytime you need them.

Best boarding place for dogs in East Tennessee! Awesome that they have people working there 'round the clock, and they really seem to enjoy what they do for the pups. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Love this place! We will definitely use them again. The staff is amazing and caring for the animals. We had a Senior 15 year old dog that had never been boarded and needed medication. They were on top of it the whole time! Both our fur babies came home happy and healthy. Love this place Thank you All Dogs

We love this place! They always live up to my expectations. Easy to communicate with. They clean the suites and put down clean blankets everyday. I love the puppy cam option and that they have staff there 24/7. We've been using them since 2019.

Sara groomed our 2 dogs and did the best job either 1 of my dogs have ever had. She fit them in when no other groomer in our area could. She took a lot of time asking exactly what we wanted, and even asked for pictures to make sure it was we liked. I was shocked at how much she cared, and blown away when we picked our dogs up.they both looked awesome!

I highly recommend this place for grooming or boarding. Everyone there was so nice. The place is very clean inside and out. You can tell they love dogs. I will continue to use their services.

We have been using AllDogs for 10 years for play camp, boarding, and grooming. All of our dogs have really enjoyed staying there, and we feel very comfortable leaving them when we are gone for the day or for a vacation. Holly and the rest of the staff are very professional. I love that you can drop off or pick up any time as they have someone there at all times. I love when they take pictures of the dogs playing and post them on social media. They look like they are always having a great time!

I've been taking my dogs to All Dogs for years for play camp, grooming and boarding. I've always been very pleased with their services. The owner and staff have always been helpful and supportive. I had to be hospitalized for over a week a year ago and my dog was boarded there that entire week. Knowing he was being well taken care of took a great burden off my shoulders.

He and now his little brother both go to play camp. They're both happy arriving and it's obvious they are enjoying their time there. Grooming services have always been positive.

We love All Dogs! I can't say enough good things about the staff, facilities, and the great care they give to my baby! We love play camp. My baby gets so excited to play with her friends and see the All Dogs staff. We have boarded her several times- once for 8 days- and had a great experience every time! We would, without hesitation leave our precious baby in their care!

We LOVE AllDogs as much as our pets! Holly and all the staff truly care for your dogs like their own. We have been clients for several years. Our dog Buddy loves going to play camp. He also looks very handsome after grooming and he likes to stay when we go on vacation. Staff is on-site 24/7 allowing for convenience with drop off and pick up.

We recently boarded our pup for 8 nights while we were on vacation. Although our dog seemed to be well taken care of and happy, the services that they provide are not what is advertised. When you look up the schedule that is on their website it shows 2 different 3 hour blocks for puppy play camp, spa time and one on one play time. I was under the assumption that our pup would be out of his kennel for a good portion of those times.

That was not the case. We paid for the pup cam so my husband took screenshots of him through out the day and it seemed that the longest he was outside of the kennel at one time was 35-45 minutes. So I feel like paying for the play camp was a waste. When we dropped off I asked to have the pup cam added on and a half day of play camp. We were told they only do full day camps even though their website and a sign on their desk offered the half day as an add on to boarding.

My husband made a call on Tuesday because he was concerned that it looked like he had hardly left his kennel and he spoke to either Rhonda or Holly, and they were very dismissive to him. Sorry for the long review but I feel like people need to know that services are not exactly as advertised. Our dog also developed a respiratory infection while there. We will never take our dog back to AllDogs.
