I have brought my fur baby here since her first bath & she'll be 8 years in November. Always friendly & affordable for a grooming. We love All Dogs N Cats!

The perfect place to take your dog if you're looking to pay a "professional" to SHAVE your dog instead of doing a proper grooming. My dog gets groomed regularly and this business had the audacity to say he was shaved due to his hair being matted (which was an egregious lie). He is a King Charles Cavalier mix and she also shaved all of his ear hair.

The groomer named Darla (?) clearly has no idea what she is doing. The business should have guided her (I assume she's new.) to avoid such a mistake like this. My poor dog's hair is choppy, uneven, and simply way too short - he's truly pitiful looking! She didn't even wait until I was there to apologize when I picked my dog up.

She conveniently left early that day - ha! When I expressed both my confusion and frustration about the situation I was met with NO empathy or ownership from either the groomer or the business. and that is the true reason I will never go back to this business.

The folks at All Dogs N Cats provide excellent care for our dogs when we leave them to be groomed. They are attentive to any concerns they find while working with my family's pets. They always work to meet and exceed our expectations.

All Dogs-N-Cats really did a great job with my 175 lb American Akita. They took great care of him when they had him, and he looked better than his did in his show days. I was very impressed.

I've been on the hunt for a new dog groomer ever since my terrible experience at woofs play, All Dogs-N-Cats were able to get me in on short notice. Shane was my groomer, he was kind and caring with my two mini schnauzers (who have severe anxiety). My dogs looked so handsome when picked up, I let him know I was in healthcare and he was more than accommodating for pick up times. Don't hesitate taking your dogs there!

I have never once in my life experienced such ignorance from a business I made the wrong decision of taking my poor dog to this terrible establishment. I have a black labradoodle, though you wouldn't guess that from the picture because he looks like a homeless hound dog. I agree my labradoodle had mats and that is why I took him in, I have consulted other groomers and everybody has agreed he did not need to be trimmed this ungodly short.

I was aware his hair would be short and I agreed to it being short. But this is on the edge of naked mole rat. My other issue is on the phone I was told base fee was $70 for labradoodles, I brought him in, Sean, one of the groomers who my dog specifically had an appointment with felt him and talked to me about my grooming concerns. The owner NEVER had her hands on him before she set price.

She looked at my dog across the salon and said $95. Which does not line up with what she told me after the fact on the phone when I clarified price because frankly I could have done this same job for free with a Gillette razor. So in conjunction with that lie I asked her before I left any recommendations for brushes and all she could do was hold up a brush.

I asked a name and she couldn't seem to muster up the name for it which is interesting because she apparently has "40 years of experience" apparently in her 40 years she's never heard of a slicker brush. They were rude my whole experience and I traveled home with a naked mole rat looking "labradoodle" and $95 wasted dollars. I can honestly say never give this business any of your time or money.

Bandit, my handsome shitzu needed some good attention to his grooming especially around the face. I have gone to a couple different places and no one has done a awesome job like Melissa has. The price is so reasonable. But the atmosphere tops that. Bandit was relax, and enjoyed the ride home showing off his new look. Thanks Melissa for making Bandit looks and feel TOP DOG.

We recently rescued a dog from the shelter. We took him in for grooming and a nail trim. We specifically asked for notes from the groomer because we didn't know how he would handle this situation. When we went to pick him up there were no notes and no one could tell us anything. He was still wet, his collar was on 3 notches to tight and he evidently had received no water for the 5 hours he was there because he drank 2 full bowls as soon as we got home. We will never use this place again.

Sue was rough with my cat and ruined my trust! I dropped my cat off, and as always, asked Sue to check his teeth, give him a shave, a bath. Etc. Thank goodness she forgot to check his teeth otherwise I would've never been able to see for myself how they treat cats there! She HAULED my 20 pound cat up from the back of his carrier BY HIS HEAD, upside down, to look at his teeth.

As astounded as I was by this it got even worse when she YANKED HIS JAW DOWN using the skin on the bottom side of his jaw. I witnessed it myself! My cat, Ranger, is the sweetest, most well behaved cat you'll ever see in your life. He loves everyone and doesn't know a stranger. He did not deserve to be roughly treated this way and didn't even want myself and my boyfriend touching him for several days after coming home from this place and he normally LOVES all the cuddles.

Boyfriend even noticed something was wrong before I ever said anything about what I had witnessed. The appointment was on a Monday and our vet still couldn't even touch his ear area that Friday without him being super head shy. I will NEVER take Ranger back here. I'm ashamed of her behavior and am astounded at what I saw. What professional does that?! I'm even more sad that Ranger had to go through this a few times before I found out. I'm so sorry little buddy!

Called and made an appt and they told me to drop my dog off at 730am. Dropped my dog off and they told me she would be ready by 1130am. They made me pay beforehand and did not give me an itemized bill. Their website does not show pricing and what you get. They charged me 52.50 for a schnauzer cut. 1130 came and went and I had not recieved a call from them.

By 130pm, I was anxious and called them. They told me she was ready to go. I showed up to pick her up and asked why no one called and the person at the front desk didn't answer. I asked for an itemized bill and she said "we don't do that." I asked her if the pricing was on the site and she said it was. I then told her it was not and that I wanted to know exactly what I was paying for.

She grabbed someone from the back and they told me I paid for a bath, ear cleaning, cut, and gland. My dog did not have a schnauzer cut and since I had already paid and the folks working didn't know what they were doing, I decided just to leave and make not of the place. This place had such good reviews, but my experience was very poor. They also don't give pricing over the phone, which is a pain. I shouldn't have to book and appt and show up before I get a quote. Will never come back again.

What a great experience! Brought in my two 100lb dogs, who can be a handful to groom. I was open and aware of the shape of their coats, and knew that they would need to be shaved. I was so pleased with the quality of work performed, and the care Sue showed my boys. Grooming is not easy work, especially on large dogs and mixed breeds, especially doodles, as the fur requires daily maintenance- or else you have to shave your dog!

I read the previous reviews and I'm glad I gave these guys a chance, because while the dogs can be unpredictable while on the table, owners should have some level of awareness to the state of their pet's fur. I was absolutely aware that my dogs were a mess, and they left shining, clean, and most importantly, HAPPY! Great job Sue!

This was our first time using this place to board our German Shepherd. At first I really liked it. The onboarding was easy and they assured me they would take great care of my dog while we were gone for a few days. They were really flexible with us even when we needed to extend pickup an extra day. However when my dog came home, he had a bald spot on his head that looked like someone cut his hair.

I called to ask and the gentleman said it was from his head rubbing on top of the cage. My first thought was, do they not have cages tall enough for large dogs? And my second thought was, the bald spot had hair around shaped perfectly like a circle and not like it was being rubbed off. I then gave my dog a quick overview to ensure nothing else was wrong, but we found another bald spot on his back.

Both spots red and irritated. It's safe to say either they don't have the correct cages to accommodate large dogs or someone there cut our dogs hair without our knowledge. We won't be returning here at all.

This is updating my review because I realized my dog hasn't been sitting as often or being as cuddly. I took a look at where I found him excessively licking and they nicked his balls. I'm so upset. And they didn't call me like they said they would. I'm going in tomorrow to talk with them. I posted the part below the day I picked him up: Lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional.

They cut ALL of my dogs hair off instead of styling it AND overcharged me because of my dogs hair type. He looks like a different dog. I cried when I saw him. They said they call me back to discuss it, but I don't know what there is to discuss. My dog looks like a rat. I was overcharged. I'm not going back and no one else should ever go, especially if their dog/cat isn't short hair

Our dog looks stupid. He wasn't groomed, they just shaved all the hair off and he looks like a weasel with a hair deficiency. Specifically requested to not cut head and tail and shit got cut.

They have a pretty terrible rule that you have to be there AT 5 on Sundays. I pulled up as she was locking the door and was unable to pick up my cat. I have been gone for a few days and was very upset I couldn't spend today with my kitty. Very disappointed. It's not always possible to get somewhere RIGHT at 5.

I have been taking my maltipoo to see Ashley for about 5 years now. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Jude, my dog, has anxiety issues and Ashley always works with him. I know he must hard to work on because he shakes bad when he is nervous. But he always comes out happy and looking great. Moved across town with 2 pet groomers down the street 2 years ago, and I still continue to drive 20 minutes across town to all dogs n Cats. They are amazing!

I took my two Shih-tzu there today and they CUT my boy's face. Gouged it with their razors right by his eye. It is physically bleeding and it is swollen in that area. I am now going to have to take him to his vet to keep it from getting infected. They will be hearing from my attorney. The worst part is that I TOLD them that I was moving, which is why I think they thought they could do such a bad job.

We told them we would pick them up at 5 and they were not even DONE with my girl yet when my husband got there at 5:08. Then to find out when he got them home that he has this huge cut right by his eye? I am beyond mad. Now he is going to be afraid to go to the groomer from this point forward, I will bet. He has been afraid of jumping onto our couch or chair since my step-dad tried to keep him from jumping up there and he got knocked to the floor and into the coffee table, so this is definitely going to be something he will remember.

And I know it hurts because he keeps trying to mess with it. I have had to put him in a cone to keep him from scratching at it. So, thank you very much, All Dogs and Cats. Thank you for making an already stressful time for me a lot more stressful and thank you for hurting my baby. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE EVER. YOU HURT DOGS AND SHOULD BE IN JAIL NOT IN GROOMING.

I just went there for the first time today. I typically go to petsmart to get my pitbull puppy bathed and smelling good, but I decided to try this place since it's only 3 minutes from my house. I must say they did a good job clipping his nails, but he doesn't smell much different from when I took him. He came back with a little bandana, but I really wish I would have spent my money where I know I will be satisfied with my service. Also, I had to remind them twice about vaccination records, which was a HUGE red flag for me. The girls who took care of my pup seemed really nice, it's just not the type of service I was looking forward to.

Excellent dog groomer! I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and was very pleased with my dog's haircut. They got me in very quickly and were very prompt with having her ready by the pickup time. Not only did she look clean and well groomed, she also smelled great as well! It was nice that the groomer who was going to groom my dog came out to the front to talk with me to find out exactly what look I was wanting. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

The only reason I am even giving two stars is because the people were very nice and I know that my dog is not very cooperative at the groomer, so I am giving them a break. However, the cut is not good. My dog has a westie/terrier face and one side of his "mustache" is an inch or two longer than the other. Very noticeable. I asked for his tail hair to be trimmed to about an inch all around and he has some sections that are about 5 inches and others that are more like two.

Totally haphazard. He also has some kind of ouchy looking razor burn on his tummy. Furthermore, I think their prices are high. I just moved from Chicago where my groomer charged $35 for a bath, cut and nail trimming. All Dogs and Cats charged me $42 for the same service. I would expect a small town to be the same if not cheaper and for the cut to at least be good for that amount.

I will say, they did do a good job taking care of the pads of his feet. The people seemed nice and they did gave him a cute scarf, but I will not be returning to All Dogs N Cats.

My experience was that they expected you to know all of the details and didn't come forward to offer you basic information. ie. drop off times, scheduling appointments in advance, bringing your own food for boarding. I brought my dog there several times as a walk in before someone told me, in a quick tone, that you are supposed to make appointments.

It made me feel very silly. Also, they did not ask for any vaccination records before boarding my dog for the weekend. This could lead to serious health problems for all pets if one infected/non-immunized animal comes in. We showed up to board our pet and they asked us "where is your food?" The employee we arranged the boarding appointment with had told us nothing about bringing food or any other details about boarding.

These are important details that an organized business with a customer service plan would offer without asking. They are just too quick to get you off the phone and on to the next sale.

This is my go-to place to get my pomeranian groomed. I've been there twice: one time for just a bath, trim, and nail clipping, then the other for a fun summer shave. It's important to me that I feel that my animals are being treated well, and I do believe they treat their customers' pets as their own, in my experience. The prices are affordable IMO and they can usually work you in the schedule pretty easily. Drop-off times for the pet are between 7:30 and 9:00 am, and they'll usually let you know when they'll be finished. I recommend this place to my friends.
