Placed and order using my venmo card. The shopping cart did not complete left all items in cart, but my venmo card was charged. Contacted support to request order being shipped or invistigate the issue to resolve it or refund it, i provided screenshots and video of charged. Support responded quickly like they did not look into it and said to place the order again. (please look at the pictures of memes i uploaded and thats exaclty how i felt to that response. ) So you want me to place an order again to lose my first order money or lose twice if it happens again? Like youre not gonna look if it hit your bank account first? You just want me to throw more money at you? So now i have to contact venmo support to dispute this.

I am in the sport of Mondioring and when I need training equipment I order from AllK9. I've purchased from other sites like Leerburg, directly off RedlineK9, etc., but AllK9's prices are always lower for the same products and they ship out within hours of placing an order. I have also never had to pay shipping, and I appreciate that they are US Veteran Owned. Nobody in my training circles seems to know about AllK9 so I just wanted to write them a good review. Keep up the good work guys. :
