The Veterinarians and staff are SO wonderful! Friendly, kind and caring. They take great care of our fur babies. The Vet takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. Love this place!

I drive every morning by the clinic and my 3 year old daughter will always point to this clinic and she will ask me if we can bring our new puppy to see the animal doctor(veterinary) As I mom I definitely listen to her! Call in to schedule an appointment and was really surprised when offered me a same day appointment, I had other plans and decide to take this appointment and cancel my plans!

I got there, call the number and notify them I was outside, they bring a form to fill and I was waiting for them to get me in, around 20-25 mins past my appointment time a lady come outside to notify me that they got 2 emergency cases and I will probably need to way longer( she didn't want to say an exact time to wait) she basically want me to leave and don't wait for them to see my puppy, I try to ask her about waiting time, i didn't have any problem to wait longer but she basically wanted to leave!

She told me that they will call me to reschedule! My daughter was really sad and she didn't understand why we were going back home It been a week and no call at all to schedule a new appointment! Definitely I will be looking into another clinic, very sad because my daughter it just obsessed with this clinic and I was looking forward to get my puppy all his vaccinations!

This is a great veterinary clinic, with the best rates around. Staff is very compassionate, and they truly care about their clients. Highly recommend! Amy Pitman is the best at what she does- and that's caring for the animals!

The veterinarian's and staff at Animal Care Clinic are like family to us and our dogs. They recognize our pets, are kind towards them and the Veterinarian's deep knowledge of all things medical and other wisdom they have gained over the years, they are always willing to share when we ask questions.

I brought my cat here to have her end of life exam. It was her time. At first i felt like the vet was empathetic and caring. She told me to take as much time as I needed. One hour later, I was still having a hard time with letting her go. The vet told me that it needed to be soon Because they needed the room for other patients. She said I could take her home and bring her back another day to do this.

I felt very rushed to say goodbye and quite disrespected. I felt like the vet had very little empathy. I do want to recognize the Vettech whom was very kind and supportive in this situation, as it was heart wrenching I would not recommend this clinic and am disgusted with how they treated me and my cat.

My dog was a "walk in" patient this Saturday after he got bit by another dog. The assistant Alora was warm and professional, my dog adored her so much he didn't make a fuss about leaving me. Dr. Pittman communicated clearly and kindly, and I really appreciated that she was sensitive to my dog's anxiety and modified her exam accordingly. Their prices are reasonable as well, and after such a wonderful experience I will definitely use Animal Care Clinic for my dog's routine health care as well.

It's Covid time, so I can't go inside, but the techs and doc who came out to the car and helped me get a timely RX for my cat were friendly, caring, and professional.

If you like a place where they uthinize dogs outside in the grass for everyone to witness this is the place for you! I went here for 5 years and watched it go straight downhill with the new ownership. Rude staff every time I call If you ask to speak with the doctor you will be rudly shut down and not be put in touch with the doctor. Appointments take weeks to get The prices for the items they want you to buy are triple what they pay amazon.com to get. I can go on an on but I will never bring my pets to this place again. Horrible service. Stay away! Money hungry and taking advantage at every turn.

Every visit leaves my dogs happy and healthy and the staff is very understanding even if I'm in a hectic day and acting like a chicken with my head cut off. Service is great, and staff are wonderful, I recommend you guys everytime friends get a new pet and ask about a vet.

Very nice vet. They are friendly and fast with appointment. Never come as a walk in though because wait times can be well over an hour. They also have weird hours as they're closed on Mondays.

Dr. Pittman is an excellent doctor who cares deeply about her work and patients. The staff works tirelessly to serve the public and do their best to care for everyone that comes through their doors. They all deserve medals for their constant hard work because of the shortage of veterinary care available at the moment.

Dr. Pittman took such good care of my Chihuahua! To this day, she is the only vet he ever liked. Oso survived for well over 2 years with congestive heart failure because it was identified and treated early. We've lost our Oso but we had much more time with him because of the excellent care he received from Animal Care Clinic.

I'm impressed with everything about The Animal Care Clinic. Dr. Pittman and her staff are top notch. I really like her treatment approach, combining nontraditional and allopathic medicine. I came in worried about my kitty and I left relieved knowing what was wrong and that I had a pain management plan for her. Everyone there is kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them to care for your beloved pets.

Always my favorite Vet clinic! I've been coming here for several years. I wouldn't trust my pets with anybody else. They go above and beyond and always have! I had been to several other clinics in the area and Animal Care Clinic is the only one that I truly love.

I went for a small lump under my cats nipple. The staff met me with a smile and were very compassionate and seem to love their jobs and the animals they treat. The visit fee was very reasonable, they were fast and thorough. Confirmed it was only a cyst, which luckily drained when they examined it. I am happy to have found them and will be bringing all of my pets for their health needs.

So far great. Really caring staff. Needs some surgery to get back on her feet, so we decided Dr is going to do it in the morning. like it better than other places I've taken the cat's to-had no choice with them-and Ruth is going to be OK. And that's what counts. (Next day now) And now we wait. and Lynn 's with great news_out of surgery and doing very well. And now we're and all is well, resting and looks way better than this morning! Took our cat in and got great care! The vet assistant was extremely helpful and the vet was great as well. Very comfortable with handling my cat. Good prices too and full of useful information. Would highly recommend.

We thought after taking our 10 year old baby to the emergency vet that we had no choice but to put her down. We were given really poor options on her care. The next morning the wonderful staff at Animal Care Clinic called us and told us they would save her life.and they did! These people are the most wonderful individuals ever. They know that our pets are considered our children and our family.

They cared, they treated us with the utmost respect and I cannot even really explain in words how amazing they were. I have sent everyone I know there for vet care. I will not go anywhere else.
