Extremely excited we adopted our new fur baby from here, the Team are super keen, extremely patient, enthusiastic and welcoming. The facility is well maintained, animals well looked after, would totally recommend adopting from here, 10/10

I rang up last weekend to come and see the animals in care to have a feel to see if I connected with any of the dogs, I was told to not come unless I had intentions of adopting that day. I explained that I wanted to walk around and meet the dogs to see if there is a connection but was then told to look online at photos. When I have previously gone and donated things as well as give them treats, staff have been so welcoming and allowed for a walk around by myself and offered a hand if needed. An adoption should not be rushed and by pushing me to adopt and not allowing viewing unless I was going to adopt makes me not want to return and adopt from Campbelltown. Super disappointed and will not be returning to the Campbelltown facility

When and got my dogs out after being found, one of my dogs wasn't walking properly and had damaged pads from obviously being stressed out in on of your cages cause after having my dogs all day you call me a minute before you close so I can't pick them up, so my dog try digging out of there. The only thing you guys care about is giving people grief.

The facility is clean the folk who work here have big hearts for these dear homeless animals. I found the staff friendly and caring eager to help. I fell in love with my kitty from a photo the facility posted online. Her name was Quinn she was 10 weeks old. We call her Emmeline. She is the sweetest lil girl very healthy and I love her so much. We just lost our adorable kitty we had for 17 years. So she fills the need in our hearts for a furry companion. And we are happy to give her a home.

We got our precious boy from the shelter 3months ago.and now he rules our house and our lives lol. We wouldn't have it any other way. The shelter staff were amazing and friendly. They answered all our questions with no hesitation and no annoyance. I asked a lot of questions which would annoy anyone! Highly recommend getting your new family member from here and giving the precious animals here the great life they deserve.

Found the most timid little 10 month old un-microchip staffyX, who arrived a day before I visited. We left an expression of interest and once she had done her mandatory 7 days stay we came back to visit her. On our meet and greet she was so shy and scared but extremely fond of her carer, who told us she is very cuddly and clingy as soon as she gets to know you. we trusted the carer and signed the adoption papers that day (March 30 2020), picked her up on the 2nd and couldn't imagine our life without her now (6kgs heavier).

The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time and the facility is clean, spacious and calm. I would highly recommend visiting the beautiful doggies at this shelter.

Breaks my heart to see soo many animals at the dog shelter. On that note and as an animal lover - a dog is a lifelong committment, DO NOT GET AN ANIMAL IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO LONG TERM CARE! Service; caring staff and attendant Cleanliness; clean facilities for the dogs with all the dog requirements. X-factor; The staff that care for the dogs that other humans abandoned. And some of these animals are amazingly cute. Please contact this organization if you want a dog first.
