I love how Aston Vet treats my baby. My dog is a rescue so a lot of her history is unknown. And I have been bringing her here since she was rescued and it's always amazing to watch her with the staff. She comes out with her tail wagging like she always makes friends. For the past year and a half she's struggled here and there with gastrointestinal issues and I have felt horrible trying to figure out what's wrong, especially when she gets sick.

I adore my dog and want the best for her and Dr. Kutney has taken great care of her. And I'm not being judged if I come off paranoid and concerned no matter how small the problem is, she understands. My dog adores the staff and to me that's enough to keep coming back. Because how someone treats animals says a lot about them. I am getting answers for my baby and I couldn't be more thrilled. Two paws up

Aston Vet was my dog Elvis's Vet for over 12 years. The care has always been top notch. Today was a difficult day for me and my family, we had to make the hard decision to euthanize our awesome dog. I cannot possibly express my gratitude and appreciation for the amount of support we received from the doc, nurse and staff. They were truly wonderful to me, my wife and children. I called to verify pricing on vaccinations as well as examination fees and the receptionist who I communicated with was very rude. She answered the phone in a rude tone then once I began talking in a friendly voice is when she decided to change her tone. Then once I explained to her that I'm just going to keep my pets scheduled appointment somewhere else because the pricing is a little bit better, she caught an entire attitude and said have a good day, not do I need any further assistance or anything and hung up right in my ear.

It's like she didn't get the sale and got mad. Definitely won't be bringing my pet here for any type of services because if the receptionist has a bad attitude I'm pretty sure the other staff has similar attitudes.

Professional, friendly staff to not only the animal patients, but their humans too. Beyond the veterinarians, all seem to be knowledgeable and well trained. Facility is clean and takes COVID precautions seriously. Definitely would recommend using this practice!

Great Vet. Super nice staff, the only negative is they are slightly more expensive than other Vets i go to. Would still recommend.

They were very courteous. Was in and out very quickly. The tech I had was great! I wish I would have gotten her name. Dr. was very knowledgeable, handled my pet with a lot of care. You can tell she really enjoys your job. Which is really good obviously. The exam room is clean. Rob

Met with Dr. McGibney for my 9 year old Maltipoo. Was very pleased with how her and the staff treated her. She took the time and answered all my questions and concerns. I have been going to Aston Veternary for over 20 years! Staff at the front desk were also very friendly! A lot of new faces but very professional!

Dr Wills and the staff were very professional, which put both my kitten, and myself at ease.

The Doctor and staff at Aston Veterinary Hospital in Media are Very professional and reliable, especially when getting back to you regarding any concerns you may have. I know that my cat max is safe and in good hands at Aston Veterinary Hospital in media pa!

I took my 8 week old boxer pup In for a wellness exam and the staff took great care of him. Very professional and gave me some help with a few things.

I love them and all of the workers are awesome. They gave my Misha some toys to take home, took such good care of her! I will be going back 100%!

Aston vet is awesome, entire staff is helpful, courteous and takes care of our pup Ruby! They take the time listen and to answer your questions, address concerns and easily fit you in for any urgent needs.

My cat is usually not a people person except for me. She never is a problem for the staff at Aston Vet Hospital. They love her and she is so good with them. I've never taken her anywhere else as I have no reason to. No need to mess with a good thing!

I've been using this veterinarian hospital for 20 years and I'm sad to say it went downhill and downhill fast. I'm not sure what happened I think one of the doctors retired and everything changed. They cut their hours back substantially you could never get anyone live on the phone to talk to you they put you on hold forever and it's like they're never even opened anymore it's not just because of the cove at 19 that this happened. It's very sad because I've always been happy with them over the 20 years that I've been using them.

My dog is 11 years old and I don't think he has that much longer to live but needless to say if I get another pet I will not be using them. Just letting everyone know do you research and find another vet.

Everyone at Aston Vet in the past six years I have brought my senior dog has always went above and beyond for me and my pup. With all the stress they have gone through with the pandemic they have never failed us. Love you guys and thank you.

I have been taking my dog here for 9 years. I especially appreciated the fact that I could board her here as well, I hope that the kennels will reopen. The staff is always professional, caring and considerate. of humans and animals alike. like any where else, as things are starting to open up, just be patient, you will still get the individual attention as always!

Aston Vet professionals are very capable. They ask questions, provide insight and afford options so that there are no surprises. They have cared for our family of pets for the past 15 years!

Always a great experience. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable & caring. They explain & recommend what your pet should have done & leave the final decision up to you with no pressure. The only place I trust my Sundae girl's wellness to!

Unfortunately after using and loving Aston Vet for almost 40 years, we felt the need to make a change. With the leaving of Dr Brezinski, the place is just not the same. My dog was limping, and they couldn't see him for 4 days, which is totally unacceptable. Dr B. would have seen him. Fortunately the SPCA has a walk in clinic and he was seen that day and treated for an infection in his paw.

It doesn't appear that they leave time for sick pets in their schedule, only routine visits. I need a vet that's available when my dog has a problem, not 4 days later. Sorry to see a 40 year relationship end.

All my dogs have been patients of Dr. B since she started this practice. I've always been very satisfied with my pets' care. Through good times and sadness, Dr. B and her staff have treated us kindly and with compassion.

Aston Vet went above and beyond to care for my cat. I took my cat to a different vet a few months ago & they didn't notice & didn't address my cats ears. Even though my cat was seeing Aston Vet for an unrelated problem they took care of her waxy ears AND explained why they were that way (enlarged glands!). They truly take their time & care for the WHOLE pet - they don't just try to get you in and out the door. Thank you Aston Vet. My cat is feeling much better, thanks to you!

The staff and Vets here are the best! My dog Gracie just LOVES coming here, both for shots regularly as well if there may be other issues. I board her here as well, she knows the staff and they always fuss over her. She gets really excited when we turn into the drive way!

Most people who work here are nice enough but the prices don't match what they can do for you. I spent $300 on a wellness visit where they ran some tests that all ended up being useless. They also didn't tell me about the cost of these tests, they just ran them and I saw the bill at the end. I inquired how much a dental service costs and their LOW estimate was $800 (for reference the SPCA does dental work starting at $200). I always feel ripped off when I leave here. Save your money and get similar service elsewhere.

The absolute best place for pet care.ever. They are incredible with fitting you in and making it work to make sure your pet is okay! Delco and Frank love you all!

I've been coming here for the entirety of my dogs' lives thus far, 15 years! We tried several others before landing here and have never changed. They are caring and compassionate and always call me back promptly. They are not pushy. My favorite doctor will always be Dr. B but I've seen others that are good as well.

Little bit sketchy. Not so sure I would recommend this place unless you have an immediate emergency, at which point they will most likely refer you to a more equipped facility anyway.

They seem ok until you have a problem with your pet then they can't help you at all. Very disappointing! Time to find someone else.

Is this a joke!? You called to tell me your under new management and your "sorry". Still have not heard fron the owner, still have not recieved my money back from the surgery that killed my cat! Yes it happened 2 years ago, but I only recieved a reply back AFTER I wrote a review telling everyone what they did and how horrible I was treated. I did not hear from anyone in between the two years! So stop giving false positive updates like the matter has been resolved because it certainly has not!

My Matilda has gone to Aston Vet since she arrived home with me in December 2014. They have provided the utmost care to my fur baby and always ready to help this new puppy momma. The staff and doctors are amazing. Appointments are easy to get even if it's at the last minute - which has happened on a few occasions. I can't tell you how much this team means to me and helps me keep Matilda in great health. Her picture says it all - she's one happy, healthy labradoodle!

Five stars for one of the vets being really great and compassionate when we lost one of our beloved kitties to renal failure. Props also to the last vet I dealt with regarding my other aging kitty, for being so patient with my endless questions. No stars to the vet tech that insinuated my cat is overweight because I think it's "cute", and then raised her voice to talk over me when I tried to tell her he's been on a diet for the last two years and has plateaued in his weight loss.

Usually this office is fine, but my last visit was the worst. On top of the terrible vet tech, you can hear everything that's going on in the back room while you're waiting in the exam room. They should be aware that everyone can hear their gossip clear as day. Also their pricing is insane -- I dropped $350 on a rabies shot and a blood test without any sort of warning.

Used to like this place.however my dr seemed as though she didn't know what she was talking about, consistently walking in and out of the room asking other drs for the answers to my questions. Seemed very unprofessional.

Aston vet was recommended to me by a co worker 3 years ago when I took in a stray kitten. Since then I have added two dogs and have never had a bad experience there. They are kind, helpful, and it's easy to get an appt. I've used their boarding also with another wonderful experience.

We brought our Morkie Gia to Dr. Becker when she had severe liver toxicity. After several days we came to the decision to let her go. Dr Becker was sympathetic to us and honest. She was comforting and Gia was at peace. Now we have a Yorkie and again we had the pleasure of having DrBecker and Dr Catafaro. Both take their time to explain procedures. I can always get an appointment and they keep on schedule. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. I know that my little loved ones are well cared for

A great veterinary team at Aston (especially love Dr. Kate Hiller). They are knowledgeable, professional and caring and the customer service is second to none. They saved my best friend's life after he ate something stupid! We live in center city Philadelphia, but we come down to Aston because it is the best!
