Great staff helped me out big time! I needed to buy feliway for my distressed cat just before the bank holiday. I called them at 6:55pm (5 mins before closing ) to ask if l could pay over the phone and they agreed to let me collect the product after they shut! Absolute life saver! Thank you

I shop for my cats food and litter supplies in here every week and the shop is very good with friendly staff. The vet surgery is the real jewel in the crown however. I took my cat yesterday to have her spay and microchip and was blown away with how good they were; so professional and made me feel really confident that my cat had been well looked after.

The aftercare instructions and follow up was also far better than when I took my other cat to have the same procedure at a different vet in the area. They also arranged for a bodysuit for my cat in opposition to a cone which so far has been a real game-changer as my cat is definitely more happy in this than I'm sure she would have been with an uncomfortable cone! I would definitely recommend their services to any pet owners. Thank you again!

Just adopted a couple of kittens, purchased most of the many items needed here, members of kitten club, so get some discounts, although when we go the toy section seems a little bare and we did buy a cat tower online, saved a fair bit but every day items this is the shop if choice

Incredibly helpful, very friendly and attentive to customers. I go in frequently to pick up various items for my hamster, fish and dog and each time have not been disappointed with quality or service. Thank you so much!

It is not possible that these unreliable guys are not selling fish because they are based on an aquarium imaging or because the water was not changed the day before. I have three aquariums, one of which started in September. Amber water as it is rich in tannins which the fish I have chosen and I like (guppies) love this type of water. of the filter and the presence of a bacterial "bed". causes the bacteria to transform nitrites into nitrates (NO3) which are not harmful to fish and necessary as a nutrient for plants!

It is called the nitrogen cycle. STOP! in many years of Askoll member and many exhibitions done this is the first time I see xosi incompetent and ignorant people! I don't recommend this shop. Lovely staff and plenty of food, treats and accessories. Well stocked for a fairly small shop. Such a treat for my dog on every trip there as it's the only shop he's allowed in

The vets in here are superb. Marina and the young Canadian lady (apologies I can't remember her name?) are brilliant. So knowledgeable and helpful with my dog. Highly recommended

Good value for money, friendly staff, insufficient stocks availability however, My bunny loves it here. :
