Called ahead of time and since we showed up at 545pm (closing time is 7pm), we were not able to wash our dog. This was not cool. We could have been told that over the phone and didn't have to drive there.

Drove to this circus for 35 minutes and got there at 6:05pm to use their self dog Wash. Got told they couldn't make it happen as it was after 6pm. Made a ton of excuses. Manager couldn't look at me in the eyes while we spoke and ran to cry at the back. The two other clerks looked like they didn't know what planet they were. All looked miserable to be there.

What happened to being a professional? The clerk with the gross greasy colored hair should be terminated immediately. Shes aggressive but lucky for her most of us are civilized enough that we won't check her. Unfortunately one day she will act dumb to the wrong person and will get more then a complaint. Owner of this clown show should be ashamed. No pride of ownership. Paying low wages will get you low performance. There's another pet store a block away. Your money is your vote. This dog needs to go belly up!

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Horrific service. Horrific attitude particularly the cool aid clerk. Manager could be salvaged with the right guidance but the rest need to be dumped. Save yourself the headache and go to Pet Supplies Plus down the street!

We called ask if they do self wash and tooth brush they said yes and till 6pm. Drive 40min there arrive around 4pm, they told us that grooming stuff already left we have to come back tomorrow. If you take ur puppy there to tooth brush or nail trim make sure before 3pm (_|||)

I always have a good experience here and the groomers always do a great job with my golden retriever. Isis is our groomer and she does such a fantastic job. My pup always leaves shiny, soft, and fluffy! Here are some before and after photos from today!

I come in to self wash my 2 Great Pyrenees as they're too big for my tub at home. A great place, however both times I've gone it has been extremely hot inside. It was so hot in fact I had to rush the bath and get out of there as quickly as possible. My dog was panting and overheating and so was I. Trapped behind plexiglass with moisture and the smell of wet dogs doesn't make it any better either.

I also wish they had better undercoat brushes available to those of us with long haired dogs, it save a lot of time and effort. I don't think I could come back due to the temperature inside.

We are from out of town but anytime we are near Vegas we make a point of swing by to give the dogs a bath and pick up a treat or two. The baths are always clean and well equipped. The Hydrosurge wash system make giving our long haired mutts a bath a breeze. When finished we always pick up a treat or two as they stock quality pet foods and treats. We do a lot of research into what we feed our dogs and Barking dogs stocks the good stuff. Great friendly staff and convenient to us when we stay at the Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort. We've been using barking dogs grooming (mountains edge location.) for our nervous dog, Larry for several months now. He comes back refreshed and excited each time. Tip: typically need to schedule out 2 weeks in advance. They have always been prompt and Larry always leaves more handsome. Check out that sweet tie . I also like that they send you a confirmation text 2 days before your appointment.

They seem to have a great variety of treats, food, toys and more. They even have a little bakery style treat area which is adorable. Thank you! If they can groom Larry my nervous fella. I am confident they can groom any nervous dog.

First time visiting was on 2/9/2021 and we are coming back to use the self-wash for sure! The service was amazing. Polite and attentive employees. Highly recommend!

Love this place! They are so friendly and super knowledgeable. I picked up some food for my pets and took the two dogs for a bath. They have a great rewards program and $10 dog washes on Tues. They even remember my dogs name as well as mine. Will be back again next time I'm in the area!
