WOW! I am so glad I read the reviews for this place first! After reading that an owner responded to a review much like a child would, this isn't for me. When a customer complains or gives a bad review seeing a business of any kind respond by going on the attack is appalling. Shame! Response from the owner year ago Posted by owner over a year ago! When you picked him up you said he looked great and rescheduled for his next appointment.

On Saturday when you called and told us about his discomfort, we asked you to bring him by so we could examine him for any injury. You did not. Some dogs are very sensitive to having their potty area cut short. The groomer trimmed him as instructed by you. To avoid this in the future instruct your next groomer to hand scissor his potty area. Hope he feels better soon. Pets are groomed by only one person from start to finish.

Great care is taken with each pet. Brenda also paid for her grooming with an NSF check. Another customer trying to get something for nothing. The tip doesn't even pay for the return check fee.

Always take such great care of my fur babies! I drive 25 miles both ways but it's worth it!

Journee is the best and I would trust her with my precious baby (dog) any time! She has taken her grooming to the next level by educating me on how to best take care of my baby's fur. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and that she loves taking care of our babies.

My dog is a little unruly with other groomers. But we've taken him here multiple times and he gets groomed perfectly with no issues. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to any cut that you want

I love taking my FURBABY here. She's a little Yorkie that's a bit hyper, and doesn't get a lot of socialization. So. She isn't fond of being close to other animals, and she insists on being center of attention. But the staff here is somehow able to calm her long enough to groom her, ,B EAUTIFULLY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, BUT, BE PREPARED TO WAIT TO GET YOUR BABY IN TO BE SEEN, THEY ARE VERY BUSY!

Sierra is the best! She takes excellent care of my dog with congestive heart failure- takes her time that he needs so it's not taxing on him. The ladies are all polite and friendly and the place is clean. My boy hates to be crated, after he's ready to go he gets to run around and wait for me. Prices are reasonable within the area for their services. My boy always looks pawsome I'm loyal customer for over a year now.

I brought my cockapoo in for her first trim, and Wendy did such a great job! Very thankful that this was my first grooming experience as miss Bella will be a client forever!

Love coming here! They know the names of my dogs and take such good care of them even when my one dog gets fussy. Always come in for walk in nail trims and they do a great job on grooming my little fluffy dog.

Critical: Reliability, Value Received a call today of their new price increase (25%) one dog basically gets a bath the other is a border collie mix so they want $103 (before a tip) and often forget to do the nail trims. Very hard to get into. So I will not be returning! Over this "business"

Took my dog in for a walk-in nail trimming and they were super quick and efficient! It was super low stress, he normally hates having his nails cut. Will definitely go back when they need trimmed again.

I took my beloved Pomeranian, Bijou to Bath and Beyond last Friday morning @ 9:00 They told me he would be 'done' in 3 - 4 hours. They called one hour later and said he was ready to be picked up. I arrived approximately one Hour later and they handed me my baby and said it would be $40. I tipped her and left. The next day he showed signs of pain and itching. I felt as if this was a sign of assembly line grooming. I will never take my baby back to This place.

We got our fur baby in early and were able to pick him up within 4 hours (standard for his size and fur type). They talked to me beforehand about what we would like to see and walked us through our options since this was our first ever grooming experience. I'm sure he was rowdy as soon as we left but they seemed calm and able to accomplish the task at hand.

We received our call for pick up and he was looking so handsome and smelled fresh. We received our tooth brush for future teeth cleanings and had an overall pleasant conversation with our groomer Brandi. The price was right and staff was experienced and polite.
