Very unfriendly front desk staff, nasty tone over the phone and in person. Also on par with the attitude and lack of hospitality from the vet. Every question I had for the front desk was met with a nasty short response until I explained why I was asking the question. Having to justify WHY I had any questions at all was extremely frustrating. I can only imagine how they all talk to each other there, seems like a very hostile work environment starting from the top. Went through with our first visit as well as boarding for 5 nights. Did not get any pictures the whole time my baby was there and they were ready to hand her off and push us out when I went to pick her up. I had to specifically ask how she did and how everything went. Very disappointing, will absolutely never go back.

We boarded our cat Mimi at Naples Safari Animal Hospital & Pet Resort this Thanksgiving. Linda, who works for Safari, sent us pictures of her every day, which made us feel so much better about leaving her. Mimi, who is typically not fond of strangers, let Linda cut her nails, pick her up and play with her. We have literally never seen this before, so my husband commented that Linda must be a "cat whisperer"! We are so glad we found Safari Animal Hospital, and are grateful for the "above and beyond" treatment that Linda gave Mimi!

We love Doctor Leslie Reiff and her staff. They are very kind, compassionate and loving to the animals in their care. We are very happy with their interactions with Enzo (who we think is now about 9+ years old). Enzo, lost an eye 2 1/2 years ago, right before we rescued him. Since we adopted him, Dr. Leslie has been his Doc and sees Enzo for his regular check ups and his shots.

Our Enzo has also stayed at the Naples Safari Pet Resort when we travelled to Italy for a 2+ week vacation before Covid shut down our 2020 plans. We are planning another vacation and are very comfortable leaving our Enzo in their care.

Our dog loves staying at the Safari! He's an older dog and needs lots of TLC. He is always happy (and smells good!) when we pick him up. We know that you all take wonderful care and treat him as part of the family. Thank you for taking care of our family member!

Not sure how the keep the people that answer the phone and the receptionist still employed there, the sound like they hate their job, so from the initial phone call I was not very happy to go. My 2 little ones wanted to be there for her first puppy doctors visit, so I pulled them of school just for that. I knew they were not taking that many people due to covid, which is fine.

I knew I had to wait outside. but I try to open the door because my little one wanted to use the bathroom, I was greeted with a "WE ARE GOING TO CALL YOU" I asked can just my little one go to the bathroom? She said NO, WE CANT.? What is this? A 7 years old can't use the toilet? Receptionist has zero common sense, after that. if that's the way the deal with humans, will be worse for animals. Right there and then we left and now are looking for a new Vet. Loosing a potential client due too poor customer service. So bad!

My Dog loves staying here! I love that he gets a bath, play time and special walks and daycare when I board him. They also take care of any vaccines or check ups.

Today was my first attempt to check Pet Safari. As I enter the door I was welcomed with a shout "wait outside I'm gonna go out to talk to you! We're restricting access to the building!" Not to say I did not feel welcome at all. I told the lady I wanted to check their services because I have two dogs. She said they were not doing any tours right now and I could check pictures online.

I think that was a terrible way of welcoming a new client. She was very rude and didn't seem to be interested in new clients. She lost my business right there. They shouldn't allow fear dictate how they run their business. Sad. In reply to the business answer: I tried to read all the signs at the door, but quite frankly, there were just too many. And the one that says we are to wait outside had tiny letters, I just did not see. And, your response said nothing about the rudeness of the employee, which, by the other reviews, seems to be very common and you just don't care. If she treats people like that, I don't want to imagine how my dogs would have been treated. Kindness and gentleness goes a long way!

I absolutely love this clinic! Dr Reiff and her staff are incredibly patient, gentle and caring! One of my dogs has severe anxiety with vet visits and has had some bad experiences in the past. Dr Reiff and Shannon made my pups visit a breeze! They were amazing with my pup, made her comfortable and relaxed. They were able to take a blood sample and give injections with no issues. I have all the confidence and trust in them. I rely on google reviews a lot but I've never written one. I felt that this team deserves a great shout out!

I almost never write online reviews but after how wonderful Dr. Reiff and the staff at Naples Animal Safari were during the passing of my beloved dog, I feel compelled to do so. I have been taking my animals there for 10 years and they always get the best care and compassion. My dog also does daycare there 3-4 days a week and he LOVES it. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful and I know that my animals are in good hands.
