Excellent grooming. Friendly groomers. My dogs go in happy and come out beautiful and fluffy.

Very professional. My dog was groomed here and looks amazing! We have also boarded him and felt he was very well loved. The staff is fabulous and the prices are fair.

An amazing experience our dogs had their first time boarding and the staff were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable leaving our dogs there and made them comfortable too. Highly recommend!

My daughter's dog came back happy and calm! He's an anxious guy, so it says a lot that he was glad to see us, but not anxious. They even had video of him playing with another dog! If we need to kennel him again, we'll definitely take him back there!

This wasn't our first choice place for boarding because it is 30 miles each way from our house - but it is THE ONLY place we use after the first time we tried it. They are that good. They really make our boy comfortable and safe. He is always happy when we pick him up but strangely he is also happy when we dropped him off. He enjoys going to "camp" when we absolutely can not take him with us.

The little extra things they do, and having a real Veterinarian available just in case he needs one just makes us so much more assured he is in good hands here. Try them and you will be glad you did.

They did an amazing job in all aspects. My dog is very nervous around new people and the fact she is a pitbull it scares people. They took their time and made her comfortable! The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff are kind and helpful. Heard good things about Andria and her crew and they did not disappoint. Will be our go to for put of town trips!

We've been taking our dogs here for many years. Our pets have always been treated well by the staff, and we've been very happy with the services provided, including bathing our dog before we pick him up. I would definitely recommend Big Valley Pet Resort if you need a safe place for your pet to stay.

After moving here we tried them first for kennelling. We've been so happy we haven't tried anywhere else. Love them for grooming and kennel services.

We love taking our pups here when we go out of town! Our two boys get to share a large kennel and get several hours of outside time each day. You have the option of paying for additional play time as well. They allow unaltered dogs which is awesome for us because our pup isn't old enough to be neutered yet.

Great staff and a veterinarian clinic on site. The dog kennel side of the boarding facility is very loud because all the dogs are in one space. I would not take my dog there because of that. However, the cat facility is top notch and much more quiet.
