At our store, we offer a variety of all natural, high quality pet food. We understand that your pet is part of your family, and we want to help you find the most nutiritious food for your pet. We do our research to make sure only quality ingredients are used in the foods we sell. We won't sell foods that we wouldn't feed our own pets.
At The Blue Dog Pet Shop, we carry specialty pet food for cats, dogs, birds, and small animals. Our dog and cat food contains no corn, wheat, soy, or byproducts, and all of our food is made in the USA or Canada. We guarantee all of our foods. If your pet is not satisfied, you may exchange for a different food, or return the unused portion for a refund.
With little hope that he would make it, we took Monkey to the vet the following day. It took 2 rounds of antibiotics and steroids to help clear up the multiple infections that he had. The initial diagnosis was an autoimmune disorder and he would require medicine for the rest of his life. Feeling strongly about all natural foods, we opted to try a grain free diet before starting additional medication. Within a month, we saw a significant difference in his skin and coat. The scabs and bald spots were disappearing and his fur was growing back!

Love shopping here. She has her babies in the store. Their kind of customer service should be the standard for all pet stores. I had a lot of questions about my Maltese chewing on inappropriate things. I left with some organic products and chewing alternatives and Bubby has actually stopped chewing on my shoes. He still tries to eat my son-in-law's laptop, but that may just be a personal vendetta.

My daughter and I visit this little mom & pop pet store quite often. I love that they rescue along with have birds on consignment to find loving homes for them. You can interact with the birds to get an idea of their demeanor. The owners are wonderful and very conversational with you. You're treated like friends. My daughter loves to pet and visit with their husky that hangs out at the store during open hours along with their beautiful felines.

I remember long ago when this location was at the Hoover Plaza. I recall one of the employees (a Caucasian female) watching an Asian family and accused one of the kids of stealing an item. They had to show where the items were placed to prove they hadn't stolen anything. Then they were asked to leave. I haven't returned since.
