Alas, after college I dove headfirst into Corporate America, traveling extensively both domestically and abroad. It was after years of imposing on friends and neighbors for the care of my beloved pets that gave me my inspiration to form BoneAFide Pet Care. With all of the traveling and late work nights I've experienced, I know exactly what it is like worrying about your pet's care and happiness while away, or that they are receiving the attention they deserve and need on those long days.
30 to 60 minutes. Required for all new clients. We'll meet with you and your pets, review your pet and/or house-sitting information, see where you keep things to care for your home and pets, test home access and if applicable alarm system and collect payment. Includes a realtor style key lockbox Each new client consultation includes a realtor style lockbox which clients will keep two tested keys to the entrance we are to use. Just leave it in the pre-designated area before each trip. Clients are in control of their keys as they maintain them instead of us.

We had Hillary from Bone A Fide care for our cat while we were traveling recently. She was extremely professional and our cat loves her. She made two visits per day. They played and Hillary did a great job taking care of our cat and looking after the mail, watering plants, etc. I highly recommend Bone A Fide pet care. Have already booked Hillary for future trips that we have planned.

I'm a new client and this group has been amazing! They are diligent in their care, follow instructions flawlessly and genuinely care for my pets well being. Kato and team do an EXCELLENT job caring for my cats. I've used many sitters in the past and none have met the quality and care that she and her team provide. Their system/process is very thorough and makes me feel at peace when I'm away, knowing that have a firm understanding of our travel and kitties. Each visit they spend quality time interacting with our cats and send the best updates and photos.
They've even surprised my cats with toys that they absolutely love. We always return home to happy kitties, full bowls, and a clean litter box. We are so relieved to have such a trustworthy and caring cat sitter(s) -- highly recommend!

We are thrilled with Bone-a-Fide! They took excellent care of our dog. We have a 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog with some anxiety and a lot of energy. These pet sitters are loving and caring and go out of their way to make your pet feel loved and secure while you are away. They keep you updated on their visits with your pet and treat them like they are their own. We love the staff and are thankful for their services.

We are so happy we found Kato with Bone-A-Fide Pet Care to take care of our cat. Signing up with her service was easy and it's impressive to see how organized she is with paperwork and billing. While we're gone she updates us daily about her visits including photos of our little darling. She gives such good care that our cat doesn't even seem to notice we were gone!

Kato and her team are the best! They took very special care of my golden Chloe during daily walks and while I was traveling for 10 days. They provide a detailed summary of each visit, which includes texts with pictures of how your pet is doing. You really feel connected to your pet even while you are at work or traveling. I can't thank them enough for the great care Chloe received and the peace of mind it gave me.

We could not be happier with a pet sitting service! We have used Kato and Edna for a few years now with a variety of pets. In the beginning we had an older dog that needed lots of special care and a puppy. They went above and beyond to make sure both of their needs were met. We could leave knowing that they were in the best possible care in our absence.
We have since added a cat to our home and have received great tips from them in our new addition. They have brought new toys for each of them to encourage mental stimulation while we were away. We love the text updates while we are away and come home to very happy pets every time we return. HIGHLY recommend their service.
