My dogs love this place! This is a place that when we drive up, they can't wait to leave me behind! All my dogs are rescues, so I am very sensitive to their reactions to different places. They are very happy to go to playgroup and exhausted after a full day. I would not take them anywhere else.

I had the pool rented for weeks for my dog's birthday. I made 100% sure we had it scheduled with multiple calls and emails so we were sure to have it that day. They called me less than an hour before an made a pack of lies of why they were canceling it. This place has poor management and completely unprofessional. I will never go there again!

I appreciated that they put a note in my dogs profile that I'd like her to be corrected for jumping. They were very attentive, friendly, nala seemed to have a great day & i loved that they waited for her to settle before bringing her out of the daycare room. I don't think she was comfortable enough on her first day to go swimming but she does love swimming so that's why I picked this one.

The other daycare I've been taking her to has been letting her pull them around on the leash and jump on me & other people when they bring her out :/ I spent a lot of time training her to walk well on a leash so it was disappointing seeing her get away with being bad on the leash.

We have been bring our puppy here for playgroup for a couple months now, and she loves it! She gets so excited when she sees the building and she runs right in! All of the staff members are wonderful, and they give me fun little updates on how she's progressing. She had only been around kitties before furshire, so she has made lots of puppy friends! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a daycare/playgroup!

The love and personal attention they give to my precious pittie-mix is such a rare and beautiful thing to see. They really took the time to socialize my dog with so much patience and care. The staff is so incredibly kind and always so happy to see every animal that walks into that facility. 1,000% recommend this place.

We have 2 dogs & they both came back happy but exhausted after their one overnight stay. We tried another facility & the dogs were more aggressive with each other. They came better behaved from Furshire. Definitely going back!

Amazing experience! The owner is phenomenal and a true animal lover. Having never boarded or left our dogs at doggie daycare, I was a bit nervous. This place is awesome, they evaluate the dog and the personality and match them with the right energy group. Our dogs had an awesome time and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to share our terrible experience with The Furshire I left my 2 female standard poodles for 6 days and during the time one of them mated with the owners dog. We were informed of the incident days after it happened (have all txt messages). The staff was clearly not watching the dogs, we asked for accountability on their part and was told the owner of the dog which is the owner of The Furshire would be calling.

She did call (01/16/2021) and did not take accountability at all, instead blamed us. She kept talking about how expensive her dog was and how she had purchase him for breeding purposes and had paid an additional 2K. She was nasty, unprofessional, and had no empathy about the situation. I did not consent to breeding, I trusted this place with my dogs and all the owner did was bragged about how amazing her dog is and how proud she was of him. I continue to receive messages from different people (employees) we are just sharing our experience.

My dog absolutely loves this place! He seems so happy whenever he goes to the playroom! The staff have been extremely understanding of my schedule as a travel nurse and that speaks miles of how professional the staff are! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to others as well! Thank you for treating my dog like family!

Being new to the area I picked this place for my dogs stay based on recommendations. I wish I hadn't, upon arrival I had an off feeling about this place. I figured I was just nervous since it was my pups first stay and she has only ever gone to the same place before. Well next time I'll listen to my gut. they took DAYS to get back to me. I called/texted asking for an update and couldn't get one.

The last day of her stay there was an incident and we went to get her immediately. They changed their story and acted like it was no big deal. It was a mess. We definitely won't be back. Just happy my pup made it home safe.

My dog Daisy is a very anxious dog and every time I left out of town I had to find a new place for her to stay. Every place I went to seemed to not care she was anxious and didn't do anything to help her ease her nervous. The staff at The Furshire have exceeded beyond my expectations, they care for Daisy as if she was their own pet. The peace I feel when I go out of town knowing she is safe and cared for is incredible! I can tell they care for the animals under their care. Thank you Furshire!

A now former frequent patron of here, I was completely accosted by an employee and directly accused of animal abuse, and was threatened to be reported for abuse, after politely letting the staff member know I fully understood her concerns (and scolding) about the length of my dogs nails. I really had no choice but to eventually interrupt the fourth simultaneous time she told me I needed to get them clipped more frequently upon picking up my dog. Ironically, I asked for them to trim the nails a few weeks prior during a stay, and they failed to do so, but now it's animal abuse that I asked again during the next boarding, because they were so long.

If given the opportunity to speak, I could've told her we also called our vet as well to have them clipped but they were booked out for all appointments (see attached email). This was honestly the most unprofessional, apoplectic employee experience I've ever had within any business to consumer setting. In addition to this above, the previous boarding we were presented with a dog, blazing red with skin allergies, after his visit.

I was told that we should let them know if he can have Benadryl, as they would've given it to him. Hmmmm.maybe call us and ask that question given his circumstance? Oddly enough, I didn't throw a tantrum and accuse them of animal abuse. But that is precisely the behavior one employee will display if you cross her path and don't allow her to repeatedly verbally assault you.

That being said, as someone who is a huge animal lover and someone who loves my dog more than anything, I've never been so offended. It was like being victimized and then being accused as the assailant. I hope this feedback helps you as you determine where and whom you allow to care for your pets while you are out of town. I clearly suggest searching elsewhere.

If you're wondering we've had to board our boy so many times, my wife has terminal Huntington's Chorea disease, and we have to travel to San Diego La Jolla as she's enrolled in a clinical trial at UCSD research center. My wife tried to explain them, even in her state of physical limitation, that we've been trying to get his nails done, but she too was interrupted rudely. What a sad way to treat people that love for their pet and would never do anything to harm any animal on this planet.

I am new to Arizona and just got a puppy. I had a 10 day vacation scheduled and needed to find boarding for her. I was very apprehensive and toured 4 different options. I LOVED Furshire! They are very transparent and interact with your pup ALL day. The best part. they do not nickel and dime you to death for "extra" care. They treat your pup as if they were their own. Gigi had a wonderful time swimming, playing with her friends and getting loving attention from the employees. I highly recommend The Furshire and drive 35 minutes for the great care. I don't feel like I am leaving her at "boarding" but at Girl Scout Camp!

Bark Wahlberg had an amazing day at the Furshire as usual. Couldn't be more happy with this place. We have been taking him here since he was a puppy and wouldn't even dream of going somewhere else. Amazing amazing amazing!

The Furshire is phenomenal. The staff are so cheerful, positive, and communicative. Our dog was a very tough case with extreme social anxiety. Three other daycares had turned her away, but the Furshire took her with open arms. They have helped to make a dramatic change in her life for the better. She can walk by kids, men, and cars now without trying to turn around and run away. They really know what they are doing and are so patient with our sweet girl. I highly recommend the Furshire.

I am very pleased with this place. I have never taken my Fur-baby to a board in care or a doggie day care. I was very concerned about leaving him for four days. We had NEVER been apart that long since the day we decided to adopt him. The staff was very nice and loving with Rufus. They were even nice about me and my husband texting to see how he was doing and oblige us with pictures.

We will definitely take him back he seemed to enjoy it there; So Thank you to the Staff at Furshire, for allowing us to breathe while on vacation and for showing him a great time.

This place is amazing! I was super worried about my pit shar pei mix being boarded there after a pet sitter backed out for him being "unpredictable". I took both of my dogs there for a trial run "daycare" which was awesomely priced. Everyone there was great. They understood my fears and assured me that everything would be ok. When I came to pick them up I got a detailed report on what they did and how he behaved around humans and other dogs and that they were comfortable snuggling him and not over stimulating him. They really understood his needs and eased my worries! I highly recommend!

I brought my 2 year old pit bull here for day care to see how she would do before deciding on if I wanted to board her. I can openly say that I will never be bringing her back to this place. For the four hours she was there, she spent the whole time in a closed room with a few other dogs, not playing outside, like I hoped she would be. When I picked her up, I was told that they were scared she would jump a 6 foot fence, when I told staff before I dropped her off that yes, she can jump, but has never jumped a 6 foot fence in her life.

I was told by the "owner" that she has "too much energy" and she's only allowed at AM day care. I was told that I was a liar, that the "owner" called a previous boarding company to see if my dog was really playing with large groups of dogs before. So unprofessional, I am truly disheartened in my experience with this business. So upset with the fact that this place judged my dog based solely on breed and personality.

Boarded my dogs here for 9 days over the holidays. They took amazing care of my dogs even though they are somewhat difficult! I could see a total Change in their behavior for the better. And when I went to pick them up they didn't even really want to leave! I would 100% recommend them to anyone, no matter what kind of dog you have.

If I could give no stars I would. It was a mistake taking our two dogs here. We had our dogs stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday for four days. When we dropped them off we gave the ladies up front detailed instruction about each dog and detailed instruction on giving one of them his necessary medications. We picked them up Sunday evening around 630pm to find out the medications were not administered correctly, wrong doses were given to one of our dogs and he also had not been given his last feeding.

Keep in mind their first feeding was at 3am. Not only that, but were told by the woman at the front desk, also known as Janene Ferraris the "owner" that our dog had a scratch in his nose. "Not a big deal" she says. She kept giving us information about our dogs stay yet it didn't make sense from what we were told when I had called the day before.

When I questioned the information she was giving, she responds with "oh I'm not sure I don't work the back". Weird, but ok. Our dogs come out and his scratch turned out to be a big deal! The top of his nose was practically raw and swollen with a bump on it. She says it must have been when he was switched to a kennel, yet no one ever told us this might take place. Seems while our dog was beating up his nose trying to get out, no one smart enough thought to remove him and place him back in a room. Janene tells us she would find out about the error with the medicine and call us that night.

The call we received was highly unprofessional, especially her being the "owner" which again not once did she mention who she was. She was argumentative and defensive, not too sure why if she had no answers for us as she had said she doesn't work the back (where the dogs are kept) and doesn't know what happened. Numerous times I told her I rather speak to the manager and would call on Monday, each time she tried to deter me from doing so.

Throughout the conversation she took no accountability for anything that our dog went through. She literally said there was nothing that could be done and it was in the past. It was also none of our concern our dog was moved from the room he was in, causing his injuries. She threatened to hang up on me upset I questioned why he was moved. This woman is a joke.

The next morning I spoke with the manager Briauna who apologized and was empathetic for what happened. She made excuses for the incompetent employees who can't read simple instructions on the medicine bottles or the other instructions we left for each dog. She advised Janene Ferraris had no idea or worked the operational end of her own company nor had the ability to handle customer complaints. They agreed to reimburse us $68, which is not what I requested. To the owner, you have no business owning such a company, let alone working at the front desk.

Bailey is really helpful. I can tell that she actually cares about the animals coming through. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Awesome

Took our fur baby to The Furshire for a night - she's not a fan of kennels or strangers (skittish but sweet). A previous kennel experience elsewhere had left her traumatized for a couple of days and she even came home with the sniffles - so we were a little worried about leaving her again, but The Furshire was awesome. Our pup was her normal, happy and excited self when we picked her up. I think she might've really enjoyed herself, maybe made some new doggie friends! Next time we leave town, we will trust the folks at Furshire with our doggo.

Amazing facility and staff! Everyone loves your pup as much as you do, they provide individual attention and love to each dog throughout the day. I've never felt so good leaving my dog as I do when he stays at The Furshire

We were "out of towners" making use of The Furshire's services. They were recommended by another Day Care/Boarding facility nearby. We were very pleased with how accommodating they were to us and took very good care of our Indiana.bmc They were very friendly, organized, thorough and informative. When we come back to town we will plan to have our pup stay with them again.

My dog was infested by ticks in their care. They called me two and a half days after I dropped him off to say he must of got them at home before he came. They treated him, charged me $15(nothing), and said goodbye to a client for life. They could've been honest and said he got them from their day care but kept lying about it. This is by far the best place to leave your pets when you need to, but this incident has changed my opinions of this place and it's owner.

Huge thanks to the Furshire for taking such fantastic care of my dog Chiclet while I was on vacation! They were referred to me by the rescue group where I got my puppy and I'm so glad I found them. My 7 month old pup is recovering from hip surgery and had never been boarded, but I need a place for her during a work trip. The staff at the Furshire took amazing care of her and always made sure she was with the calmer dogs so she didn't hurt her hip.

They texted me updates and gave me a great report when I picked her up. I could tell they genuinely cared for her. She's exhausted so I know she had a great time playing! If you're looking for caring people to treat your dog like their own, go to the Furshire!

I had a terrible experience at the Furshire. I boarded my puppy there for three days and also asked that he be groomed while there. The issues I had were as follows: 1) The puppy came home very sick. After taking him to the vet it appears he has a severe bacterial infection that the vet believes was acquired while he was boarded. 2) The grooming that was supposed to take place was only half done yet I was charged the full amount.

Eventually the amount was reduced but only after I insisted upon it. 3) When I picked the puppy up there were at least 50 flies present in the waiting area. It was disgusting and I guess it is not surprising that my puppy is now sick. I would never recommend the Furshire and am sorry I brought my puppy there at all.

I recently went on vacation but I needed to find a great place to leave my diabetic cat. I was nervous because I had never left him in the care of strangers & wasn't sure how he was going to act or how well he would let someone he doesn't know doing his insulin shots. I was assured he would be in good hands & that the staff is very familiar with doing insulin shots.

After I dropped him off the 1st day I was called by the staff an hour or so later to let me know my kitty had already come out of his carrier & was making friends with the staff, they even posted the cutest pictures of him coming out of his carrier & getting loved on. This really made my whole vacation a lot less stressful! I didn't have to worry so much about him, he is still my baby so a mother worries regardless, but I was very pleased with The Furshire & how well they took care of my little guy!

I have already made another reservation, this time for all my kitties. I am really very happy I have found such an amazing place to take my babies to, now I am free to take a vacation if I want & not need to worry about any of them.
