My dog loves it there. He gets to run and play with many other dogs. And usually sleeps on the ride home.

Not as good as they usually are or I'm just to picky but either way I have to recut my dog there was high spots all over his body and they did t cut his whole underside

I brought in our 2 dogs for boarding services on December 31, 2021 - January 4, 2022 and it was AWESOME! I Love them, I love my dogs, next time they have to be boarded, they are going to Bows & Bandanas!

Not clean. My pups didn't look any different than they did when I took them in. They were to be groomed and bathed. I think the only thing done was toenails cut. They didn't even trim around their little bums. Never again. Please don't waste your money.

Took our dobie here for her first spa day since we moved to New York. Everywhere else was fully booked, closed, or just didn't answer the phone. They got us in quickly, and when we arrived the groomer was stoked beyond belief to have a Doberman on the schedule. Everyone was friendly and awesome, and Coco immediately followed them and hopped in her bath. She's a rescue that was horribly abused in her old home and abandoned, so she's very anxious and can be very shy, especially around new people, so it was incredibly reassuring that she was already so comfortable with them.

When we picked her up, she was happy, soft and shiny, and they had used an imitation Chanel cologne to make her smell fresh and pretty. Her nails have always been very tough and over-grown, even with regular trimming, and the groomer offered us a free touch-up on her nails in two weeks. We'll be bringing our baby back here regularly! Thank you to everyone for being so incredible!

I went in with an anxious dog which I expected would be common but apparently they didn't know how to handle anxious animals. The bath took maybe 20-30 minutes and they were done. They didn't try to dry him which also means they didn't brush out the loose fur. I went home with a wet dog. When I got home, he had so much lose hair that I had to brush him and 2 hours later his hair was all greasy again.

I understand that my dog was anxious so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went somewhere else yesterday (Russells Groom and Board) and not only did I get a full groom but they calmed my dog. When I came back 2 hours later, he was perfect and happy. He had no issues with the dryer. I explained to this place the same thing I explained to the other place and they handled it so much better.

He was playing in their daycare playhouse when I came back. I was able to pay and talk and he was just laying at my feet as opposed to being anxious. In comparison, I am not at all pleased with the service I received at bows and bandanas and I will never go back. EDIT: My dogs name is Spartacus and we went on March 13, 2021.

The owners are very kind. However, the gentleman seemed to be strung out on drugs. He even admitted to me that he was high while taking my dog in for bording while I was on vacation. I also got my dog groomed here and it looked awful. The place smelled awful and they told me they didn't have any issues during bording my dog for a few days. When she came home to me, she was a lot thinner meaning she wasn't eating. Again, they were very kind but the service could definitely improve.

My dogs are always well cared for when staying here, and their grooming services are top notch and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I have gone here for past 14 yrs, from pups to elderly stages, they always have spoiled them all. Now its Maggie's turn to add, she has gone from the time I got her till now, she super excited to go every single time, they are more than accommodating to her 10 mo old 75 lb of exuberance. I can't say enough about their wonderful care. Dogs actions are a good indication of how they are treated. It's good to see her come home and collapse to sleep after her fun filled days there.

Amazing my puppy loved it there it's a very friendly environment and the workers are very kind hearted. Everything is in well order and all the dogs seemed very happy. My puppy is one be wild and when he was there he behaved well and he was comfortable in the environment. This was overall the best place for boarding and haircuts for your pets
