They are one of most popular Flour Bluff grooming facilities.

Staff is very friendly. We took a Huskey and Malamute for them to board for 4 nights. 2 hours after we dropped them off we received a call informing us the Huskey was too aggressive to Board. We took her with us on the trip and paid to board her there. On the day I was to pick up the Malamute, I received a call saying they could not bathe him, once again too aggressive, and too big. I would suggest to anyone with large dogs that do not necessarily like everyone to look somewhere else

Great boarding facility. They took very good care of my dog.

My dogs love to go there. The staff is awesome! If you have a dog like mine who barks at every dog they have a day where they see who your dog gets a long with then they slowly teach the dog to be comfortable around other dogs. They have a system like school where they finally graduate. Gnar my dog goes there for grooming. He always comes out smelly good and is happy. They also have dog sweets and little perfumes for your dog to purchase. Thumbs up for me

I don't have any experience with their boarding or play days and don't really plan to ever use those services. I only came in for grooming services for my Chinese Crested. We absolutely love Emily, the incredibly talented and caring lady who has been grooming our dog for years at a different facility recently changed jobs and started working here. It is so obvious that she loves animals and that she loves her job. Emily does an outstanding job grooming our dog. He always looks and smells incredible.

Not only did they burn my dogs foot, after I reached out to tell them and was told "going forward let's just do scissor cut", Amber told me they could no longer groom my dogs because "every time, about a month later i call to complain". . The dogs had been groomed there twice. First time, they got a little close with the private parts, i called just to have record so next time they would remember the dog was sensitive.

Not mad at all. Second time, the shaver burnt my dogs paw resulting in $240+ vet bill. Still not angry. I called to let them know and emailed them a picture. Amber said they could scissor cut the feet next time and to send more pictures. she had a funeral to go to and would call me back. I sent more pictures. Today ( 9-15-21) I reached out, to make an appointment but Amber, who did not remember telling me she was going to have to "shave my dogs" ( that was surprising ) told me they could no longer groom the dogs. Apparently, alerting Amber that there was a problem is grounds for being fired as a customer. .

I am a patient person and was willing to work through their mistake. Now pictures and the vet's notes will be sent to CC vets as a follow up, in order to protect other doggies from this place. Sad. All i wanted to do was move forward. Luckily for the owners, they have our conversation "saved for review ". Note: Before speaking to Amber today, I spoke with a Mr Parker. He was very professional and thanked me for wanting to just move forward. As a business owner myself, I appreciate employees like Parker.

This place is very unprofessional. I was taking my dog to the one on National drive then every time I'd pick him up he'd be thirsty and he got a bad rash so I just wasn't happy. He boarded with them for 3 days and his body was curled in and he wasn't walking straight for a few days after I picked him up. Then he missed his new boarding appointment and they called to see why he wasn't there and I told them I wasn't happy so he wouldn't be going back.

Long story short I tried taking him to there other location and the first location has him banned from both locations because I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THEM. How ridiculous but funny. Anyway do not take your pet to this company.

Clean, safe, professional. The only place I've taken my dogs for over 10 years for a reason. Straight and up front pricing on all services. Groomers are best in the city. Very professional and knowledgeable all while putting the safety and well-being of your pet first

Never again would I use their services, they don't own up to their mistakes, have had bad incidents they won't acknowledge. They justify Any shortcoming rather than take ownership and deal with it. When they were supposed to deliver my dog to me after surgery I see the van speeding down my street as I waited outsidewith my baby in there. specifically told them to come to back gate and girl rings doorbell instead, had to hobble to get her attention to come to back, then she gets leash wrapped around my legs, had just had knee surgery. They denied all after asking her and she denied. in incomen

Every one I dealt with was friendly and the facility seemed clean. Roger came out looking like a million bucks and seemed happy. I wasn't too excited about leaving him there for most of the day (he was there for over seven hours)but he seemed no worse for wear when he got home. He was very thirsty though which concerned me. I plan to ask about that if we return. Pricing was inline with expectations.
