Casa Grande Animal Hospital

Excellent service as always! This is the best vet that I have ever seen. All employees plus the Veterinarian always show so much love and compassion to our animals. I'm always at peace every time I bring one of our animals to them and they never try to add something onto the bill that is not needed. I highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

Everyone we came into contact with treated us kindly, they have a great team there. Dr. Fallini was excellent and very professional. Being experienced and knowledgeable in her job made it very easy to talk with her. My dog looked good by the next day and getting better each day. I am so great full to her and was happy we decided to take her to the Casa Grande Animal Hospital. Thank you to everyone who helped.

If I could give them more stars, I would. My dog became very ill in the past few months. I originally took him to a Animal Hospital near my home (which will remain nameless) in San Tan Valley. After the visit, I was very upset with how the Animal Hospital treated me and my dog. They were super unprofessional and made wild accusations of what was going on with his health.

As I packed my dog back up in the car, I immediately called Casa Grande Animal Hospital. We used to live in the area and they were always wonderful handling our pets. Casa Grande Animal Hospital contacted the nameless Animal Hospital for the records obtained during our visit and got my dog in immediately. They had originally scheduled him for surgery one week after being seen but were able to get him in earlier when things took a turn.

After surgery, they called daily to check in on him and make sure any questions we had were answered. They even went above and beyond to have his meds shipped to us since we no longer lived in the area. I cannot say thank you enough to Casa Grande Animal Hospital and their staff. Truly the nicest human beings and best animal care takers in Arizona. I would make the hour drive over and over again to take my animals to them!

We had to make the hard decision that it was time that our little 16 year old Shih Tzu cross the Rainbow Bridge and be put to sleep. She was elderly and had many health issues. We could not watch her suffer anymore. We are from Idaho and spend our winters here in Casa Grande. We picked this place because some of the reviews mentioned that they were very caring.

The doctor and staff could not have been kinder to us. They made our decision easier and showed so much love and compassion. I know we made the right decision for our dog and also made the right decision choosing this hospital. We are going to miss our little Hanna so much.

This place is amazing. About 6 months ago my daughter lost her hamster and we brought her here to be cremated. They were so caring and even sent my daughter a condolence card in the mail. This week we needed to take our dog in to be seen and once again everyone was wonderful. The nurse and Dr were amazing and really made me and our poodle feel comfortable. You could really tell that the Vet loves her job. Thank You so Much!

I love this place. All the staff and vets are very caring and knowledgeable about the different ailments my babies might go in for. I especially love the fact that you are able to schedule an appointment on a weekend or later in the day, since I work in the day and sometimes it's hard to get off of work to take my babies in. They even have walk-ins, if they're schedule permits.

To me that's what a doctors' office should be like, because even when my kids were little, they would get sick unexpectedly, and what's one to do. Thank you CG Animal Hospital for being there for us

I've had to take both of my dogs to this office and I've had a great experience every time despite obviously having sick pups. The nurse / tech staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The actual vets are very patient, provide options and are very detailed. It doesn't feel like they ever try to push any procedure or medications. Highly recommend.

My dog was supposed to get neutered in order to save his life. He has had many health issues caused by his prostate being so enlarged and the only way to fix that was to get him neutered. When speaking with them over the phone, I had mentioned everything he was going through and why he needed surgery as soon as possible. They agreed and said they would be able to take care of him the next day with a low cost neutering due to my financial situation.

Upon arriving the next morning and speaking with the doctor herself, we were informed that he would not be receiving a low cost neuter and that we were going to need to do many extra tests and procedures that either his previous vets had already done or that I simply could not afford. They said they would get all of his records from his other vets and see what we could do and how we should proceed.

We waited for OVER 7 HOURS before they l finally said that they were not going to neuter him at all and that they want to run a bunch of very expensive tests instead. I refused and decided to take him elsewhere. That's when they said that we were still going to need to pay them $65 for an "exam fee". They did nothing for/to him! We literally drove over an hour and waited for over 7 hours for them to charge us for doing nothing!

I'm extremely disappointed and hurt by this place and will never bring my baby back. Thank goodness I found someone else that WILL help us and is working diligently to bring my baby back to 100%.

This Animal Hospital was very helpful and was quick to check my baby girl Lola. She needed surgery the same day and the staff and the vet were wonderful and cared for my pet. I appreciate that they also worked with us financially to be able to get Lola's surgery done right away. I am so grateful that my dog is recovering very well a week after her surgery and she's so much more happy and herself again. Thank you Casa Grande Animal Hospital!

The Vet tech that worked with us was AMAZING. I wish I got her name. We found a little Chihuahua that's rather aggressive, due to non-socialization and she worked with her like a charm! She warmed up our Chihuahuas heart. She was so gentle and attentive, no rushing us at all!
