Our mission is to be the very best veterinary hospital in the area, showing Pet Parents and their four-legged pals just how much we GET you. My dog Arthas had his first visit with Dr Haddock yesterday (my first visit here; I needed a new vet since Dr Phelps no longer works at east VCA), and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and Arthas and I felt welcome. Dr Haddock was very knowledgeable, and really took the time to get to know Arthas and do a very thorough exam. I never felt rushed at all during his visit, even though our appointment was at the end of the day.

A lovely experience for my cat, my dog and myself. They did both exams and shots and we were in and out in 45 minutes. Great staff all around!

Best bet experience ever! Designed to be as easy and low stress as possible, my cat was the least stressed I've ever seen him at the vet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and vets round it out as a very positive experience.

I have taken my small dog Daisy to the hydrotherapy part of the clinic for 6 weeks twice a week. The therapists were wonderful. My dog can be stubborn but they managed to get her through her water exercise with a smile and always encouraging words. I would recommend this clinic for your dog's hydrotherapy needs. On her way to her therapy. Thanks to Dr West, Kathryn and Christy.

My cat has seen Dr. Haddock at Cascade Park for four years, since she was about 10 years old. They cared for this indoor/outdoor cat through a sprained ankle, chronic digestive problems, and even a vomited tapeworm, always with expertise and compassion. Just before Christmas, my cat was scheduled for surgery to amputate a painful toe and biopsy it for cancer.

When the surgeon became ill, Cascade Park arranged for a vet from another hospital to perform the surgery. Two days after the surgery, I tried to contact the other hospital about problems with the bandage, but my call went to voicemail. I called Cascade Park, and Dr. Haddock had me bring the cat in so that she could treat her between seeing patients or during her lunch break.

The bandage had been put on incorrectly, and it took 20 minutes of soaking and a good deal of clipping hair that had been intertwined with the bandage to get it off. Dr. Haddock had me bring the cat in the next morning, and again without an appointment, so that she could check and change the bandage. Dr. Haddock and numerous staff members took on the extra work of two unscheduled visits in the week before Christmas to try to bring my cat through a difficult situation that was the fault of someone else.

Despite their best efforts, the stress was too much for my aging, ailing cat, who died on December 28. Dr. Haddock took the time to call me when she returned to the office later that week, to express sympathy and offer any help I needed. My experience at Cascade Park was that these are people who are competent, compassionate, and present when you need them, an essential combination in the people who take care of our pets.

We had our first appt to establish care for our dog, who is paralyzed in his back legs and has special needs. He is a really happy dog and has never let anything stop him. We did NOT always experience thoughtful and flexible care from our past veterinarian. Because of Walter's special needs when he runs into an everyday problem it can escalate more quickly.

So the indifference at our last veterinarian was hard. I'm happy to say Cascade Park was wonderful and caring - extremely welcoming. They gushed over how fun Walter is which means a lot to us. An extra perk is they work with many dogs that need rehabilitation and offer physical therapy and special needs boarding. This isn't easy to find! So glad to have found them :

I cannot speak highly enough over this veterinary office. I took my reactive, sometimes aggressive, dog in and we were both very nervous. Everyone handled his quirks wonderfully and truly made us feel respected and loved. The next day the technician even called just to double check on Benji after his anesthesia. If you're looking for a vet that will care for and love your pet as much as you do, this is the place to go.

We recently changed vets and This was my first time at this vets office, Appointment was drive up, they picked up my dog from the car and brought him back out when finished. They provided me with updates about my boy, they gave me detailed information and allowed me to make the medical decisions I thought was best based on the information they gave me.

They listened to any concerns that I have. They were professional and friendly through the whole process. They seemed highly knowledgeable about animals (in particular my English bulldog). They gave me time frames to expect results back from a blood draw. I will continue to bring my boy to this vet.

Fantastic front office staff, caring and patient and knowledgeable. Phenomenal surgeons and techs. We have had multiple surgeries for our dogs and water rehab post surgery too. Really happy with our service and have recommended this vet hospital for years and will continue to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So incredibly grateful for this team. My pup and a severe allergic reaction and they were kind enough to see her immediately and start treatment. Thank you all so much for your service and generosity through it all.

The practice went downhill after it was sold, but we stayed for Dr. Haddock. Unfortunately, my fiance and I decided to collect our dogs' records today after two unreliable experiences with this clinic. First, they can't keep an appointment to save their life. Not only that, their office staff is unapologetic and their customer service is atrocious.

They're clearly not in the business of customer retention based on their behavior. Thanks for calling 10 minutes before my dogs' appointment to let us know they won't be seen by THEIR vet. Never mind the fact that we had a prior commitment that we could have attended had they notified us in a timely fashion. Furthermore, for a business that boasts using special anxiety reducing techniques, wouldn't you make every attempt to maintain consistency for the patients? And then to say that you sent the doctor home for being sick but allowed her to work all day?! Get real!

When my cat developed a degenerative joint disease there were some days he had difficulty even walking. The team at Cascade Park Animal Hospital helped come up with a treatment plan that really turned things around for him. My cat is doing so much better, it's incredible. Two different doctor's made time to explain things to me even though I know they were busy.

They educated me so I could cope with what my cat was going through. They advised me on many different treatment options like physical therapy, laser treatment, medications, and supplements, so that I could come up with a multi faceted treatment plan that worked. I am so, so grateful to them!

Had a great experience there today with my doxie who is having hind leg issues they checked him out and told me of exercise we can do at home to help him get back to as normal as we can. He also did hydrotherapy and they where patient and very caring toward him and I. I really appreciate the personal attention and care they gave my little guy. Really looking forward to my next session with them to see how much my little guy will improve with their help.

We had used Cascade Park Animal Hospital for over 8 years, recommended to us by a friend, that was when Dr. Fritch owned the practice. After she left we saw Dr. M. Haddock and always had a great relationship with her and appreciated her care and knowledge. Sadly they were taken over by a corporation and we feel things have gone downhill since then.

There have been many staff changes, feels a bit like a revolving door, and that may tell you something about the management. After our dog sustained a serious injury to her tail a month ago, we had to take her to an urgent care vet as Cascade had no appointments available. She needed bandage changes every couple of days and after taking her to Cascade for 3 changes, we were told that it was not healing well and that amputation would be the next possible step but because of her age and medical issues, anesthesia would not be advised, and that left only one alternative, Euthanasia!

We were not willing to accept that and went to another vet for a second opinion, that vet has not only saved her tail but has saved her life! That vet needed the records for our dog and asked Cascade to send them over, which they did. A day after that we received an email from the "medical director", Dr. Kitchens, at Cascade to advise us that since we had gone to another vet, they felt that we were no longer satisfied with Cascade's level of care, so we can NEVER take any of our pets back to Cascade, under any circumstance at any time in the future! WOW, where is the compassion, where are the ethics for understanding that people want only the best for their pets, are you that uncaring?

Very sad that this great clinic has now gone "corporate" and the bottom line has become more important :((( Happily we have found a wonderful veterinary clinic that is privately owned by the veterinarian and the difference in personal attention and care is obvious!

My dog saw Dr. Haddock today for the first time after years at another office where the quality of customer service was declining. The contrast was amazing! She was patient in listening to all of my concerns and answering my questions. She thoroughly explained the options for his care and didn't try to bully me into making decisions that weren't within our budget. The technicians and staff that we talked to were all pleasant, helpful and most importantly, sweet to my dog. Thank you for making us feel welcomed!

Our German Shepherd who recently passed away contracted Lou Gehrig's disease about a year. We took him to Cascade Park to receive hydrotherapy. The $75 fee they charge for a twenty minute session is expensive. However, the care Luke received from his primary tech, Denisse Borquez, made the fee more tolerable. Denisse provided Luke therapy for the past year.

My wife and I are grateful to Denisse for the extraordinary care she gave to our boy. Luke had made progress when she was treating him. Dennisse has many qualities. She showed a deep interest in the well-being of Luke and us. Denisse is competent, compassionate, service-oriented and a great problem solver. Denisse provided us with the care and expertise we needed to give Luke the quality of life he deserved. We are grateful to Denisse and the other staff members that took such good care of Luke when he was alive.

Started our pup on hydrotherapy yesterday. Monica was so incredible. She was compassionate and knowledgeable. She made my dog feel very comfortable and I noticed a HUGE difference after just one session. She answered all my questions very thoroughly and was genuinely passionate about her line of work. Will be back for weekly sessions!
