I feel like I can't NOT write about how wonderful and caring the staff at Holladay Vet are. Our 2 year old corgi Max unfortunately had a cracked and infected tooth that needed to be extracted. We decided to wait a little bit longer to get it extracted so we could have the surgery with our dog's vet versus going somewhere else to get in sooner. I was such a nervous dog mom having him be put under anesthesia because you never know what will happen.

When we got to check in, Dr. Pratt's surgical technician Kim met us in an exam room to get Max checked in and answer any questions we had. She took her time making us feel comfortable, and awhile later (we didn't feel rushed at all!) we were on our way out leaving our baby's life in their hands. And we felt so good about it. Kim was so knowledgeable about everything we asked, and made us feel so comfortable that Max was going to be in good hands!

Throughout the time he was at the vet, they texted me updates and pictures on our little guy. And that helped so much with my dog mom anxiety! Even when we picked him up after surgery, they took the time to explain the post-op care and made us feel empowered to take care of him to the best of our ability. I also need to brag about Dr. Pratt. He is so kind and comforting.

Any time he has needed to call about Max he has explained everything to me in a way that I fully understand and also made me feel like he cared so much. He's compassionate about being a veterinarian and it's obvious he loves all of his patients. He has such good bedside manner (if that's what it's called for a vet!) I feel so grateful we have Holladay Vet as our dog's vet.

They are caring, comforting, and kind. They care so much about their patients that I would feel comfortable leaving my pup in any of their hands. I would recommend them to everyone!

This is hands down one of the best vets I've gone to. The amount of time they spend to make sure you and your animal is comfortable is above and beyond. Both my dogs have very bad anxiety and they will sit on the floor with me and my dog to make sure everything can feel as comfortable as possibly. Everyone is so kind and understanding. I will never go anywhere else and recommend this vet over any other one in the valley!

Whole staff at holladay vet clinic are the best. They are patient and kind, energetic and sweet with all of our animals. We take 2 huskies and 1 cat to Dr. Pratt and we love him. We have also met the other 2 vets and they were fantastic as well! Clinic is always clean and appointments made in a timely manner. We appreciate the knowledge and confidence we gain from taking our sweet pets here.

The veterinarians and staff are all wonderful and take such good care of my dogs. They're attentive and really work hard to provide the best treatment at the most reasonable cost. They communicate well with me and my dogs, are patient, and always answer questions. I continue to bring my dogs here even though I've moved and other vets' offices are closer. Highly recommend.

The staff here is always so kind and helpful. We go here for regular appointments but my pup also got neutered here last week. Dr. Pratt's team texted me updates and pictures leading up to surgery and once my pup was recovering. The team made sure he was stable in a good place to go home before calling and letting me know I could pick him up. Highly recommend!

Always such loving care for my pets. My dog never gets scared or nervous when he's there, just more curious. They trimmed his nails great, no bleeding and my dog wasn't nervous with them. They let me schedule a time that would work for me, not sure the normal 9:00-5:00 hours. The Vet was outstanding and explained everythign in terms I could understand.

They even sent over the records and visit discussions so I could keep them in my own file. I would suggest them to anyone! Their facility was clean and you could tell they take Covid precautions, even though some people feel the risk isn't there anymore. They are still concerned not only about pets but their customers and employees.

After numerous frustrating experiences with other vets, I found Holladay Vet and made the easy decision to take my sweet pup to them, for years, until we had to say goodbye last summer. The staff at Holladay Vet--with undeniable care and concern--professionally and carefully arranged the procedure and the succeeding services, so we were allowed to grieve our dear little love without worrying about logistics.

The entire staff displayed truly meaningful and comforting empathy and respect for our precious boy and our family, and I will forever be grateful for the love we felt at such a difficult time. I'd highly recommend Holladay Vet for any veterinary or end-of-life services for your beloved pets. Thank you, Holladay Vet staff.

Excellent care from Dr. Pratt. He answered all my questions and was very kind. Emma assisted him and she was outstanding too. Dr. O is our regular outstanding doctor there and has taken great care of our dogs through the years. The office staff is so very helpful and calming. Highly recommend HVH.

I've only been a customer/patient here for a few months as my dog is still a puppy, but I've been so impressed with this facility! The staff is always very professional and helpful, and Dr. Milstein is a great vet! It's very obvious that she is up to date on new research and is very knowledgeable, and she also was very sweet with my scared puppy! Even times when we've gone to different locations for care (24/7 ER and Spay/Neuter Clinic) the staff is so helpful and has called to check up on how poppy is doing.

This facility has a really great team, and doesn't come with a premium price! My bills are on par with other vets family animals have gone to, and I feel that our care has been above and beyond my expectation.

I just moved here and needed to get my pup established at a new place. I'm a nervous dog mom always and want the best for her. Everyone involved during intake and throughout the entire process made everything easy, enjoyable, and efficient. Juno loves the staff and left a happy pup. Thank you so much!
