Alan and Heather are absolutely amazing! Our dog loves being with them, and they treat her as if she were their own. They have helped us out whenever we need help short-notice, and we truly consider Alan and Heather to be part of our family.

Alan and his people are fantastic! They manage our 3 wild pups so well! I always come home to 3 very happy dogs and never have to worry about the house or yard. I have a 95 lb GSD. She is 2 years old and this was the first time I was leaving her for an extended time (over 4 days). I found Heather and Alan online and left a message. Alan called me back and we scheduled a time for them to meet Roxy before I left. Roxy was really excited when she meet them and that's a good sign. I was very nervous about leaving her for that long. Heather watched over her and came to the house 4-5 times a day for 30 min visits. Walked, fed and even played catch up and down the stairs with Roxy.

I had to adjust a few sitting times and Heather was totally cool with me moving things around. I got pics after each visit and was thrilled to know she was happy. Alan and Heather have huge hearts and LOVE animals. They are the amazing people. I'm so glad I found them. Brian R.

I can not explain how wonderful Alan and Heather are. We had such a wonderful pet-sitting experience. We have a houseful of wonderful misfits, all with their own challenges. Disabled and hospice animals are our passion and they did not blink an eye over the challenges they could incur. We explained how one of our loves would probably have some "issues".

Within minutes of their initial visit all of the babies, even the challenging one, wanted their attention. Our pets just knew they were good people, and so did we. We received pictures and details of their visits and made us feel like we had family watching over them. We can not recommend them enough! They will always be our pet sitters, as long as they will have us! WE LOVE CPS!

Years ago we stopped sending our dogs to kennels to board for longer vacations because we trust Alan and his sitters to take better care of our dogs. They are extremely trustworthy and reliable. I wouldn't have anyone else pet sit our dogs!

I have used Charlotte Pet Sitters since our Buddy was a puppy. We've used them for in house sitting when on vacation as well as for daily potty breaks when we're at work. It's been over 7 years now and Alan is awesome to work with, responsive, reliable and all around wonderful. He's been great with last minute needs as well as when I'm able to plan longer term.
