I met with the owners of this company for the meet & greet consultation and they were very nice. I could tell that they were true animal lovers by the way they treated my dog when they met her. My dog was loving all of the attention so I decided to go with their services. We scheduled the dates, gave them my key, and that was it. I was thrilled to find out from one of my neighbors that they saw the owners walking my dog and playing with her. Apparently, my dog has more fun on walks with them than with me.haha. Great people! Great service! Will be using them on a consistent basis from now on! :

I never write reviews, but we were so happy with our experiences from Chicago PetPal that I felt that I had to! We couldn't be happier with the dog walking services we received from Chicago PetPal! They did a great job with our dogs - especially our 4 month old puppy. They helped work on her housetraining and did a great job getting her into and out of her crate.
In our initial meeting, it was instantly clear that Dean and Nicole love dogs. They were very thorough when getting information about the pups and spent the whole time playing with, petting, and spoiling the dogs (all while letting the dogs get used to them). Dean (our walker) was always prompt, friendly, and easy to work with, including being flexible and understanding when our plans had to change.
While all of these above aspects are incredible, the part of Chicago PetPal that we love the most is how easy it is to communicate with them. We got daily "report cards" for both of our dogs (including pictures) with lots of information. They were also fast to answer to texts and helpful and friendly in their responses. We felt very reassured knowing that our dogs were being so well cared for! We very highly recommend Chicago PetPal for dog walking, and we will definitely be using them again for our future dog walking (and other pet services)!
