Friendly little store with great products! Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Always gone out of their way to help - will order out of stock products and call when they come in. Recently helped find our dog a fantastic new harness that helps with pulling - incredible change for the better on our walks. Highly recommend for dogs and cats of all ages!

Small pet shop with things mostly for dogs and cats. Knowledgeable, friendly, and they only stock healthy options for your pets! Where possible, they stock local goods (some leashes, some toys, a food brand.) And have a refrigerated section too. They always give me sample baggies of other foods for my pup to try too. I highly recommend supporting this local business!

New to the area and was looking for a good place for specialty cat foods. One of my cats has urinary issues/cystitis and this place carries lots of high quality options. Highly recommend for dog and cat owners who want to support a small business and provide their pets with better quality food than conventional pet stores. They have an extensive selection with lots of flavors available and options for special dietary needs.

They are also able to order specific items by request. Staff was very helpful and willing to give advice. Lots of toys and healthy treats too. I have discovered some new favorites for my cats. Check these place out!

Unique boutique with everything from gifts, to collars and beds to very healthy pet food choices. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Ciao Bow Wow is one of our favorite weekend trips! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The owner has done an amazing job of partnering with local companies to get their products on the shelves. It's so refreshing to see that level of support within the community. Our doggie loves all the dehydrated treats & I can always find something for our picky calico cat there too! This is a gem of a store for animals and humans!

The staff is super knowledgeable and everything they sell is high quality and reasonably priced. They've got a few options for raw diets as well. I'm so glad we found this place, it's definitely one of the best pet supply shops I've ever been to.

Great place. Fun things for your pets and as gifts for friends with dogs/cats. The owner Mel is very educated on different foods and pairing the right one for your pets needs. Staff is always friendly. Smaller store so sometimes they don't always have your flavor in but it is super easy to special order anything even down to the type of waste bag that I like. What makes this place stand out above others is the quality of what they stock and the knowledge of the staff-specifically the owner!

Great people, product and selection. Offering dogs hi end treats like chicken wafers (50.00) for a half gallon, is not in the interest of the dog/customer when your dog flips out and wants more treats and sends the trip to the pet store into chaos. Give the treats when customers leave the store.

Adopted an 8yr old jack russell from the shelter with what turned out to be severe food allergies. I went in there looking for dog food in a 6 Oz can that was poultry free after about 5 or 6 other stores. They listened to me and found a premium dog that so far, so good. The prices are much better than the bigger pet food stores. It's 30 minutes away from me but it's worth the drive.

Super cute store. Good parking. Not a huge place, but everything you need, and didn't know you needed. Among the pet foods are adorable gifts for your animal loving friends and family. Friendly Employees know the inventory, helpful, offered treats to my fur baby but asked first. Carries the food and treats we prefer to feed our special little fur child. New to town and we found our pet supply place.

I will never go to another pet store for dog food! I used to live in the N Andover area and found them because I wanted to feed my dog better quality holistic dog food, so I stopped in and have been loyal since. I moved 20 minutes away and live near plenty of other stores and still drive up to get my dogs food from ciao bow wow. The owner and staff are wonderful; knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, they even know my name and my pets name when I come in the door.

I love that they dont sell any animals in the store too! And they support other local businesses. I cant say enough wonderful things about this store and staff! Thank you Mel. xoxo from Thor :

Melanie is fantastic! She stocks tons of great options to feed your pet top quality foods and treats as well as natural treatments for flea and ticks this store is top shelf and she is all about customer service- Loves her customers and their pets as well as her job and it shows! Bravo!

We found Ciao Bow Wow in Rowley, and have shopped in North Andover since they moved (larger store, more parking!) Others have mentioned that this store is the owner's passion - and shopping here is a passion for me and our four dogs - plus a sometimes visiting granddog. I trust Melanie: to have quality, and to know my dogs. Everyone in the store is super nice and super knowledgeable.

If I can't find something, I ask: an x-large Kong blow-up doughnut for a just neutered newf? Ciao Bow Wow had it - Amazon.com didn't! The events at the store are always interesting and varied, too. Plus, her prices are great, and sometimes even better than the big box places - which don't carry the top brands anyway. Basically, I love this store and the people in it.

Mel, as well as the rest of the staff is outstanding. She truly cares about every person and every dog that walks through the door and will do her best to get you what you need.

I am also reviewing the shop in North Andover - this store is great! I feed my GSD and Husky Fromm Adult Gold food, and couldn't find it anywhere, but Ciao! Bow Wow has it, in stock, all the time. I drive from over 20 miles away and they will always gladly put the bags aside for me until I get there. Recently, we purchased a bag that was from a bad batch, causing both of my dogs to become sick.

They gladly accepted its exchange for a different bag, no arguments whatsoever. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful, and it's always a pleasant shopping experience!

This is my favorite pet store, period. Mel, the owner, is knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help you find what you need. She has amazing dog treats and toys, and my 2 dogs think they are in heaven every time we visit.
