I had researched reviews, hours of operation, & services online for several vet offices. I then called 5 vet offices for more details on what they offer & pricing. Not all will give pricing over the phone, some want to email you a quote. I called this office more than once & both techs/employees that answered were nice. The lady did not give the costs over the phone & wanted my info to email me a quote.

She said they don't give verbal prices on services over the phone. I didn't really like that. I called backed 4 a couple different questions & got Mike, who was very nice. He quoted prices on services I asked about & didn't give me any run around. This was my first time bringing my pet in to this veterinarian. I came in th the main lobby & was prompted greeted.

Within a minute a vet nurse came out & showed us to a room, introduced herself, & proceeded with intake questions about my pets health & the reason for our visit. She was nice & also took the time to go over the different preventative parasite meds they offer. She took our pet out for the urine sample & brought our pet back with nails trimmed as requested.

It actually was so quick we were surprised. The nails were clipped short & they did a good job of it. The actual veterinarian came in with a friendly smile & greeted both the pet owners and our pet. He seemed super nice, informative, and direct in a friendly manner. He spoke to us about her diet & general health. Proceeded to give her the needed vaccinations & let us know about her dental health.

I liked that he didn't try to push a dental cleaning on us, but instead told us her teeth were in good shape & didn't need it at this time. Ofcourse mentioning brushing them at home regularly is a good idea if your pet will let you. The visit was positive overall. The nurse & veterinarian are very nice, all smiles, & friendly. Front desk people did their job, were cordial, but no easy smiles or super friendly impression given off the bat. $250 vet appointment included initial exam fee, a couple of 3 year vaccinations, 2 one year vaccinations, heartworm test, fecal/urine tests & bio hazard disposal fees, city license/tags/tax, & nail trimming, & a one month topical flea/tic/heartworm preventative. $250 was a little higher than I wanted to pay, but worth it to get my pet all up to date, plus nail trimmed cheaper than the groomers (& done better, shorter), and have a preventative one month med.

I could have done the Vet Shots Route or Thrive, but their vaccinations are one year & don't do everything a vet hospital can do if needed. I actually saved money on vaccinations with this vet including 3 year ones, than going back yearly to Shot Vets. Plus with my pet getting older I wanted to be established at a veterinarian hospital in case anything serious ever happened with my pets health. GLAD I WENT THERE based on this first experience!

Today, I took my cat here for the first time. It was great from beginning to end! The staff was friendly and answered all of my MANY questions LOL. I did not have to wait at all (had an appointment), and they put us in "the cat room." I'm guessing that since they don't treat dogs in there, it makes it much more comfortable for cats They are a full-service vet, but they did not try to force any unnecessary procedures on me. In the interest of $$, I had to put a couple things off until later, and they were so nice and understanding. Overall, a great experience! My cat and I have a new vet!

Super friendly staff! I feel safe knowing that I have true animal lovers care for my fur baby. Pricing isn't that expensive like most veterinarians.

GREAT SERVICE. I called in to get my pup in for possible GI issues. The staff was very professional, very kind and patient. They do not offer any wellness packages, but their prices are great and would work well paired with an insurance for your pup. __________ Update from my initial visit. I would still give them a raving 5 stars. They are so kind and sweet here. Dr. November is our go-to vet and she is SO good with Pongo. The staff here works extremely hard to be sure that all of their clients are taken care of and greeted with a pleasant smile.

One of the best places to take your dogs. These guys are amazing and caring everyone from the front desk to Dr. Wilson and November. For over 4 years they have taken care of 3 of my pups, and we've gone through everything from routine checkups, to me panicking over my dogs being dramatic to emergency surgeries, and every time they took the time to explain what was going on what our options were and never pushing anything unnecessary.

I was so lucky to have found such an amazing group. We recently relocated but if we were a little closer I would still drive there just to have my pups seen by these amazing people.

Great staff. Very helpful. Answered all the questions I had and even followed up to check on how Zelda was doing after the visit. Seems like they care about my cat like it was their own. Very happy with my experience with Monument road animal hospital.

Poor customer service from some of the front desk people. Specifically, Krista. Her attitude is very poor. I'll never go back no matter how convenient the location for me.

Met Dr Wilson as my daughter took her westie puppy on for exam and shots. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and professional service received.

Very knowledgeable and attentive. Open about discussing diagnosis, procedures, meds, and pricing. Follow up was well-done and focused on the patient (my cat) rather than my personal satisfaction, which I liked quite a lot. Vet stayed in the room until I had no questions left. Even asked about my other pets.

Dr. Wilson and his staff were great. He took the time to explain his diagnosis of my Dog's health problems and listened to our observations. Gave a treatment plan that is working wonderfully. MRAH seems to put the health of your animal first instead of seeing dollar signs. I highly recommend to anyone needing veterinarian care for their animal.

My dogs nail completely broke off somehow and was bleeding excessively. I immediately rushed her to the closest place I could find which was Memorial and the front desk staff were absolutely rude and unprofessional. I understand that you are not accepting new clients, but I asked if she could just give me some advice on how/if I can remedy this and she just insisted that I go to a different place because they are refusing new clients.

This was an emergency situation and they could care less about my dog that was bleeding all over me and the floor. I'm sorry I interrupted the 300lb woman's lunch break. Never again will I go here nor recommend this POS business to anyone.

My husband took my dogs to see Dr. Wilson their first time and he loved him. He said Dr. Wilson. was very patient and informative and worked well with him about keeping costs down. Our experience today with Dr. November was exactly the same. She was so kind and took her time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. The rest of the staff was very sweet too. They're awesome about helping us navigate our options as far as payment.

I recently visited Monument Road Animal Hospital to have my dog checked for her yearly checkup. And I am able to bring my dog into the vet office instead of leaving her with a vet tech at my car (like some vet clinics are still doing today). The vet staff is very attentive to my dog's needs and they love on my dog when they see her and they are nearby.

The vet office is very clean and the have pictures of some of the animals they have treated in the past with their names and interesting things about them. Such a wonderful place to bring your pet!

Absolutely the best! Dr. Wilson went above and beyond as far as our little corgi Koda was concerned. Koda had a huge tumor on her left front leg. No vet, including specialty surgeons would do surgery to remove. They wanted to amputate. We were not prepared to do that and wanted to have someone try and remove the tumor first. Dr. Wilson was the perfect Vet for this complicated issue.

We are so thrilled with the results and could not have asked for better care! The tumor is gone and Koda does not have any signs of a limp or pain. Just a small scar. Thank you so much for taking on this challenge Dr. Wilson, it means the world to us! I highly recommend this clinic! Before and after photos below
