Critical: Reliability I booked an appointment for my dog Koa over a month ago with a gentlemen. I called today to confirm my appointment and they no longer have him on the books. The lady on the phone today was very rude and offered no accommodation. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Clean! No smell. The care givers very kind and knowledgeable. The cat houses big, alot of toys for your cats to play. Would recommend for the cat lover in the family!

I took my very sensitive cat there when she had some mats that I couldn't take care of. They did a great job and she looked so calm when I arrived to pick her up. They did a beautiful job.

This is the place to take your cat. What a caring & professional staff. I didn't hear any dogs barking in the back. Claws & Paws was clean. They took my cat out of her crate as if the cat was their own pet. They didn't put any mask on her face or pull her out of the crate. Wish I would have found them earlier, but they now have a customer for life. Thanks Claws & Paws.

THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT! The staff is professional, caring and kind. They took really good care of my cat when we brought her in for grooming. The staff is so outstanding they made sure that they explained everything and did a great job. I've found it difficult to find a place that would shave my long haired Turkish Van cat. Most places did not do cats or they charged a small fortune. Claws N Paws perform a wonderful service and we will continue to take our cat there for regular grooming. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLAWS N PAWS!

I am a new cat owner and was very picky where I took my cat. I was more than pleased at how well they took care of her. The staff is very friendly and caring. I definitely recommend.
