I love this place, it's very clean and everyone from Jessica ( the assistant ) to Dr Rutter is super friendly, they have more equipment on hand than my old vet & I got results while I waited ( for urine etc tests) Dr Rutter has been my Vet for the past 3-4 years and I LOVE HER!I have 4 dogs, one who is severely allergic and had constant ear infections until she recommended a holistic " otic pack" that has lessened his pain & infections to a rare occurrence maybe 2 x year at most ( used to be every other month & the (topical )medicine never worked.

This is just one example of why I admire her, she is experienced but also young enough to know & suggest treatments that are new, I found the clinic to be conveniently located & parking is easy. They run ON TIME. I haven't used the daycare /boarding but I'll board my dogs there in August. I new at this clinic but have had Dr Rutter for years, I don't know the other vets but I'm sure they're all just as fantastic as she is. Highly recommend!

I'm pretty sure the girls here have seen me cry more than most of my family members. Our first visit here was with our goofy Great Dane puppy (Sylvie) for her shots-soon followed by an incident involving a tall compression sock that was ingested. Sylvie is alive and well thanks to sock retrieval + playtime at Club Mutts. What has moved me most was our most recent visit- We had to lay our 14 year old Dane to rest; the girls were so very empathetic and kind during the process including a thoughtful call prior to the appointment. Dr. Harmon was very genuine and comforting during the procedure. I just received a hand-written card with kind words that brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for taking care of my family.

I have boarded my dogs here for decades. My dogs love it. The staff is friendly and helpful and they treat my pets like family. In my family we cal it the Spa. When we drop the dogs off for boarding they are always excited. That wasn't the situation with previous boarders.

I've had nothing but great experiences since coming here the past two years. The one time I had a slight problem the owner immediately called me and did everything she could to resolve the problem. Dr. Harmon is also wonderful at easing my concerns. Most recently she wasn't even working and made sure someone called me with my cats test results.

They really care about my pet. It's not just a business. They take personal time for my pet and me.

I would not take my dogs anywhere else! We drive 45 minutes to go there. Dr Colbert and Dr Harmon and all of the staff are amazing and caring and the best care is given

The staff here is wonderful. I began going there several years ago when Dr. Colbert was the only vet. Now Dr. Harmon has joined and she is such an asset. I have had great experience there and they call the next day to check on their patient. Will not go anywhere else.

Pet Wellness Center is an excellent vet. There isn't a long wait, the doctor actually came in the room and explained everything to me. He answered all of questions & concerns and ensured that I understood. The vet tech, Elaine, was a very sweet, smart, and knowledgeable young lady. I highly recommend Pet Wellness Center.

Very clean and professional location. I love the staff there and they're the main reason I go. However the vets ran me around financially and emotionally when treating my dog for allergies. I tried to get my dog on cytopoint because my dog was receiving a steroid shot every 3 weeks or so for allergies that weren't resolving. My hometown vet told me it was a safer and more effective treatment for allergies.

However the vets here didn't even know about the treatment and after reading on it told me that I still HAD to get him tested for allergies first AND go on a 2 month long food trial before they would treat him with cytopoint. I can't afford the special food and testing, or 2 months of watching him have painful reactions to allergies (he had been in a cone and tank top for months to prevent itching), so I went to another vet that happily gave him cytopoint until I can afford the allergy testing and treatment in the fall.

Just very disappointed with how the vets addressed the issue when I have been coming to this vet for months and I was ready to make this my regular vet location. Now that he has gotten cytopoint treatment his skin and ears have healed and there's no vomiting or diarrhea like there was with the repeat steroid treatment. This was just my own personal isolated problem with this location, otherwise everyone has been incredibly kind and professional. Edit: I would be under the last name Kilgore in your database, my google account is associated with my maiden name and I've not been able to change it. I visited many times in the spring

I bring my dog here for doggy daycare. The staff is very nice and professional, and the lobby area is clean. My dog is always well exercised and worn out when we come to pick him up, and the price per day is very reasonable. We have boarded him here before also, and he was in good condition and happy when we came to pick him up. I have not used their veterinary services.
