We chose Community Animal Clinic for first wellness appointment for our rescue puppy, since it had a lot of people recommending it on Nextdoor app. Only if turned out that as a walk-in not only you have to wait quite a while to be seen, but you also pay a $14 walk-in fee in addition to the $45 for the doctor visit. Since we got a free first visit to Keith Animal Clinic from Bradley County SPCA we decided to give them a chance. We were happy with the experience. CAC must be very well regarded: their waiting room was quite busy yesterday!

If I could leave a half-star I would. WORST PLACE EVER. They will tack on all sorts of hidden charges and when questioned, they will tell you to go to a different vet. The manager, staff, and doctors are all very rude and disorganized. Save your time and money. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL.

My kitten had surgery last week there. When we picked him up it was obvious that he was kept in his cat carrier for his 2 night stay. The carrier was bloody, had a strong urine smell, and smelled like anesthetic/medicine. When I called to ask some questions like had he had a bowel movement, I was told that the doctor would call me back. No call. I will never return here.

I love this animal Hospitol! Any emergency no matter what it is or what time it is they will work you in. Everyone there is so friendly and loving they treat your animals as if we're their own. You can call anytime they are open and they will go ask a dr a question if they are available instead of you driving all the way up there. Every dr there is so kind!

No matter what the prognosis is they are very caring and compassionate towards you and your animal. They try everything To keep your animal alive and living comfortably. I wouldn't change for anything!

We have 2 new puppies, 16 week girl and 11 week old boy. Our boy jumped off a chair and broke his leg. He had to have surgery at Community Animal Hospital. They took great care of our baby. He had to have a pin in his leg. They sent him home with pain meds and told us how to take care of him.

I can not speak highly enough of this clinic, the amazing staff, & Dr. Tinkle! They have always been so compassionate, helpful, & understanding! We had to bring our 12 year old Yorkie in for an unexpected visit and without hesitation they worked us in & provided the best care for our fur baby! We are so grateful to this clinic and would recommend all the fur babies to be treated here!

We have used CAH for 30 years+. Very compassionate, we have never felt pressured to do anything we did not feel was in the pets best interest. I haven't used anyone else for years but in my opinion the cost of procedures is reasonable. Love the staff!

We just moved to the area and they were able to get us in right away. They were honest and explained everything to us. We knew our cat needed surgery and they took such great care of her. Very affordable, staff is amazing and they take the time to answer all your questions. Highly recommend

The staff all are very polite and friendly. Our dogs are new this year 2020 to the Community Animal Hospital. They've had check ups, shots, been boarded overnight, and our puppy got neutered recently. Dr. Ryan is friendly and seems to know how to care for the animals. He's knowledgeable of the needs of the animals. We always look to see if the staff and doctors show affection and attention to the dogs more than the business part of the visit. That always makes the visits more comfortable. It also makes you trust them with your pets.

My dog loves Dr Brittain, and she clearly loves him too. She recently helped us make the difficult decision to amputate his very problematic toe. She truly listens to my observations from home, performs thorough examinations, and always offers conservative/less invasive treatments first. He's recovering well, and Dr Brittain has always and continues to be our favorite vet ever.
