This is a MUST STOP when we are on our way up to the northwoods at Oliver's request / insistence. It's his VERY favorite pet store of all time! He is treated so kindly by the staff. they greet him with treats every time he comes in! He absolutely loves their selection of TOYS AND GOURMET DOGGIE ICE CREAM! with flavors like Bacon, Quail, Ranch. how can you go wrong?!

Someone brought me treats from this store on their travels. My dog loves the bacon and maple bones. My cats are picky about their treats but gobbled up the crunchy whitefish treats. Def will have to stop at this store if I ever get down that way.

Love shopping here, the staff is always welcoming and helpful, and they have a great selection of unique cat toys that are better than other big box store pet toys. And they have an amazing selection of pet food as well!

As always, lovely staff, great selection of pet supplies. Always my first choice for getting food and toys for my pets!

I found this adorable pet shop a few months back. I just want to give recognition to a gentleman that ran my transaction today. He was extremely enthusiastic, and just overall so kind to my boyfriend and I. This literally made my day! It's not often in customer service that you have such a positive interaction with an employee as a customer. Although I live an hour and a half away, I will continue to come back just because of this shop's customer service, and obviously to get more duck head treats for our dog! (Today I found out our dachshund can devour one in 10 minutes!)

They have a great selection of items. Especially freeze dried raw treats and foods, in a wide variety. The place is full of caring, and very helpful employees! I come here for meaty bones for my German shepherd, there's something for dogs of all breeds and sizes!

We had some unfortunate and serious health implications with our new puppy. Having had to change her diet numerous times, we are finally in a place where we can start feeding her regular food. We have read and heard so much about commercial dog food, we didn't want to find ourselves back at the vet with more health issues. The Companion Shop was a breath of fresh air offering us an education on food and what to look for and why it is important. Brandon offered us stellar service and spent a lot of time explaining our options. He is a wealth of information and passionate about the well-being of our furry friends. Top-notch service on top of great products and knowledge. We strongly recommend!

This place is terrific : Having to drive about half hour to get here in the winter I don't do it often but when I do, I'm always surprised by the variety and service. My two little devils require lots of treats, healthy snacks with two or three ingredients that I can pronounce as well as chew toys and outdoor gear as the seasons change. The drive is always worth it, the service is beyond good, getting a free pup cup around the birthdays is really fun too, the staff care and it shows. Thank you Andi and The Companion Shop! For offering Rad Cat and Stella and Chewy's Raw Food! After 9 months of chronic diarrhea, Danielle the cat is FINALLY able to live like a normal cat! Andi was so nice and informative- We were feeding an expensive prescription canned food from the vet for months and months with no results- Andi said that the Raw food would help within just a few days, but results were more like overnight for Danielle the cat. Such a great store with wonderful, caring people. Thanks again!

Had to get a new ID tag for my dog. I came here on a 15 minute break from work, and the woman working told me it'd take 2 minutes. She was extremely helpful and had great recommendations for what to put on the tag. They also have a great selection of natural treats and chews. I also picked up a Packers collar for my dog here, only place in town I could find one!

I love The Companion Shop. It's a nice place to bring our dog into to shop, meet other dogs and be social. The staff is all very helpful when we have questions about food and the products they carry. We have learned a lot from them about what we were feeding our dog and are working on making it better, moving forward. My only complaint is that sometimes they run out of the treats that my dog loves. However, this is really kind of a testimony on how much dogs love them.

The owner of this shop knows her stuff! I brought my puppy in here and she knew exactly what she was talking about. Sometimes places like this pressure you into buying items you may not want, but she was very relaxed and laid back. The prices may be a little higher here because its a specialty store, but the one on one service is nice.

This is a small independently owned pet shop that allows pet owners to bring their furry friends in the store. The owners are very very friendly. I feel like I'm in a Trader Joe's for pets when I go here. They carry a wide variety of grain-free wet cat food. We like the brand called Dave's because it's very affordable and our cats really enjoy it.

The cat toys are great here. Half of the store is dedicated to cats and the other half to dogs. No fish or bird products here. They also have cats from the Humane Society wandering about the store, ready for adoption. Every other time we go here they have a litter of kittens too. So cute;-
