The Cozy Cat Lodge is the MOST affordable and FIRST cage-free feline hotel in Hawaii since 2000. Cozy Cat Lodge is a non-commercial, family owned and operated business for the community, providing fist class boarding for CATS only. We are committed to providing all guests an absolute quality experience.

Cozy Cat Lodge is designed to provide a safe, clean, entertaining and comfortable environment for our cat guests. It is always the goal of the Lodge to provide convenience, value and peace of mind for you, and comfort for your fur baby.
Services
The Cozy Cat Lodge has been providing services to our cat guests since 2000. Our adventure began when we were unsuccessful in locating a suitable boarding facility for our own cat family. The Lodge has been designed from the ground up to meet the expectations we were seeking for our own cats. The original facility in Kailua was granted the only residential permit for boarding felines on Oahu, Hawaii. Come and visit us and see for yourself.
We require verification of current vaccination and an approved flea deterrent must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival, as we are a flea-free facility. If you are already using a flea deterrent, continue with your monthly regime. We do not provide accommodations for sick (contagious) cats; however we will happily dispense medication to special needs guests, if they allow us.

Leinani is just wonderful with my cats. She took care of my boy cat even into his tens before he passed and now she takes care of my young girl kitty who is almost 2. She keeps me up to date daily with texts and pictures so I know how my girl is doing. I can even now find my way back into Kahaluu without Waze!

Thank you, Leinani, for taking care of our furry friends! The first pictures you sent, we noticed the boy cat was VERY protective of the girl cat. In the second round, the girl cat looked much more comfortable! And judging from the boy cat's behavior when we put him in the carrier bag and he got out, maybe he didn't want to leave he probably wanted to hunt the chickens he was hearing. We will definitely use your cozy cat lodge again next time! Mahalo nui loa!

To say my cat, Tori, is high-maintenance would be a huge understatement. She is 13, requires multiple medications, is the pickiest eater, and has somehow forgotten how to use the litter box. Tori stayed with Leinani at the Cozy Cat Lodge in Kaneohe for two weeks and I honestly think she was sad when I came to pick her up and take her home. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the excellent care she received during her stay.

I got pictures and text updates, letting me know how everything was going, and Leinani even changed my cat's food around to try to get her to eat more. The space is clean and comfortable and the cats all seem very happy and relaxed. I feel like Leinani understands Tori more than I do, now! Because of her age and medical issues, we will probably board Tori at a vet if we decide to travel again, but I highly recommend Cozy Cat Lodge and I am so thankful we found them!

I needed to find a place for my cats for two days while my apartment was getting fumigated and decided to try the Cozy Cat Lodge in Kaneohe. I could not be happier with my experience. The lodge itself was super clean and organized and Leilani and her family loved my cats so much that her daughter was snapping photos of them as we left. It is nerve-wracking to leave your fur babies in the care of others and I was THRILLED with the love and attention they received.

In addition, one of my cats is dying of cancer and has bad diarrhea. Not only was he taken care of, but there were no complaints about the extra care he required. I felt nothing but true aloha. The neighborhood is lovely and rural and had lots of birds outside to entertain my cats through the windows. :- I would recommend Cozy Cat Lodge Kaneohe to anyone who wants to leave their cats in loving hands. Mahalo!

Leilani and her family are wonderful! I had to find a spot to board my cat for two weeks last minute, and this was the cheapest spot I found. There paperwork is very easy to fill out. The place is very clean and each cat has an indoor and outdoor area. Although my cat is pretty easy to take care of, I noticed detailed notes for all the other cats that needed a little more attention.

I was also very pleased with the updates I got while I was gone, which included pictures. My cat is very skiddish around strangers but she warmed up to Leilani quickly (I also saw this when I picked my cat up)! Leilani and her son helped me bring everything to my vehicle. I'm very impressed with how friendly and professional everyone is here! I highly recommend bringing your cats here if you need someone to watch them while you're gone!

We LOVE Nani! She is thorough, loving, knowledgeable, and attentive. And operates with so much aloha. So grateful for her and the Cozy Cat Lodge. I love the price; the clean, cute and stimulating quarters; and the fact that this set up is the perfect solution for kitty (house visits are a challenge for my indoor-outdoor cat). Don't know what I would do with out her! AND My cat loves Nani. meeowwww

Leinani was a super friendly host and she treated me well, offering a lovely tropical bouquet that her husband grows on their property. However, the lodge itself was a bit dirty and musty. I was expecting something more cozy and quiet but there were lots of chickens and rooster noises and a mean old cat that prowled around. My two cats were not stoked about the place, which I expected, but they remained inside their personal cat carrier for their entire one night stay.

When I picked them up the next day, I noticed they were both extremely anxious and stressed. I was relieved it was only one night because throughout the week, both were uneasy and not eating very much. It took about a week or two for them to bounce back to their old selves. This place might be great for other critter cats, but I won't be bringing my kitties here again.
