I love tre ing my cats to a less stressful experience at a cat- only veterinary hospital. And since the staff deals with cats all day every day, they are expert at handling and making the cats as comfortable as possible during their visit. They are also more practiced and knowledgeable about diagnosis and treatment, in my experience. I can't think of a better way to show my cats how much they mean to me.

Cozy Cat is the place for you! I have numerous friends that have used their services and once my 16 year old kitty Lillian started having some concerns that I felt were not being addressed at her previous vet, I made the switch. I impressed not only with the quality of care provided by the staff but with the personal attention you receive as an owner.

They explain everything and ensure you understand before taking action. I have never felt rushed or hesitant to ask any questions. Their pandemic safety protocols are A+ as well. I am confident that I made the correct choice in shifting Lillian's care to Cozy Cat.

I've taken every cat I've owned in Raleigh to Cozy Cat. The staff does their best to make it "non-scary" for my "children" and have always been straight up with me. From a first check up after SafeHavenForCats, to having to euthanize a geriatric kitty, they have always been so kind, both to me and my cats.

I've been using Cozy Cat for a bit under a year and each time my experience has been fantastic. Starting with the staff being caring, accommodating, and friendly. From the moment you call for an appointment - there is always a slot available and ease of booking. I use Dr Neri who is the BEST!@. she is knowledgeable, conscientious, and truly caring.

I had a senior Persian kitty in hospice stage she fought hard to keep him comfortable and helping extend his quality of life. Prices are on par if not a bit better than other vets I've experienced. Now I have a new kitten and of course I brought to Dr Neri at Cozy for assessment and spay surgery. I will continue to recommend and bring my cats to Cozy Cat. they are fantastic@!.

Dr. Wallace and her team at Cozy cat are the best. They are true cat lovers. We have never had a negative experience with them, even in difficult situations. Dr. Wallace is so knowledgeable and patient, she always explains everything so that anyone can understand it.

I first found out about Cozy Cat Veterinary Hospital from a friend who had a very old kitty who needed a lot of care. When I adopted my cat Cozy Cat was the place I took him to set up his veterinary care. Dr Wallace and Dr Neri are just the best and the technicians are fantastic. Everyone at Cozy Cat are passionate about providing top quality care.

The whole staff is efficient, professional and caring. Dr. Wallace takes the time to examine my cat and thoroughly discuss her findings. Her knowledge and kindness makes me confident Emily is in good hands.

Dr. Wallace and the Cozy Cat staff are the best! They have taken good care of our two cats for several years now. My wife and I first approached Cozy Cat when one of our cats had a difficult skin allergy that other vets in the community were unable to treat. After a year of futility with others, we came to Dr. Wallace who prescribed the right medication that completely resolved the allergy.

We love the Cozy Cat! Felt so comfortable leaving our sweet cat there while we went out of town. They have play areas and give you the option for a double suite so your cat has more room. The veterinarians are thorough and kind-- so are the technicians. Just an all around great place!

This was my first visit to a veterinarian following a move to North Carolina with my 16 year old cat. I had no issue with the appointment process and was clearly told what to expect in terms of COVID protocol. Everybody I spoke to at every step of the process was friendly, professional and communicative. I would highly recommend Cozy Cat Veterinary. Dr. Neri was wonderful to work with. She and the staff were kind and caring with my skittish cat. When he received a difficult diagnosis and needed a complicated treatment plan, they were patient, thorough, and plain with their explanations and helped me learn how to do his treatments. When it became clear that it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Wallace was so gentle, quietly explaining what was happening and what I could expect.

I am so grateful for their kindness during such a difficult situation! When I'm ready to find a new friend, I will definitely be returning to Cozy Cat Veterinary Hospital for their vet care.

My first time going to see Cozy Cat & Dr. Wallace and I was so pleasantly surprised! The staff is so friendly and attentive, I really felt they cared for my cat. Dr. Wallace went above and beyond to take time to talk to me after the appointment and tell me everything that she did and what she suggests for my cat. Dr. Wallace sends report cards home as well which is really helpful in keeping track of everything that happened during the visit. Cozy cat also has lots of precautions in place due to COVID.

I have to admit I was worried about not being able to go in with my cat, but it honestly was so fine. The staff and Dr. Wallace communicated to you the whole time so you feel as if you were apart of the appointment.

I have been bringing my cat to the practice for round about eight years now. I've asked for Doctor Wallace every time I am able. She is so sweet with my cat and is extremely helpful and resourceful when trying to nail down a specific and complex digestive problem my cat has been battling for a while now. She spent around 20 minutes on the phone with me this last annual visit brainstorming solutions.

I've unfortunately had experience having to take my cat to another provider who specializes in a specific area of treatment unrelated to the stomach issues during the last year. When it came to choosing between the over one thousand dollar cost of treatment with no guaranteed result and keeping food on the table for my family, this other practice was shocked I chose to defer treatment even though I explained my situation.

Doctor Wallace has always been very understand and non judgmental of my financial limits, which I think we can all appreciate at the moment. The practice has always been welcoming and a good environment - there was even a free roaming office cat who was extremely chill the last time I was able to go into the practice (I hope they're doing alright), so overall a calm, relaxed atmosphere. I very much would recommend Cozy Cat.

I love Cozy Cat! We have three cats and each has different needs. One has urinary issues and the other thyroid. Cozy Cat takes care of each of them with warmth and care. Two of them are long hairs and need professional grooming, which Cozy Cat performs masterfully. It's also reassuring to know that my kitties are only in an environment with other kitties, that's important to us. I would recommend Cozy Cat to any cat owner who wants the best veterinary care in Raleigh.
