We are very easy to reach by phone, text, and email, you will NOT have to wait days for a return call or email to book pet sitting or dog walking! If you leave a voicemail with us, and do not hear back within four hours, you will receive a 10 percent discount off your service!

What better way to change that then to start our own pet sitting business in Charlotte, NC, where we can give North Carolina pet owners a high quality service at very competitive prices, and help eliminate the anxiety over leaving your pet at home during a vacation, extended trip, or just the normal workday.
Up to two dogs, walks include water, treats, food if needed, waste removal, mail pickup, plant watering. Please note: In order to accommodate the most clients, our service area for lunchtime potty breaks is slightly restricted from our normal service area. Please contact us to see if you reside in our lunchtime service area.
I was very impressed by Creature Comforts of Charlotte Pet Sitting. I went on vacation in May for 7 days and was looking for someone to watch my baby (very hyper Australian Sheppard mix). I was deciding on putting her in a kennel, which is what I have done in the past, or have someone come by to watch her.

Alan and his people are fantastic! They manage our 3 wild pups so well! I always come home to 3 very happy dogs and never have to worry about the house or yard. They are easy to get in touch with, always communicate updates, and are super flexible with our constantly changing schedule. Highly recommend!

I have a 95 lb GSD. She is 2 years old and this was the first time I was leaving her for an extended time (over 4 days). I found Heather and Alan online and left a message. Alan called me back and we scheduled a time for them to meet Roxy before I left. Roxy was really excited when she meet them and that's a good sign. I was very nervous about leaving her for that long. Heather watched over her and came to the house 4-5 times a day for 30 min visits. Walked, fed and even played catch up and down the stairs with Roxy.
I had to adjust a few sitting times and Heather was totally cool with me moving things around. I got pics after each visit and was thrilled to know she was happy. Alan and Heather have huge hearts and LOVE animals. They are the amazing people. I'm so glad I found them. Brian R.

Alan is the owner and was able to accommodate a last minute request to watch my dog. He was professional, punctual and reliable. Every day, as promised, he came at the agreed upon times, walked Talia, feed her, brushed her and was just the best pet sitter I've had. Talia was a happy camper. I will for sure be using him in the future.

We have referred all of our friends and neighbors to Charlotte Pet Sitting! The owners takes their time finding the right employees who are responsible, trustworthy, and good with animals. We have gone out of the country for 2 weeks at a time and felt our dog was in the safest hands with our dog sitters. Our dog used to get daily walks when I worked out of the home and our dog walkers through Charlotte Pet Sitting were invaluable. If you are on the fence about using a kennel or doggie day care, go with Charlotte Pet Sitting!

I have used Charlotte Pet Sitters since our Buddy was a puppy. We've used them for in house sitting when on vacation as well as for daily potty breaks when we're at work. It's been over 7 years now and Alan is awesome to work with, responsive, reliable and all around wonderful. He's been great with last minute needs as well as when I'm able to plan longer term. I'm not sure who likes him more, us or Buddy! I cannot say enough wonderful things.

We have been customers of Charlotte Pet Sitting since they first opened for business (4 dogs later). Years ago we stopped sending our dogs to kennels to board for longer vacations because we trust Alan and his sitters to take better care of our dogs. They are extremely trustworthy and reliable. I wouldn't have anyone else pet sit our dogs!
