Running our store is fun. We have done this for over 30 years and we never get tired of critters or our great customers and their pets. We have lots of animals and fish tanks at our store, healthy natural pet foods and great selection of cool products that we personally research. We listen to our customers and often bring in new things by request.
We research the brands we sell and we attend seminars and continuing education on nutrition. Plus, one of the owners worked for a dog food company so we have considerable knowlege of the pet food industry. We are proud to offer a great selection of healthy top rated foods. Our goal is to help you find the right food for your pet. We also sell a wide variety of diets for birds, reptiles, fish and small animals of every kind.

All 3 of my babies are from Critters! Teddy (white/brown Guinea Pig), Frankie (Black Guinea Pig), & Ruby (Beagle/German Shepard mix) are the best! We are so happy to have all 3 of them. The people at Critters are great to adopt /work with. 10/10! The owner works hard to make the experience great. I adopted the guinea pigs first, & had such an awesome experience, my family went back for our dog. Would definitely recommend Critters to anyone looking to adopt.

Kenzie helped us pick a great starter tank for my daughter's birthday. She was very attentive, knowledgeable on the tanks, their ecosystem and made great suggestions for fish and plants! All of the staff today were helpful with our purchase. We brought home a tank and set it up same day. Looks beautiful and my daughter couldn't be happier with her gift! Thank you to the Critters crew for your outstanding customer service! Highly recommend.

First time in and absolutely amazing experience. Staff is great, very helpful, I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped me but saying she was amazing would be a understatement. They have wide variety for any pet owner. Definitely will be returning many times. I purchased 2 arachnids as I have a wide variety already and was very happy to see how well cared for and the great condition these tarantulas were in. I'm super excited to have both these species now in my arachnid room! What shocked me most was seeing these 2 species locally. Not a common thing to see.

Ignored by other big box pet stores in the area when we stopped in, we decided to try Critters Pet Shop and I am glad we did. We were asked if we needed any help within minutes of entering. Had all our questions answered and a new pet hamster with all the basics in 15 mins and I won't shop anywhere else again. Highly recommended!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, animals all looked healthy and happy to me. The 2 curlys they have could use some more substrate. But that's just me being a spider geek haha. I understand their not trying to house them forever. All in all nice pet store. The Dachshund in the photo was focused on my friends dog. He was a cutie.

So these are my babies in the pictures! I love this pet shop because I can always find great things for them. I have gotten a few fish from here too. The staff is so friendly and is always willing to help you out. I also love to go in and play with the puppies and kittens since they are lonely : I will i could adopt them all! Whenever I need something for my pets this is the first pet shop I go to.
