Daisy's Pet Grooming

When I called ahead and asked if they had time for a full groom they said they did, when I showed up to drop off my dog the told me they only had me scheduled for a bath and nail trim. And that alone cost $60+ without being pressured for a tip when they strong-arm you into paying over the phone. And can someone tell them it's not 2020 anymore? You can let people inside now.

I continue to bring my dog here because ethe quality of the work done is good and my dog doesn't seem to mind the employees. Not a terrible place to take your pet, but some improvements can and possibly should be made.

We had recently moved to Puyallup from federal way and was looking for a new groomer for our Yorkie's and we came across this place. Very pleased with the customer service and overall everything! When we went to go pick up our little girl she looked like a whole new dog! Absolutely great job! Will be going here from now and also letting others know of this place.

Where do I begin, I sadly had to move to eastern Washington and boy do I miss taking my Pomeranian to Daisy's, hands down the best! I have taken my dog to serval places near my city and nothing compares. I totally recommend Daisy's for short and long haired dogs specially, they do a fantastic job and their fees are even better!

Daisy's is so great, they always call ahead to remind me of an appointment for my girl if I forget, they are accommodating, friendly, and amazing in general. My girl always comes home happy and smelling amazing. They just adore her, which is a bonus, and all the little details like the scarves they send the dogs home in are awesome. My Cherry usually sees Andrea, and we love her!

I started bringing my Shiba Inu, Toast, here when he was 4 months old. He gets a bath and his nails done. I've always had a really positive experience with them! They took extra time with him the first couple of months to get him used to the sights and sounds since he was young puppy. I take him once a month and am always pleased when I go to pick him up.

In my experience, this isn't a place where you can walk in, wait for them to give your dog a bath, and then walk about 30 minutes later. When I drop him off, he's there for a good chunk of the day. They usually call me when he is close to done. Some people may not like that but I'm perfectly happy! I live close by so it's convenient for me to get him.

This review is aimed at management and not the groomers. The groomers are great and it's been awesome having them take care of our dog. My wife has been taking our dog to get groomed here for the past 4 years with no issues. There was one day where I had to pick the dog up and apparently I didn't pay (my wife usually does it and apparently they have to get your permission to charge).

I had no idea how their system works and I assumed that they had our card and would charge it. When I picked up the dog no one told me that it was not paid for, or ever tried to contact me or my wife about it. I had no idea that this happened until my wife tried to book another appointment and they refused, wouldn't let us pay and were quite rude.

Now if you want to blacklist us over a misunderstanding that's fine (poor business practice but that's your choice). I am incredibly disappointed in learning that you made the GROOMER pay for it. Whoever the groomer is that worked on my dog sorry you work for such terrible management and any misunderstanding. Please message me and I will reimburse you.

They are so great here I literally will not get my pups groomed anywhere else. Our husky is particularly skittish when it comes to being groomed, but they are so patient with her and she always comes out looking so cute! When it comes to quality, affordability and customer service, these guys really are second to none. I recommend Daisy's to all of our family and friends and will continue bringing our fur babies here ourselves!

Called in the morning, got an appointment for any dog 5 hours later. He was in and out in 1 hour! My dog is 7, and has never been washed/groomed by anyone but me or my husband. He has also never been left alone with anyone but us (very spoiled). He did great there, and was so happy when we picked him up. Also, he smells so good! Definitely taking him in at least once per month from now on.

Daisy's has groomed our dogs for years and they always do a great job for a great price! You can tell that They care about the animals they service and our normally anxious rescues love going to get their spa days!

We have been having our fur baby groomed for short time at Daisy's, at first we thought everything was okay, we did have concerns about our dog being kenneled for hours and hours unnecessarily! But the last grooming they clearly didn't have time to even complete the job! We received a call a few days before our scheduled appointment asking if we would like to come in early (couple days early ) we said yes!

Not thinking I guess I should have asked how long she'd be kenneled After a full day at Daisy's our fur baby half her nails done and a poor job on the expressing her anal glands (this is critical important to her breed to have done right) then the trim of a cut! I called, after speaking with Amber it was clear we are not the first to complain. I'm post before and after pictures!

I paid $78.00 Edit review: Sarah thank you for finishing my girls nails and her glad's plus straightening up her haircut much appreciated I'm regards to her glads being deep in set, I did call South hill veterinary hospital (our vet 14yr) and more than one animal read the doctors notes! (Small glad easy to express).

It's the only place we take our doggies! It's the best groomer around. Quality service for both you and your dog kiddos. We've been going for years now. In all this time we haven't had a disappointment. Definitely recommend!

I only go to get glands expressed. They still treat my girls and me like very important clients, even if one of them explodes on them! They are super kind and understanding about my girl who is fearful of strangers. Highly recommend! They treat your pets like family!

Called last week for a grooming appointment for our 4 dogs. Our dogs look and smell great. Our cavalier was matted and looked horrible before the appointment but she was well taken care of. We will definitely be back and will continue to take our dogs here.

Andrea and her staff care for my dog as though he were their own. On top of that, he looks and smells great when we pick him up. I can't say enough good things about Daisy's. I highly recommend them!

Lauren did an absolutely amazing job with our labradoodle! Best. Haircut. Ever. I've had people stop me on the street and ask where he got groomed. The whole staff were so nice and welcoming and I instantly trusted them with my dog. 10/10 can't wait to go back!

My pug is always so excited to go to daisys she always comes home so relaxed I know she has a hard time for her nails but they always seem to get them as short as possible I love when we are greeted at the door by the friendly ladies I know they love my dog as their own I love the cute little bandanas and flowers she keeps them on for what seems like eternity

After bringing my dog in for a grooming the first time, I was surprised at the high cost after all the "add-on's"! They can't really tell you what is included in the basic the wash and cut, AND I couldn't even tell a difference besides that my dog now had a bandana on. The second time I brought him and instructed them on what I would like done they said it would be even more expensive to add on the undercoat brushing.

I went for it and then when I got him home a ton of hair came out. The worst part of ALL is that I was very specific about his nails being filed since he is a puppy and they are super sharp, but when I go to pick him up he jumps on me, scratching my arms so bad they eventually bled! It was clear they had not filed them so she took him back in to have them do so which caused me to have to wait longer and have bleeding arms. Therefore, I have cancelled my auto populated next appointment and will NOT be returning!

The staff at Daisy's are very reliable and are very proficient at communication. I always know exactly what their plan is for my dogs grooming & what the cost will be. They are friendly & truly care about your dog.

I have been taking my two senior (15 Yrs & 13 Yrs) Chihuahuas to Daisy's Pet grooming for the past six months. I can tell you that the service and care has been very good. My dogs always looks and smell so nice after an appointment and there energy level is up. They love the attention and pampering that they get at Daisy's. Plus they always get a gift of a cute scarf when we pick them up.

Great place to get your dogs groomed. They've been taking care of all 4 of my pitbulls for a few years now. They are really close to all the animals that come through their doors and make me feel like they love my dogs as much as I do. They're affordable and have been a great place to deal with. Highly recommend trying them out.

Absolutely horrific. Never again. Non-existent customer service and pricing is sketchy at best. Seems to be based on their enthusiasm at the time, because 65 bucks suddenly turns into a starting price of 115+. If these people got paid for staring thru the window and looking like a bunch of rude jerks, they'd be millionaires. Wouldn't trust them to be any more pleasant with my dog. This can't be Puyallup's only option.

I love these guys. I take my year old Husky there and they knock it out of the park Everytime. And let me tell you, Huskies are NO JOKE when it comes to difficult to groom. So for them to nail it and allow us to keep coming back is a testiment to good business practices. Keep up the good work and lemme know when I can come get my freebie. :

Amazing job on our husky malamute mix. She was going through her shed cycle and the gals brushed it all out and made her smell super good. She looks like a brand new dog!

This place is phenomenal! Excellent service, reasonable pricing, prompt and friendly! They do an amazing job on my dogs every time I bring them. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Good prices, pleasant to communicate with, and my dogs come out smelling good and super soft. I took off one star because the first time I brought one of my dogs in, she apparently vomited during the groom and they told me upon pickup. That part was no big deal BUT she was given back to me with dried vomit on her lips and chin. I thought it was weird that it wasn't cleaned off.

They do a wonderful job for our Murphy! He has sensitive skin and they pamper him in all the right ways, he always comes home at ease, smelling great and feeling comfy.

I'll start by saying we have never actually been in this establishment. We have a 6 month old golden retriever who was going to be seen for his first grooming. We narrowed down a few businesses and after calling around we scheduled an appointment last week with Daisy's for their soonest which was about 2 weeks out. Get a text today that our appt has been cancelled, no further info and no call.

When I found the time to call and inquire i was informed why, and I understand, but I wasn't thrilled with their lack of reaching out. Also when I called there was no greeting I felt like I may have dialed the wrong number as the phone was answered with a simple hello not a business greeting. When I attempted to reschedule I was asked what he was coming in for, they did not seem to have the initial information down for this appt and I did not want to go through the specifics again.

Why ask if there is not going to be a note of any kind attached to the appt? Wanted to give this place a try but with the lack of customer service I think we will try somewhere else.

My little Chihuahua/Yorkie mix has never had a true spa day. She came home so soft, smelling so good, and her nails are perfect! She loves her kerchief! We're happy and taking her sister in Friday! So impressed and so happy! Definitely recommend!

Came back to town after moving away and they still got what made them great in my opinion! Love them and appreciate their working through such challenging times!

We have over looked issues in the past such as 1. Keeping our dog until after 5 even after dropping off before 9am. 2. Seeing a groomer manhandling another dog (older lady in the left corner as you go in). Poor dog was scared. 3. Additional charges that we weren't told about. 4. Lopsided haircuts. 5. Opening during the covid lockdown when it wasn't allowed yet.

This last time our dog came home stressed and vomiting for a full day afterwards. Clearly something happened that we were not told about. Our boy is very easy going. I see comments from Daisy's on other reviews about no stress policy. Customer service has declined over the years. Having our dog sick afterwards is the last straw and we will not be back. My advice? Stop overbooking and pay more attention to what you are doing.

Took my standard poodle puppy for his first groom. Clarissa was highly recommended by my neighbors. I knew my puppy would be difficult and Clarissa took her time being gentle. My puppy doesn't like being fussed about. I have been combing him every day and he just won't have it! Clarissa did a wonderful job and I cannot wait to take him back to her!

I recently took in my friend's mom's little dog Cookie. Shi Tzu / Poodle doll mix. This is my first dog ever and I was a bit nervous. He definitely needed some grooming so I decided to search yelp for a good local place. The reviews here were pretty good so I decided to give it a try. I don't know what the cost typically is for these sort of things but I wanted a good place for this pup. Making the appointment was easy and they sent a text notification 24 hours in advance.

They were busy so you definitely need to call about a week or so ahead of time. He got washed, trimmed nails and a haircut for $52. They might have done other things but I can't remember all that's included. I any case he looks like a new dog when I come get him and he's always happy! They also put the cutest little handkerchief around his neck.

The first appointment was just before Christmas, so it was Christina's themed. This last time it was red with little hearts for Valentine's Day which I just noticed writing this review. Lol The staff is friendly and the take such great care of him. I now make his next appointment about 6-8 weeks out. I can't believe how fast his hair grows. I'm really happy about this place.

The only thing to note is that parking is limited and it's next to a road that gets pretty busy as it's right next to the train tracks off Stewart road and a four way intersection. I make my appointment before work and pick up at lunch so there less traffic. I picked up after work one time and the traffic coming in the opposite lane was back up so I couldn't pull in. I had to go past and turn around. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind while booking.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, professionalism of the staff common and easy quick scheduling. They treated my small Lhasa ops so with care and concern for his matted hair that I was struggling to keep up with due to my arthritis. they gently took all the time they needed reassuring both myself and my dog Harry.

We absolutely love Daisy's. they are so caring and do a fabulous job with our Tilly. They show so much love and care of our fur baby that we trust them to treat her well.

I had been going to Daisy's for awhile now and I love them my puppy used to shake when we take her for a bath, with Daisy she does not shake anymore! Elizabeth always does a great job cutting her messy hair and making her look like a lady! Thank you Elizabeth and Daisy's for a great service and loving on my Dory! G
