I love the convenience of having everything needed to bathe my dog in one place. the person working was very helpful and pleasant.

Dirty Dawgs is amazing. Been going for two years now. Never had a bad experience. Get one dog washed (Casper) and one shaved (Lander). They take great care to make sure the pups are comfy and they don't crate them at all. Will continue to keep going.

Went in to ask for more information about the business since I was around the area. The door was locked, I stood outside, waited for someone to open. The girl working the front wasn't inviting, she was very rude to me when I was wanting to wash my dogs that same day. I asked about pricing and told me "well everything is online" *super long silence* she walked away.

It was dirty and dusty in the front and the smell was overpowering. I asked to see the tubs she said for paying customers only. Took my dogs elsewhere. No thank you. (I visited May 7th) so Covid guidelines have nothing to do with it.

Dirty Dawgs is amazing! The price for a dog groom is very reasonable and, most important, Ronnie treats my dog, Marigold, with care and respect. She has taken the time to get to know Marigold and understands my dog's unique needs and personality.

Our dog Stevie loves it here! They always take good care of her and she gets to run around and get all her energy out!

I'm so glad I have a place like Dirty Dawgs to take my furry family member to be pampered and bathed! A cozy and mostly quiet environment with just about every tool you need to help keep your furry friend ever so Fresh and so Clean!

I had great experience with Dirty Dawgs. Ronnie was extremely helpful and considering that I inadvertently, failed to schedule my pet's appointment appropriately through the online process, she agreed to take my Nestor and groom him. I will be back again.

I would be cautious with this place if your dog isn't crate trained. They use wire crates for the dogs and although they have cameras they're mysteriously off. My dog came back bruised up pretty badly for trying to escape the crate. Not their fault, but they should definitely advertise that they use wire crates. The handlers were nice

I've waited 48 hours to write this review. I NEVER write negative reviews. My parents instilled in me: if you can't say something nice, don't say anything. HOWEVER. Our golden retriever Molly needed a close cut for the summer.a field cut, down to about an inch or two and cutting her feathers and under belly. We ended up with a completely shaved dog.

That doesn't bother us so much, because it is summertime and the hair will grow back. Unfortunately, the shaving was very sloppy. Choppy, inconsistent, and worst of all injured our girl in several places. She has red/pink wounds. Every other grooming over the years has taken at least 2 to 3 hours. This one took only one hour. Chop shop. I am becoming more and more angry as the days go by. Never again! I warn you away from Dirty Dawgs on North Campbell. I posted several graphic photos. Hope they load.we have poor service at the moment.

We have been so please with Dirty Dawgs grooming and daycare. Thank you so much for being kind to our fur family and giving us peace of mind, while they are away from us. Callie is always so excited to get there and barks with enthusiasm as we get closer.

My dog and I use this place for baths only so I can't speak to the other services but we totally recommend coming here. They have large steel wash stations at a comfortable height for me, I'm 5'4. They provide everything you need for a bath: shampoo, conditioner, ear wipes, face wash, nail clippers, towels, aprons, and dryers. They also have a box dryer but my dog hates that. The staff are always friendly and the price for a wash is $15 which I think is fair since everything is included and I don't have to do clean up!

Never ever would I recommend thus business. The stellar reviews are from the PREVIOUS owner. Zero stars is too good for her. If she threatens the owner of the dog if I tell her I'm reporting her to the BBB how does she treat the dog in her pathetic grooming mobile. Don't care what your excuse is less than an hour is NOT possible to fully groom a dog.

And I was not happy hence the argument ensued. My dog looked pathetic. I remember before the groom asking you include the anal glands right? You shuttered saying oh no go to your vet for that! That looking back was a red flag. it's ALWAYS done! Goodbye. I happened to read your reply that is why I needed to not let you get away with your fabricated explanation.

Have been taking my two dogs for 1.5 years now its great place for me not to have to clean up after easy use and the dryer is great. Just please have someone there that has a bit of personality and helpfulness. The gal that's there lately won't even answer me.she just stands there. other than that great

I absolutely love this place! It is nice to have a place to take my dog so I don't have to leave him with groomers. They have anything and everything you need to wash your dog and everyone is so friendly. The prices are also very reasonable. My only "complaint" is the hours of operation! I wish they were open more than 4 days a week and longer hours I also would like to see in the future, options to get small grooming cuts such as pads or sanitary trims.

Super cute self bathing place for your pets. Definitely will be returning.

Looooved my experience at Dirty Dawgs! It was my first time here, I came on a Thursday afternoon and I had no idea what to expect. Right away I was greeted by a young man who was helping another customer get set up but he quickly came over and asked if I was here for the DIY wash and if it was my first time. I said yup! He took me to the tubs and offered me so many choices of shampoos and conditioners and helped me pick the right ones for my 2 pups.

He showed me how to work the dryers (which dry your pups so fast) and brought towels out, everything is pretty self explanatory, so it's easy to get right to it! Right next to the washing tubs they have baskets full of awesome extras like leave in conditioner, tear stain remover, nose/paw lotions (among sooo many other things that are included in the price!).

There were plenty of different brushes for all hair types and aprons, like literally I can't think of one thing they didn't have. I've been to more expensive dog washes in town and this place blew them out of the water! You have to remember it's DO IT YOURSELF, so you have to just be comfortable to explore the space and look at all the extras, don't be shy.

I think my favorite thing was that they sell treats from Dogs n' Donuts which is one of my favorite local businesses. It's great seeing local businesses support each other. Overall I'd recommend this place to everyone! I give Dirty Dawgs 5 PAWS!

I used dirty dogs mobile grooming service. I was very specific about how I wanted my dog's haircut. I did not recognize him when Ronnie bought him back. He was shaved, bald and it was uneven to boot! NEVER AGAIN!

Very sadly my shih tzu has been diagnosed with heart failure and I wanted a one-on-one, no-interruptions grooming service to cause as little distress as possible for my dog and found Dirty Dawgs and Ronni. She was wonderful about setting up our first appointment and I opted for the mobile grooming. Ronni suggested I get her cut short all over because of the summer heat and I agreed.

It was a bit of a shock to see her cut that short but she LOVES it! I walk her in the mornings but it's still hot and the change in her ability to handle the morning heat, is remarkable. Ronni was extremely efficient and I'm planning on continuing to use her services and am extremely appreciative of everything she did.

First time here and my two Maltese girls, Peaches and Cheese loved it! I have never picked them up from a grooming appt and encountered such happy dogs. Usually they are shaking and nervous, but they were just really excited and I can tell they had a great experience. They both look great with their puppy cut shave down for the summer. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

My boyfriend and I are very heartbroken to see our much loved baby like this, such a special little dog that we both got as a sign of our love. I feel very sad for letting "Dirty Dawgs" put their unprofessional hands on our baby. Aside form this, i recommend absolutely everyone that truly loves their pet to stay away from Ronnie, she is extremely rude and unprofessional.

When i went to go pick up my dog from this dirty and unsanitary establishment i almost shed a tear and was out of words. She wanted to charge us for picking up our dog 20 mins later "i thought i told you guys to pick him up at 12:30" Ronnie."we have no room for him" Ronnie. Her hospitality is awful, and the place was empty anyway. The cealing and fans are full of dog hair, the waiting area is extremely gross.

Why hasnt sanitation given this place a visit? His nails were not clipped, and she still charged full amount. He is now left with patches of hair in his whole body, this is totally unacceptable as she is a "certified" pet groomer. The tail was completely ruined and he didn't even smell like shampoo or any dog perfume. I have no words to describe the service it is beyond awful and bad, PLEASE I TELL YOU DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR LOVED PET. OUR DOG WAS VERY UNEASY AFTER THIS, WE DONT KNOW WHAT RONNIE DID TO OUR BABY. OUR BABY IS SO UNRECOGNIZABLE.

She also complained that she lost patience with our dog which does not make sense because our dog is the most gentle dog ever and he is a therapy dog. If she lost patience like she complained then she is in the wrong profession, and nobody pet should be near her. Also when i picked up my dog he was very anxious as if he were to be harmed. It is not his first time getting groomed.

She starting to defend herself by saying that Riley our dog had never been groomed before, when he gets groomed once a month. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR FUR BABY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place accidentally nicked my dogs coat when cutting him and decided to shave the entirety of his back. His coat is ruined. While they apologized over the phone and took responsibility, there was a lack of professionalism in communication. I should have received a call and asked what the next action should be rather than for them to make a decision for me. Very unimpressed, very disappointed.

I walked in last minute yesterday to try and clip and wash my dog. The owner was there and was exceptionally kind and helpful. Although she was working on another dog, she took the time to explain everything to me. I honestly did not know what I was doing. After about 5 minutes, I asked if she could clip my elderly dog. She was so gracious and kind. She clipped and washed my nervous pet. Her compassion and expertise are unmatched. I highly recommend this business! I will definitely be returning.

We tried to schedule an appointment for mobile grooming but found out that "due to staffing", they are unable to service any of the south side of Tucson, but they do have adequate staffing to service even further away in Green Valley, Vail & Sahuarita for an extra $20. It is obvious they are discriminating based on location stigma. There is no reason they can't service the south side other than preference.

I've always have had a great time until today. The girl at the front was on her phone so she pointed for me to go back. Then she went outside on her phone while the two other customers and I had to find everything we needed. When I went to look for her to get clippers she was still outside with Facebook open on the computer. She came in to help me while still on her phone.

Eventually she got off and was nice. Then when I was leaving she was writing a note that said she was going on a break. I will return but hopefully the new employee will have better customer service and be present.

Love this place but their gas is out this weekend so no warm water. Note to staff: would have been nice to know this right away.

I took my lab mix Enzo there, I wouldn't say he loved getting bathed.but I loved it. He has so much fur it's so much to do it at home and to take him to the groomers is just to expensive. This way I can wash him myself. Love it! The owner is very nice and helped me through out the process will be going back!

Our corgi Oslo actually gave this place 5 stars and he wrote this review: Hi guys! My name is Olso! My humans took me here to get a bath! The bath tubs here are tall, and my human didn't have to bend over that much. My human is really tall, and I'm really short, my human liked tall bath tubs. The human who owned the place made sure that my human knew what he was doing and showed him towels and the bubbly stuff they rub on me.

The water temperature was perfect for me, and I was relaxing while he did all the work. He even used the stuff that makes my fur really soft. My human was happy because he didn't have to worry about all my fur going down the water hole. He looked like he was enjoying the radio while he dried me with that big thing that blows air. I got dry really fast, and didn't have to run and roll around after my bath.

I smelled different and my human was happy and smiling! Thanks Oslo for your review on Dirty Dawgs! I will for sure bring Oslo here again. Like Oslo said the professional baths are tall and you don't have to stress by bending over. The owner was there to make sure that I was settled in and made sure that I had everything. It's super comfortable, especially for a tall guy like me.

They had plenty of options for shampoos and conditioners for various purposes. One of the nicest things is that I don't have to worry about Oslo's fur clogging up the drain, that is one less thing. The dryers were nice, he was dried in minutes. Oslo came out of there clean and smelling good. Oslo seems ready to head out the door again and get pampered. I'm serious though, he's sitting next to the door ready to go as I'm writing this. Alright, little guy let's go!

Thank you "Dirty Dawgs"for your awesome service! I took my long-hair chihuahua there for a bath and a rather painful dew claw that was digging into her pad. She came out of there with a wonderful peppermint shampoo and conditioner and her nails are all clipped too. She smells great, looks extra fluffy, and is happy her nails are clipped too!
