Unfriendly staff, outrageous prices and my dog didn't look much better than when she went in. Long story short, don't go there.

I have a young 90 pound bulldog who is shy and suspicious around strangers. They made her feel so relaxed that trimming her was surprisingly effortless. they are experts!

I just picked up my dog Greg from here today. My appointment last minute and they squeezed him in, super thankful for that. He looks GREAT! He has never been professionally groomed in the past and the ladies here took extra care of my little man! So happy and will definitely be a regular customer here! Thanks from me and Greg!

Although this place is pricey, it's worth every penny. They don't just like your dog, they LOVE your doggy. My little Pom is 16 years old and he can get a little temperamental. One time I was out of town for an extended stay and had him groomed elsewhere. When I picked him up, I was incredibly disappointed. Although they had charged ten bucks less, you could barely tell he had been touched.

The groomer complained the whole time I was paying that Jack had snapped at her and she did the best she could. Once I returned home I scheduled him for a groom at Dog Dayz. I was a little worried that Jack was going to be in a snit for his regular groomers too since he had obviously had a poor experience elsewhere. My worries were totally unfounded, the ladies took their time with my little old doggie and reassured him along the way.

I won't go so far as to say he loves to be groomed, but he handles the experience well and I feel the folks here respect his little doggy idiosyncrasies. I think at 16 years of age he's earned that.

The people who work there are dog whisperers. When we first started bringing Jack, he acted out whenever we left him alone; they were one of the only people that managed to keep him happy and calm. Before you knew it, he loved going. This is the second dog we've brought there, they've always been nice, helpful, and incredibly good at what they do.

We can start with the entrance to this business.their signs. I have been a business manager for 18 years and, to me, is common sense when it comes to "negative" signs. They have one sign that says not to let you dog use the bathroom in front of the building to take them out back. The other signs says if your dog pees on it you pay for it. Wow! They were not friendly, nor did either one of them smile.

One thing you never do is suggest/recommend/or mentions a tip. That is up to the customer not the business owner, and you def don't ask for one before the customer even gets to see their dog. The prices is outrageous! I'm pretty sure your making enough off the price that you don't need a tip. One last point to bring up is you don't lie to a customer.

You don't tell them what was said by someone else that wasn't. Lets say you have been in business for 25 years.why do you have just 2 reviews? I say take your pet to pampered pet in paxton. They are super polite, they do not call you continuously to get your dog. Their prices are perfect and they do a great job. You just need to call them in advance for an appointment because they are very busy. Which is the only reason I went to Dog Dayz, and I will never do again.

This is a great place to have your dog groomed~ Not only did my dog look handsome after he was groomed, for the first time ever, I felt good about leaving him to be groomed. Dog Dayz is in a house suite and it was clean and open and my dog could watch other dogs being groomed while he waited for me. My dog is a rescue dog and is apprehensive about being left. Jodi and Danielle and another girl who was working at the Salon were warm and friendly and interacted with him in a way that made him was okay with being left. Jodi is a very talented dog groomer and it is easily apparent that she loves animals. I only wish I had found Dog Dayz for my previous dog. I give this salon two big thumbs up!

We have been going there for years and always though they were too expensive, but the convenience of being right around the corner made up for that. Well, we just dropped off 1 of our Yorkies. She is 5 lbs. It cost $69.50. Called to asked about the price for a German Shepherd, $91.00 for a long haired. Only $21.50 more a 100 lb dog. Seems a bit wrong in my opinion.

I had an emergency vet bill that was less expensive than this. This has definitely made the decision for us to find another groomer. I guess convenience isn't all it is cracked up to be.

Stay away! after bringing my dog there to be groomed he came home with big clumps of fur missing under his ears and on the top of his head, leaving red, raw spots. the fur was ripped out. i can't imagine how bad that hurt and waht my dog went through. the worst part is that they denied any responsibility. if you love your dog don't go to dog dayzs!

I admit.my dog Ozzy is a train wreck with his fur. He's a laid back neurotic dog so when he's not taking a fit at the truck coming up our street he's in his bed snoozing the day away which makes him have bedfur. So I call Dog Dayz that was recommended by my best friend Joy and we go in about 8 this morning. Danielle and Jodi are sister owners. Danielle told me to come back in about 3-3 1/2 hours and he'll be a changed dog.

I showed her the problems he had with his fur and she was very confident in her answers. I scooted out to work and knew he was in good hands. I had a chance to look around their suite and although it was small, it was well organized and had lots to offer in treats, chewies, toys, shampoos, conditionersand leashes and collars. Through a door there was 2 high tables for grooming and another room for crates to store the pampered cuties.

A few hours later I came back and he pulled Danielle out to the front where I was waiting and WOW! my dog was transformed into movie star! His coat was shiny and soft and alot less of it! I swear he lost 15 lbs just in fur. He even had a blue satin bow attached to the top of his collar! Nice touch girls! The prices I think are standard prices. I'm used to Petco prices for grooming and not a grooming salon so I choked a little but when I saw how good he looked it was well worth the money for my beloved boy. Thanks to Joy who hooked me up and to Danielle and Jodi for a great experience for Ozzy.
