In my opinion, a dog is much like a child. They come to us not knowing how to behave. It is up to us as "pet parents" to teach them the manners they need to learn. Some dogs are very possessive of their toys, food, and/or resting places. Possessiveness is often a form of dominance aggression, and diminishes when the owner asserts/reasserts leadership of the dog.

That is why obedience is a must. I offer a comprehensive package that includes on-lead obedience and behavior modification. I meet with you two (2) times a week, for six (6) weeks, totaling 12 sessions.
Services
Thank you for taking an interest in my training course. I hope you have enjoyed looking over what I have to offer. Remember, if this sounds like something you would like your dog to be involved in, please contact me and we can schedule time for a free demonstration and evaluation. I would like for you and your dog to spend many years together without aggravation, which is why I feature behavior modification with every training package. This way you can see that others think of my training methods. Once again, thank you for looking over my web site.
Does the way you live have room for a dog? Consider these factors: Do you work late or travel often? Puppies eat four or more times a day and urinate or defecate at least that often. Adult dogs left alone may get bored or develop separation anxiety, resulting in excessive barking or destructive behavior.
I would appreciate you taking the time to read any (or all!) of these letters. I also have letters from clients since these. I adopted a little rescue dog a few months. She was abandoned at a landfill, and was also defending her pups. Torn up and mangled when rescued, I got her a few months after that. What a handful! She was (is) very high energy, jumping up on me, pulling horribly on leash, dashing out the door at every opportunity. But she seemed very smart, so I believed that she could do better.

Even though I have plenty of experience training my own German Shepherd pups, this little feral mixed breed (cattle dog?) of unknown age proved to be beyond me, and I contacted Robyn. She met us for an in-home consultation, and outlined what she had to offer. The emphasis was clearly on teaching ME how to train my dog. Perfect! We met with her once or twice a week, and also did our homework once or twice daily.

And we had our last lesson today. My feral rescue dog is now a well-behaved delightful companion. She doesn't jump on people anymore, she walks beautifully on leash, and she waits for me to give her the command to go through any door. She also knows heel, sit, down, stay, and here. I'm 100% satisfied with Robyn's training!

Robyn is AMAZING! She is literally worth every penny she charges, if not MORE. She helped my dog Diesel to learn basic obedience demands and become a much better dog. Our dog is a french bulldog and it was amazing how she helped transform his stubbornness to being so responsive and listening. He walks so well now! Thank you Robyn for everything you did for us!

Robyn helped me teach my dog how to be a proper gentleman. He was a year old when I adopted him from the animal shelter and wasn't even house broken yet. She taught me how to train him properly and I've since sent many of my friends among other dog parents to her for help! She works with you no matter what!
