They're always so good and sweet I love taking my little girl there they take care of her very well

Excellent facility, mediocre staff.did her job, but didn't appear to be happy to be there.

I went to pick up my dog from Doggie Day Spaw and an elderly woman was on her way out with my dog. The woman was obviously suffering from poor vision or dementia or both. She didn't know she had the wrong dog. I don't blame her, I blame the front desk staff for giving her the wrong dog. If I hadn't of gotten there at that exact moment, I might have lost my dog forever.

The woman might have never realized she had the wrong dog. I sent Doggie Day Spaw an email about what had happened, urging them to take greater care in how they keep track of their clients dogs. Either they don't check their emails or they didn't care about what had happened. A week later I still haven't heard from them. I will keep going back. I have developed a relationship with one of the groomers there.

She knows exactly what I want and she's very good with my difficult dog. I trust her greatly. However, from now on, I'm going to wait outside the front door and make sure nobody leaves with my dog.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Horrible experience and no return calls after many years of patronizing this place with our current and previous dogs. Must be under new ownership. Tried to give them a chance explain but they never responded. So sad.won't be back.

Amazing! Brought my dog in, she was shedding a lot in clumps. Lexi took care of my dog, and when I came to pick her up I almost didn't recognize her! Her coat was shiny, when previously it was shaggy from all the hair falling out. Thank you, we will be returning!

I can't get over how good my dog looks every time! I very much appreciate the love and gentle care they show our dogs! I am so grateful for each lady working there and their efforts. Thank you so much!

I enjoy washing my dog at Doggy Day Spa. The staff is helpful and very kind. The tubs are large and easy to get my pup into. The blow dryer is very convenient. My dog is dry within minutes. The blower is on the powerful side and makes for fun if you have little kids with you. The laughing lasted quite a while.

We didn't need to make an appointment as walk ins are welcome for the do it yourself baths. They have several stations and 2 sizes of tubs/shower stations. They also have a small step at the entrance to help the doggies to get in. Sue guided us and was very sweet to our pup. They provide a leash to hook them to the bath station. The water can be regulated to your desired temperature and they also give you shampoo, conditioner, a special foam for the face and plenty of towels.

There are also plastic aprons if you want to protect your clothes. We paid 14 dollars for our 41 pounds puppy. Very reasonable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that we ended up using the dryer that wasn't very strong and they didn't have any brushes on hand. We tried asking but they were busy.

Blown away and devastated.took in my Westie, asked to have them keep his face, simply shorten it up a bit. This is what he's suppose to look like and this is the end result. I couldn't stop crying. How does the groomer no know what the breed is suppose to look like?
