Doggy Den

No. He just hasn't been the same since he was groomed there. Very skittish with clippers. I have a mobile groomer now and he has been able to be less anxious with her. Makes me wonder what happened when he got groomed there.

We have taken our dog Tanner to Doggy Den his entire life, he is 5. We have just learned if we do not use them for daycare, we do not get to Board there any more. We will find another option for our dog who used to love going there. I will not be advising anyone to use the doggy den anymore.

We've been taking our three dogs to Doggy Den for years now. They're always really excited when we get there, which is a big indicator to me that they love going, and they're always exhausted when we pick them up. Chris and his staff really do seem to know and care about our boys, and they take great care of them.

Love this place. Staff always nice. Will try their best to schedule your appointment at the time you can come. Will give a friendly reminder about your appointment. Definitely will return!

First time taking my dog there for a groom & everything was great! The staff and my groomer Alisha were very nice and she gave him the best groom he's ever had. I will definitely be taking him there from now on. They also offer daycare & boarding services. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this place. My puppy gets so excited if we even mention "day care". The staff is great and we love it there.

The best place for your large or small dog to spend the day with friends. We've been using Doggie Den for several years and our big dog has friends to her own size to play with under supervision. Kind and caring staff genuinely care about our dog and keep a careful eye on her during the day. We've boarded her from time to time and that's always been a positive experience. And our experience with grooming has been phenomenal.

Big fan of the den. They take good care of my dog! She goes to daycare and has boarded there. It's also really well priced. A+

My dog loves it here! Everytime I bring her, she is so excited to go inside. The employees are constantly giving me good feedback, and you cannot beat the price. The doggy den is clean and well-maintained.

My dog just had her first ever doggy daycare visit here at The Doggy Den. It was recommended to me by a friend and I liked how affordable their pricing is compared to other daycares in the area. I was nervous because my dog is a recent rescue and can be slow to warm up to new dogs or situations but she did great! They were very kind and professional, even when I called multiple times throughout the day for an update.

They give a report card at the end of the visit to say how your dog did and they keep them with dogs of a similar size/activity level so they don't get overwhelmed. They have huge outdoor yards which I love and it was also very clean. I could smell the cleanliness at drop-off and pick up. I met the owner at pick up and he was wonderful. One thing I wish they had is live webcams so I could watch her throughout the day but for the price difference, it's something I can live without. I'll definitely be bringing my girl back to The Doggy Den!

Oskar loves it here! He's been going to the Doggy Den for daycare a few times a week for a couple years now, and this is where we board him every time we need to board our dog. The staff all care for him and love on him. We have never had any issues, we love the Doggy Den!

We have been kenneling our dog here for the last 6 months or so. The last time we kenneled him was during our wedding. We picked up our dog and noticed that he couldn't open his left eye. After taking him to the vet the following morning, it turned out that he had an ulcer in his eye. If we had taken a honeymoon straight after our wedding, our pup would have gone blind if the kennel didn't notice it.

The time before this, we picked him up and he was covered in scabs and his tail was bleeding from being chewed on. The staff did not report anything. I understand that dogs can be rough while playing but the staff seems oblivious to any injuries. Each visit ends up costing twice the amount due to vet bills. We will be exploring other kennel options in the future.

I have taken two of my dogs here for the last two years. These people love dogs, and facilitate a wonderful venue for dogs to experience healthy pack relating. I have done day care a few times a week for some time, and have left my dogs while on vacation for up to 5 days. The dogs are organized based on size and age and monitored in free play. It has been vital especially for my puppy to get energy out. Great experience, never worried while my dog is there and they have loving staff and a great pack for your dog to be part of. Reasonably priced, 10/10

This is where we regularly take our dogs whenever we go out of town. The staff here are all extremely friendly, nice and attentive. They've been really accomodating whenever we come in and our dogs enjoy their stay. We can always tell as they come home super tired after all the play they've had with the other dogs. They also give nice incentives like courtesy baths for boarding for a number of days. We recently tried one of their grooming services and they did a good job. Give them a try!

We have taken our dog here for many years- maybe 6 or 7. The staff is incredibly friendly. They all know our dog by name. Our dog absolutely loves to go there- he knows the second we start out in that direction. He bounds out of the car and can't wait to greet the other dogs and staff- I have complete trust in their care for our pooch.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. My poor 10 month old puppy broke his toe under the supervision of the staff here. I understand dogs will be dogs, however I was not contacted at all when this happened. I was lied to and told "sometimes he limps like this here, he'll probably be fine in about 20 minutes" I called back the next day and was told no one has any idea what had happened. Also, I was informed the manager had "manipulated" his toes to check for injuries, which could have made the break worse. I should have been informed IMMEDIATELY following the injury. I did not even receive an apology, find a daycare that will actually supervise and care for your pup.

Gave them a shot- Chris was nice over the phone. Dropped my Coton off same day- gave her 3 pictures and after a few hours.picked up Boomer looking awful! Head shaved so short that his body looks like he's chubby! Shrunken head and nothing like his breed. $50! No thanks. Find someplace else.

Great Place. My dog Winston LOVES going to Doggie Den. I think if he had an option he'd live there. Dogs are well cared for and loved by the staff.

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. This is hands down the best soggy daycare/boarding option in Columbus! Chris and the rest of the staff are incredible. Always helpful, attentive and accommodating. One of the best parts of Doggy Den is they let the dogs play outside instead of being cooped up in a tiny cage all day. Also, I love the fact that your dog has to be friendly toward other animals and humans to be allowed to go.

This is a special place and Montana is always so happy to go! It's almost like he does not want to leave when we pick him up. Lastly, Montana sleeps for hours after we pick him up, he is so tired from playing with his puppy pals at Doggy Den! Thanks Chris and team!
