We had the absolute best experience with the Doghouse. Liz, Carrie, and the whole team are amazing and truly gave our boy Remy a new outlook on life. He came to us as an anxious rescue dog with true hound stubbornness who would bolt when startled and we didn't think he would ever be able to enjoy things like going downtown, running along with our bike and blades, and hiking.

After finishing his distractions program, he is now loving life with so much less anxiety and completely reliable obedience which keeps him safe and us confident on all our adventures. Our first adventure downtown since his training program made me so happy I could have cried. We looked at so many options for training and we are so glad we found the Doghouse.

Communication was easy and we loved receiving the update pictures and videos. This team is the best of the best and this program is perfect to set you up for long term success. We can't thank you all enough.

The Doghouse training has been such a blessing for our large family of 8! Before the Doghouse, Rainier our 11 month old English Setter was impulsive and would dart and chase anything and everything that moved. He would often pull our smaller children down to the ground on walks and it was a constant battle to get his energy out to the point that our long walks seemed to take over our day to day life. Rainier has now become a "new version" of his happy go lucky self.

Our family is so thrilled to be able to enjoy him out on the boat and on our many adventures. He has blossomed into a content pup that is truly gentleman. We cannot say enough great things about the trainers at the Doghouse!

We just got our six month old Labrador back from The DogHouse for the fundamentals training. It is nothing short of amazing. Both Carrie and Liz are fabulous. We have been impressed with their patience with us as we learn the commands and the process. Biscuit, our pup, has come back a changed lady. We will continue to have all of our future pups work with them on their obedience and training.

I HIGHLY recommend The Dog House and the 3-week program! We took our unruly (our fault) eight month old Rottweiler to the Dog House and three weeks later, got back a beautiful well mannered, very obedient dog that is now a pleasure to be in the house. Unbelievable transformation! Very loving, companionate, and professional dog trainers, with follow up home visits and group classes all included in the program! Liz rocks! Don't waste your money elsewhere like we did! I could go on!

Carrie & Jordan, are probably the best owners I have ever dealt with concerning my dog. THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST TRAINERS TO GO TO. My dog Lexie loves going to train, as well as board. She loves Carrie and Liz. If you want to have your dog trained with someone who literally loves what they do, look no further these are the best trainers around. I especially love their approach to training.

I love how Carrie & Jordan set an initial meet and greet with you. Then really listen to what your expectations are and if they are reasonable expectation. I like how they keep and train for 3 weeks. You get plenty of updates, pictures and a couple progress videos. And then after training you are encouraged to attend several group classes held at a dog park afterwards each month. LOVE them.

When we adopted Maggie from the shelter, they told us that she did not like small dogs. Little did we know that she did not like any dogs that were the least bit reactive. But for this "flaw" Maggie was a wonderful dog at home, both loving and obedient. But taking her for a walk was always a challenge. If she even sensed a reactive dog nearby, she would bark and pull on her lead and do backflips.

We sought out help from the amazing staff at The Dog House. We were a bit apprehensive about leaving our dog for three weeks but Carrie, Liz and Jordan couldn't have been more reassuring. They laid out the complete training regimen and kept us informed each step of the way. We received texts, photos and amazing videos that we couldn't believe were of our dog.

Their website is so easy to use and so interactive. Their online videos are so helpful to continue our dogs training. They have the answers to every question you could ever ask. When they say that this is a full service training they are not exaggerating. We're happy to report that Maggie has completed her three weeks and walking her is a complete pleasure.

We still have additional training but we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We highly recommend The Dog House. Thank you, Carol and Stuart Freeman a/k/a Maggie's parents.

We came to The Doghouse LLC for our boy Max (100 + lb lab mix.) He was already a good boy but, as new dog parents we wanted to be sure that we & Max would learn proper behaviors. He finished a 3 week distractions program & came back an even better version of himself. We interviewed with Carrie & met the staff & toured the facility & new right away that Max (and us) were in good hands.

Everyone there is very helpful, available for questions & they have group classes to help reinforce good habits. Max loves Liz & Carrie. They did a great job training Max & helped give us the skills to keep him moving in the right direction. We also board Max there. He gets so excited when he realizes that we're pulling into the lot. We know that he is taken care of & happy while he's there! The Doghouse LLC is awesome!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are professional in all they do, and take the time to develop a tailored training plan for you and your dog. My dog retains everything that makes her who she is while building strong obedience- she's amazing to be around. I would, and have, recommended them to numerous friends and coworkers.

We wanted to take the opportunity to thank The Doghouse LLC for the wonderful job they did providing the foundation training for our newest puppy Maya. We have raised numerous dogs for over 40 years all have become cherished members of our family. This was the first time we have sent a puppy out to receive the foundation training. She spent approximately 3 weeks at The Doghouse and we attended training session at their facility.

At the completion of Maya's training they came to our home for transitional training. Upon her return Maya was a well mannered and well trained puppy. We were so pleased with the results of their training that we sought their assistance in working with our two older dogs. Using the techniques and methods suggested by Carrie and Liz ( trainers) we have improved the obedience and manners of our whole pack.

We honestly feel the quality of ours dogs lives as well as our own has been improved thanks to our experience with their training. We would highly recommend The Doghouse to anyone seeking assistance in welcoming a new puppy into your family or helping improve behaviors of your existing pack.

We left our beautiful miniature dachshund at the Dog House for a week recently. We were nervous as we had a mediocre experience at a different place a few months ago. We were thrilled to pick our puppy up and see that he was (and still is) happy and healthy. The folks here took really good care of our pup. We had some confidence that all would be ok because everyone we met, on the phone and in person, was very nice. Was till a bit nervous anyway. Our dog is a very important part of our family and we're thankful we found a place and people we can trust to leave him with when we travel.

Our little Poppy Hoppington just completed the distraction course at 9 months old. She was a happy, healthy and explorative puppy who pused limits before she went to visit the Doghouse. She loved to tear up newspapers, tissues and all sorts of paper. She ate headphones and remotes. She listened when she wanted to and turned everything into a keep agame.

She is still the happy loving pup she always was but now she has boundaries. She doesn't pull me on walks, she doesn't jump up like she used to and will stop when given a command. She has yet to grab a remote, we are still careful with them especially when we aren't in the room. The transformation it incredible! Carrie, Samantha and the whole Doghouse gang are highly recommended!

Thank you for laying a good foundation for us to follow! We are happy and proud to be part of the Doghouse family! Update: Poppy has been home a while and she and we continue to learn and grow. People who meet her are amazed she is so young yet so well behaved! We can not thank all the gang at the Doghouse enough, especially Sam! She has been patient with us and continues to help as needed.

We had a great experience with Carrie---we were having problems with our one year old bouvier, and she got his behavior under control, and was very thorough in showing us what we needed to do to continue his training. She helped restore our sense of confidence in working with him--we probably needed as much training as he did! Would absolutely recommend.

My wife and I currently have two dogs that were fully trained at The Doghouse and two that have been through brief sessions there. They are the most well behaved dogs I have ever had, and I've had a mess of dogs. I've always had reservations and heard horror stories about having someone train my dogs and now realize just how wrong I was.

This is so not the case here. The Doghouse staff is very professional and has many accomplishments to be proud of. They treat your dog like family and you with respect. Four years ago, I drove two hours to drop of my crazy six month old German Shepherd pup for a two week training session. Two weeks later I picked up a very well behaved young dog with solid commands and an awesome temperament.

Our Golden retriever went though the same training program as well, with the same results. I knew they were very well taken care of by how happy they appeared in the videos I was sent showing their progress. (That and the fact they weren't sure if they wanted to leave) Our rescue (German Shepherd) had some fear/aggression issues which were easily corrected by Carrie working with us for a couple hours, showing me the proper way to go about socializing a dog in her condition. I have and will recommend Carrie and her staff to anyone, for pretty much any type of training imaginable.

I researched dog obedience programs all over Florida and I am so pleased I settled on the Doghouse LLC. I can say without reservation that I would recommend them to anyone wanting to find a dog training program that will not only teach reliable obedience to your dog, but also provide a safe and supportive environment for your pet. It was obvious how bonded my two Yorkies were to Carrie and Sam after only 3 weeks. Carrie I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the training of Sadie and Rocky.

I can now take them anywhere and feel confident in their obedience and enjoy having them with me wherever we go. I am amazed at their transformation, as is everyone that knew them before attending your full service training program. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rocky and Sadie say thank you as well. They say I am much more fun to be with now.

I took my dog here for boarding because we were going out of town and our hotel would not allow dogs. Everyone was very friendly. They showed me the facilities. It is not a luxury place, but they are professionals that know how to handle dogs. They told me that they are upgrading their floors. The building was a little hard to find because they do not have a sign for their business.

It is a big teal building that has a sign for a pest control company or something. Overall, they took good care of my dog and offered him a bath for $15 when we dropped him off. That was an amazing deal for my 70 lb dog! Including the bath, the bill came out to $105 for a 3 night stay. I was very pleased and will come here again the next time I need to board my dog.

I stumbled upon Carrie and the Doghouse LLC on the internet. I was sold after watching the youtube videos. I am so happy I found Carrie. Carrie and Doghouse LLC work miracles. I was shocked at the progress she made in one short week. I rescued a GSD, Rottweiler, Boxer, American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Carrie had her work cut out for her. Callie was very skittish and not treat or play driven.

She was able to build up her confidence through training and is now a happy and obedient dog. Be prepared after training for people to stop you and compliment how well behaved your dog is. I am so happy they are now offering doggy daycare and boarding. Callie loves going back for mini vacations. I have no worries when my dog is with Carrie and the Doghouse LLC.

Carrie, I know it's been awhile since I've sent you a progress report. There wasn't all that much to report as Bailey steadily fell into line. I received compliments from people all throughout the neighborhood regarding her improvement. People whom I have never met before watched me walk with her and saw her go from the wild child to controlled kid. Yesterday, a woman whom I have never spoken to stopped me as I was walking with both pups and said, "You have such wonderful dogs.

They are walking so nicely right beside you, not pulling ahead of you." And today one of my neighbors down the street from me stopped as she was pulling out of her driveway to say HI to me and the pups. Bailey, who is still occasionally timid with some adults, wagged her tail softly at my neighbor's warm welcome. My neighbor said, "She has come such a long way and is such a sweet dog." But the real test was when I took Bailey to my vet today, her first return trip there since the initial time I attempted to take her there right after adopting her in January.

My vet had been apprehensive and had pre-alerted me that if he wasn't able to examine her he would have to refer me somewhere else. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else though, I really like my vet and feel as though the office is the best I've been to in all my years of pet ownership. Today's visit wasn't a run of the mill exam either since she had a couple of seizures in the past couple of weeks, so the vet needed to be able to draw blood. Bailey was on her best behavior.

She was a bit timid, but she did great with meeting the vet tech and then the vet. We were able to draw blood comfortably through team work. And then Bailey got to meet the other vet tech on her way out. She was a happy little pup. My vet didn't think Bailey could be rehabilitated when he first met her, so he referred me to someone else whom he refers all behavioral consults to.

I contacted his reference and was not impressed and didn't feel at all comfortable about working with his referral. I then found you online and you seemed like the solution to all of Bailey's issues, unknown and known. I am so glad to have been right. My vet was also incredibly impressed. So impressed that he asked for your information before I left which I gladly shared.

Thank you again for your assistance with the puppy monster. She is a favorite with many of the neighborhood children and my nieces are enamored of her whenever they get to Skype and see me with the pups.

Carrie is, in a word, AMAZING! She helped turn my awesome but extremely high energy GSD and transform him into the lovable, easier-to-manage knucklehead that he is. Both Carrie & Ivan have won many awards and accolades and I totally entrusted my protection training to Ivan. Carrie worked WONDERS with our big puppy and I couldn't have been happier to have them work with him. Love, love, love these guys and am sad that we no longer live in FL. Still, I know they had many clients who shipped/drove their dogs from all over just to have these two work with them. I could not be happier with the instruction that our GSD received with them as well as the instruction they gave us to work with him as well as ongoing support.
