Like all the tags, nameplates and collars I've bought here, they are top quality. The engraving is laser sharp and clear and most importantly, it stays that way. These are not wimpy, cheap stamped tags. Hard-charging retrievers living in the open country can't even ding them.

I ordered the QUICK RELEASH WATERPROOF SCUFF TAG for my Pomsky, Zoey. Her name plate is perfect + the color purple is really nice. BUT. I questioned the size to order + a dogIds specialist, recommended a size 13.5 x 18". I told her the last time I purchased the Waterproof Scuff Tag, I got the 14" + had to make additional holes. I was concerned because other readers said the size they made it, didn't stay put + their dog had slipped out of the collar.

I was reassured I wouldn't have a problem. Unfortunately, I have a problem with mine. I have to keep making it tighter every time I walk Zoey, because she slides out with a little wiggle. No matter what I do, the lighter weight material doesn't hold well + it slides loose. I would not recommend buying this quick release collar if your between sizes or order the smaller size. I loved the original style, but my husband wanted an easy off collar this time.

I have ordered five beautiful leather padded with name plates on them in different color combinations. Of the five, one of them was not the same quality. The colors were not the same colors as those ordered on other collars - the red looked like a orange pink red and the true blue looks like a darker cornflower blue. The red leather part does not look and feel like leather, but like some synthetic material. I am definitely disappointed.

I bought a leather and brass classic looking collar. I have an old golden. He is 13 and has cancer. I got this for him to wear in his final months/days. Something special. I love it and it will be a great thing to keep as a reminder of him and his special place he has in my heart. Super great quality l and a classic look. It was exactly what I was looking for!

I ordered this is because our dog often likes to rub against our brick hearth. We used. ID from another company that engraves lightly in the metal. She went through 2 IDs which could not be read after several weeks. This ID IS DOING AWESOME! Scratches to be expected However the Print is bold and engraved so that I will not have to buy a new ID. Totally awesome product!

I am a repeat client and have placed multiple orders from dogids.com for over the 10 years. I placed an order that dogids.com in 2021. Dogsid.com send me an email that they cancelled my order (months after I placed my order) and I was given a PARTIAL refund (they kept part of my money). I received NO product and NO communication until the cancellation. I was charged money and received NOTHING for it. Something has changed - AVOID this company - they ripped me off!

I love dogIDs! I saw my friend had a bright yellow collar for her dog who, like my little monster, also loves to roll in muddy rivers and I bought the exact same one. It's super visible, quiet, extremely durable, DOESN'T STINK, and is really easy to clean. I love this collar. Will continue to buy from dogIDs.

The collars we ordered arrived too big. We measured and ordered the correct size, as we have had these collars before. We cut down the new ones, but very disappointed. The reason for replacing the old ones was because they crack over time! Very Over Priced! Will not buy again. Similar product online at a fraction of the cost.

My schnauzer is a major escape artist, and his waterproof collar with his name and my phone number has allowed me to locate him quickly each time he has escaped from my fence. A microchip for a dog is nice, but it necessitates someone taking your dog to a pound or a vet when they find him, so that the microchip can be read, and the owner located. Also, dog pounds are usually run by towns and cities, so when you go there to get your dog after he has been found, they will fine you or otherwise charge you a fee to pickup your dog. The collar is much simpler: 1. Your dog escapes. 2. Someone finds him. 3. You go get your dog. These collars are fantastic. I would give this company 100 stars if I could.

Ordered a bone shaped tag for our new puppy. On the order form, I made a small request of a few dog jokes. Guess what? Someone took the time to write not just one, but three handwritten jokes just for us. The product itself was well made, arrived to my home fairly quick, and packaged well. However. I misspelled a word. (I don't want to hear it, we all make mistakes!). Customer service was not only prompt in replying but they replaced my mistake without any hassle. Overall, very pleased with this experience with dogIDs.

I found dogIDS on-line when my dog developed an aversion to his tags hitting his bowl. I got tired of taking his collar on and off. i ordered a waterproof collar and am very very impressed with the quality. Unfortunately, my dog feels the buckle is a bit heavy (OK, he has some quirks). I emailed and got a prompt reply suggesting a different collar with a lighter buckle and an offer for a "deal" to make things right. VERY IMPRESSED with quality and with customer service.

It wasn't their fault the collar didn't work and they still went above and beyond to make me happy. I may be buying some doggy xmas gifts for friends' dogs this year. THANK YOU!

We needed a sturdy collar that could handle our dogs daily swimming in our pool, and the hot sun. We ordered the waterproof soft grip scruff collar in blaze orange~ and couldn't be happier. Unlike fabric collars that stay wet and fade, this still looks great! We had a problem with the order- though we thought we had ordered an 18" collar, the order registered for an 8". We didn't notice the discrepancy until the new collar arrived. We returned the small collar and the company replaced the collar at no additional charge.

I had high hopes for a quality collar for my dog and that is what I thought I found at DogIDs.com. The collar I ordered was a leather custom plate 1"x18" for my boxer/pit mix dog and what I received was a 5/8" 8" collar that is WAY to small. I followed the online measuring guide video and clicked the 18" option in the drop down menu. When I called (a total of 5 times, left 3 messages and no call back) to reach the company, they mentioned that the system reverted to the first option of the 8 inch and that they will remake the collar if I pay an additional $4.00 for the plate and $5.99 for shipping after I pay to ship back the mistake.

I think it is more than unfair to charge a client for a mistake that was on the fault of the system. Needless to say, I opted for a full refund (less the shipping charges) and still have to pay to return the item. Just lost a new customer over $10.00 :( Shame

I found Dog ID's online having lost our dog about a month ago.he had no ID tag. Fearing we would lose him again, I wanted to get him a tag.but of course I wanted something cute and unique. There are soooo many different tag designs, shapes, styles to choose from. I ordered our dog a bone shaped tag with a Denver Broncos logo on it! It's so perfect.

Lots of cute cat tags too, so we ordered our cat one too so she wouldn't feel left out even though she is strictly an indoor cat, but you never know.
