Downtown Doggie

What a lovely place! The dogs are amazing and the people are ok too lol!

Just picked up my dog from 3 nights boarding and he has multiple wounds scratches and swollen areas on his face neck eye brow. Acting like he's starving and hasn't been out to walk run. When I called them to ask about it she said she forgot to inform me that he scratched himself while they were doing his nails. Ause they had him muzzled?! These are way worse than scratches. one nail was still half cut off hanging splintered! When I picked him up from pet palace he never acted this way. I'm taking him to his vet and will be updating this review with the news.

Awful first experience - puppy brought in for first bath/nail trim - told it would take 2-3 hours and would receive call back when ready. Did not receive call back nor was told they would be closed from 12-3pm in the afternoon. Would not answer calls and called back around 130pm saying we could pick up puppy at 3pm when they reopened (6 hours after first session). Went for pickup and staff had no details on what happened over the time they had him. Strongly do not recommend for puppy's first experience! Very unprofessional.

Amazing place. My dogs are well cared for. Did a puppy obedience class with them and definitely have better pups (and better owners)

After I moved to the Holy Cross area I was so excited to find this wonderful dog daycare a few blocks from my house. My Australian Shepherd absolutely loves going here and looks forward to it every week. They take great care of him and I know he has had a good day when he comes home completely exhausted. I appreciate that they take the time to get to know your dog, each staff member knows my little guy by name and each staff member is just as excited as my pup is when we walk in the door.

I always recommend this daycare for anyone with high energy dogs like mine. I know that he is getting exercise while I am at work and he is not stuck at home all day by himself. 10/10 if you are thinking about taking your dog to daycare do it, this is the best part of my pups week!

AMAZING! This team has the best. Communication, took excellent care of my three handfuls and made my wedding week stress free! And when we got home our house was picked up and dogs well taken care of! I would recommend 1000 times!

We love Downtown Doggie! Such a great place for our pups to go a couple times a week. Reasonably priced and the staff are very good with the dogs. Plus like they do training there, so not a free-for-all.

My dog absolutely loves doggie daycare. I love that I can drop her off and not worry while she has a full day of play and socialization. She always comes home worn out and ready to sleep. The staff at Downtown Doggie are friendly and professional! Cannot say enough about this place!

The staff are very friendly. The price of grooming is reasonable. It was my dog's first time attending a day care facility. I was worried at the beginning but she loves it and she was safe and had no injuries or scratches.

Leo and I had a great experience with grooming at Downtown doggie! It only took them a few hours and they did a great job! We have had bad experiences in the past with groomers so I was very pleased! Very satisfied and will come back and try daycare next!
