Very cool place for my dogs! Lots of natural treats and hard to find products. friendly staff too!

Great local pet shop (dog focus with some cat and other supplies). They make beautiful decorated dog treats right there in-house.

Their products are amazing but their service is definitely not! I've been lucky and had a very nice younger gentleman help me when I've been there but today I went and the guy that helped me was rude and it felt like he was being condescending when I asked him a question about a product in the store. The customer service was seriously lacking

What more can i say other than we love this place! From the first time we walked in looking for some food advice to 3 years later they always treat us like family! They carry foods that no other store does and their customer service is beyond 5 stars.

I went to Earth Animal yesterday for the first time and was very impressed! I have a rescue who is a picky eater and it's extremely hard to find food for her. Nick, from the store, gave wonderful nutritional advice and even provided me with a sample of dog food & a great recycled bag because I left mine at home. I also picked up "no-hide" chews that Earth Animal personally makes. The were a BIG hit with my dog! I highly recommend this amazing pet supply store and will definitely be back in the near future :

Above 5 for products. 1 or 2 stars max for service. I got very lucky my first visit and had a very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable young man help me choose products. I got hooked on their natural dog chews (alternative to rawhide) and also their flea and tick internal powders and other products. But every other time I have visited or called the store and asked questions the staff are brusque, short, sound like they don't want to talk to you, and can be condescending.

It's a family owned store. The products have a really cool story and history. I just wish they made it more enjoyable to visit the store. It almost makes me want to stop using their products to be honest

The product is only as good as the company support behind it. I give a 2 star rating and that was a stretch as Customer service is non existent if you have a problem with your order. Good luck getting it resolved. I called several times left messages.zero effort to reach me : OK I finally was able to connect with a customer service person at the online store. Nick.

One of my dogs has had bad seasonal allergies for years. Nothing worked, until I found Earth Animal. In days I noticed a difference. In weeks I noticed that the allergic reactions were gone completely. There's a bit of time every evening where I used to be giving him medication, or a bath, or just trying to calm him down. Now that time has been replaced with us playing in the yard more (or falling asleep early on the couch). Sounds like a cheesy commercial, but it's true. I deeply appreciate Earth Animal products and feel good knowing that I'm not filling my pups with dangerous chemicals to mask symptoms.

My dog absolutely loves the No Hyde Chews. She has tried each of the flavors and loves them all. It really gives you peace of mind knowing that your dog can enjoy a chew and it be completely digestible. Thanks for making such a great product!

So their prices are high BUT they only supply the best stuff so its expected. It's exhausting to go to a typical chain pet store (um PetSmart) and sift through all the crap for the good quality stuff- coming to a place like this is a relief. They are always so helpful without making you feel like they're trying to sell you something. When switching my cat to raw food I was offered free samples to get him started. Also- they have THE BEST assortment of single dog cookies in their "bakery" section for every occasion!

And even cute holiday bags to match. I was there around Halloween and they even had little festive brownies for humans too! - Sorry had to mention that, I just love when businesses are adorable.

So helpful! Have all different types of supplements depending on what your dog needs - for anxiety - stomach issues whatever I.t might be! The staff is extremely helpful and patient! Has plenty of dog treats and bones to choose from

One of the places that makes Westport great. I appreciate that I can go in to buy something and not have to worry that it's been sourced in some country that doesn't care what's in their product. Relatively expensive, but peace of mind is usually not cheap.

Still FIVE stars after all these years. They keep improving, updating and getting better. The staff is wonderful and the products superb. They educated me to rotate the oils I mix into the home cooked meals of my beloved fur companion - from salmon to flax to olive oil. This place is stellar and we are so blessed it's so convenient!

Earth Animal is by far the best Pet store in Fairfield County and perhaps the East Coast. The warm welcome for people and pets is sincere and generous. The staff is amazing. I can still remember speaking with John and asking for help when I rescued my pit pull 12 years ago. He was encouraging, genuine sincere and knowledgeable. So grateful for the time he took and continues along with the rest of the staff to ensure the best care for our beloved Angel( now 13yrs. old) & Moses( 16 years old) This is the only place for our household. Do right by your pet and shop here.

Never forget first time I saw the elaborate spread of cookies for dogs here. It was like a gourmet palace for canines! Clearly a great source for those friendly to the domesticated types.

Earth Animal is a wonderful holistic pet store in Westport, CT. They generously donate Dr. Bob's Health Nuggets and suggest other products to our rescue, Dachshund Rescue and Pet Services. We have had wonderful success with the products we have used for our dogs and our rescues from Earth Animal. They also help get the word out about our non-anesthetic dental cleanings, and even held a clinic in their store.

The main goal of Earth Animal is the well being, health and longevity of our pets and we are truly grateful for their continued support and help getting our rescue dogs looking and feeling healthy.
